We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tokyo. The location could not have been better. It was so close to the station, which connected us to all the main spots around the city. At the same time, the area was filled with great local restaurants and had a bustling yet authentic neighborhood vibe that we really enjoyed. The hotel itself was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the beds were cozy, and we had everything we needed for a great stay. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful, which made check in and check out smooth and pleasant. Overall, this hotel was the perfect base for exploring Tokyo and gave us both convenience and comfort. We would happily stay here again on our next visit.

10/10 - I would stay here again. Pros • Excellent location in Akasaka, just a 4-minute walk from the station. • Plenty of food options nearby for all meals, and 7/11 just across the road. • Rooms were very clean with daily housekeeping. • The size of the room was decent, bigger than I expected/heard and we could open 3 suitcases at one time. • Most staff were friendly and helpful; one gave great food recommendations and another assisted with luggage transfer to another hotel. • Translation screen for Japanese–English communication was very useful. Cons • Heating/AC is controlled by the entire floor, not individual rooms—temperature changes depend on others. • One female staff member was unfriendly and unapproachable.

We had to get 2 separate rooms for a family of 4, which was not a problem. One parent and one child per room and our rooms were next to each other. Room sizes were typical for Japan - smaller than western standard. We were prepared for this and found no issues with space. Overall, the room was clean. Front desk staff was very nice and pleasant. ||Our favorite part of the hotel was its location. It is close to 2 train stations (one was Harry Potter themed) so it was easy to get around. It was in a nice little area with small streets lined with shops, restaurants and convenience stores. You can walk a few minutes and you're in a more metropolitan area - City scape. It is also walking distance to Hie Shrine. ||The only thing we would have liked was an area to bring food back and eat. Since the rooms are smaller and we had 2 separate rooms, it wasn't ideal to grab food and bring it back to our rooms. It would have been nice to have a spot to sit and eat food we bring back. Not a huge deal though. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station. The service was excellent and the staff were kind and helpful. I especially appreciated the water refill station on the first floor; it was very convenient. The rooms are a bit small, especially if you have two or three pieces of luggage, but the space was cleverly optimized to make the most of it. Overall, a great stay!

We visited Tokyo for 4 nights, we stayed here and loved it. The staff were so welcoming and one of gentleman even stayed up late to check us in. As expected, the room was super small but cosy. This was not a problem as we were out of the room exploring most days anyway. The only thing I would say is that the breakfast options were very limited for English people, however, this isn’t a problem if you’re not fussy. Thanks for a great stay! I would definitely recommend.

Great location. Near strain station. Made it easy for us to get to Japan National Stadium for the world athletics. Lots of restaurants and bars and shops nearby. The staff were really helpful when we lost a bag. They went above and beyond to help us. The hotel was clean and had all that we needed. Would recommend

Google
Location was absolutely perfect, loads of restaurants around and so easy to get to the station. The breakfast was amazing, with great service. The room was exactly what we needed - the bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The rooms were well soundproofed as well and despite being on the second floor we couldn’t hear any sound at all from the street. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Super disappointed. Grumpy staff upon entry. I asked for a couple extra pillows to which they replied they replied NO extra pillows. Also laundry service on their website means you haul your laundry 9 minutes to laundromat or pay per item. And don’t bother asking them to help you arrange transport to airport. They will not help reserve a taxi to the airport because your flight is after the checkout time. They WOULD have helped if my taxi reservation time coincided with before checkout. Isn’t that what a reservation is? Arranging a ride in advance? WOW. UPDATE: moved just next door to the CENTURION HOTEL GRAND and total night and day difference in terms of service!!! All of the above are total non-issues at the Centurion. They have laundry facilities, they CAN help you call a cab, you can request extra pillows, rooms are bright (yes, a bit weathered but at least not weathered and somber/black), they SMILE at everyone and not just “certain” clients (wink- wink to my Asian friends). Hope this helps :)

Yelp
Very cute and quaint. A quiet hotel where the employees speak English as well as Japanese. The lobby is warm and welcoming with a Starbucks vibe to it. This hotel is located in an area where there is tons to do. There is shopping and restaurants and other fun stuff just walking distance from the hotel lobby. It is a very big plus that the employees are bilingual. The rooms are very small but they are quiet which is another plus!

Yelp
I spent 5 nights in this newly opened hotel in Akasaka. I found the location very convenient, a mere 5 minutes walk from the metro. The hotel is very pleasantly decorated, in a modern and sleek style. The staff are friendly and helpful. After all, considering the location and the hotel category, this place is not even thaaaat expensive. The standard rooms are a bit small but hey, this is Tokyo..
