The hotel is in the historic district, close to the attractions and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are two things I didn’t like: the bedding and noise from the other rooms. Otherwise it was a good place to stay with good value in the historic center.

Terrible experience, there was so much noise from downstairs and no heater or AC for ventilation. There was no body soap either which most hotels provide. Hotel staff don't care about your complaints. No compensation was provided for a very negative experience for the exorbitant price I paid!

Great location, clean room, decent shower, good bed, nice staff, a bit pricy but the city is worth it.

The hotel is great especially the help desk and the workers in general. 5 out of 5 stars for Chema at the front desk for being so helpful and nice with us! The only issues we had was with the ongoing construction that there was outside because the walls are quite thin, but luckily the hotel is very close to the main street but not directly facing it so it was very quiet. I definitely recommend!

Great location for walking around Zaragoza and close to restaurants, shops and bars. We booked a car parking slot which is adjacent to the hotel so very convenient and a good size for a couple of cars. As a heads up ensure you follow the directions the hotel provides as it takes you along some pretty narrow streets! The reception staff were helpful and polite.|The rooms are basic but clean. Showers work really well. Breakfast was in the price. Not the greatest breakfast, there are plenty of bakeries within a couple of minutes.

We booked this place last minute having been let down by an Airbnb in the town. ||The location is perfect. Just off the high street, 2 minutes to the Basilica. ||Didn’t try the breakfast, there’s loads of pastry/sandwich shops in the immediate vicinity offering cheap and quality products.||The staff were friendly enough. Reception is staffed 24/7. They do lock the front door after about 22:00 so you need to press the buzzer to gain access but this didn’t cause any issues. ||Rooms were basic but clean. Outdated and with paper thin walls. There was a small fridge. The flush of the toilet felt like an earthquake and you could hear/feel the flush of all surrounding rooms also. That being said despite being basic, it did what we needed it to do and it was comfortable enough. Would stay here again if in the area.

Location is great but the rooms were lacking some basic things. Not enough charging ports near the beds, no bin apart from the bathroom, air con didn't work, and the WiFi was terrible. Perfect location for the basilica however.

This is the second time we've stayed here the room was small but comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. But it can't be in a better position right in the heart of Zaragoza, a stones throw from the basilica.
