Hotel Ristorante Unione

Bellezonia is a quaint, beautiful city and Hotel Unione is near the center with an easy walk to/from the train station. We stayed 1 night and the room was clean, quiet with comfortable beds. Reception was very friendly and gave good recoms. Swiss hotels in general are expensive, but I thought Hotel Unione was a good value given location and quality of room.

We have travelled Europe for the last 6 weeks ( Hubby and I) with a variety of tour groups and without a doubt this is the best hotel we have stayed in! The space, shower pressure and water temperature, fridge, air conditioning- all WAY above what’s on offer in majority of other 3 star hotels in Europe. The staff were SO polite and would go out of their way to help with anything- including when I asked for an iron to iron just a few things instead of paying for laundry. Super clean and newly renovated rooms. Super close to the city centre and has a local co- op supermarket just over the road that offers everything like Woolworth or Coles back in Australia! Amazing and would happily recommend and stay again.

Great little hotel on our roadtrip from Nice to Denmark. The staff was nice and quick to check us in and was very kind to suggest places to see and go during our short stay. Room was perfect for our family and had a great view of the Castle in the distance. Only downer of the stay was the aircondition not functioning. We could hear it being turned on, but the room was boiling all night. But other than that a great stay, that also offered gluten-free bread in the breakfast restaurant, amazing.

A great location, beautiful views, great staff. Our room had a balcony with a view of all three castles, especially beautiful at night.We were very fortunate to find this. We found this hotel after cancelling our reservation at Hotel Internazionale .

Spent two non consecutive nights here, and have stayed on other occasions. Good comfortable family-run hotel ideally located near the historic centre of Bellinzona. There is a lift. The rooms have air conditioning and balconies. Some rooms have stunning views of the famous three castles which are close to the hotel.Very good restaurant serving Italian cuisine, with a decent wine list. They happily produced a fine meal when we arrived after 9 pm . There is a garden at the front where food and drink are served in good weather. Decent breakfast. Large (paying) car park nearby A good choice for stopping over or visiting the sights.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I loved how clean and well-appointed our room was.
