Hotel Riviera Beachotel

Just had a week at the riviera beach hotel benidorm. Staff all very friendly rooms lovely. Food is great plenty choice. Not far from anything although we had hire of double scooter owing to my mobility issues. Very clean hotel good value for money will definate return. We was on the 6th floor never heard any noise.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The terrace is a great spot for drinks in the sun we normally go here when we visit but this is the first time we have stayed at the Riviera. It was lovely before we arrived I had emailed asking for a low floor as I’m not good in lifts and after reading some of the comments I didn’t want to use them, we were given 1st floor which was great. Room was great and very clean bathroom and balcony were good. Great location. The food was very nice always hot. Staff in all areas were lovely. The pool is tucked around the back but we went out 1 day around 10.45 and the sun was up the side and there are some lounger’s there then I assume it carries on around to the pool we came back 1 day about 1pm and the sun was starting at the pool we sat for a few hours it was nice but not sure what time the sun is there till. This was ok for us as we were out and about most of the time. The lounge was nice and they had some good acts on. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again.

Fabulous hotel with fantastic staff whether in the restaurant, rooms or bars. They go over and above to look after you. A huge shout to the amazing Terrace Bar team - Luciana, Davide, Ishi, Alex, Jairo and those behind the scenes, thank you for looking after us. Also the Music Lounge - Fab, Tony and Laxman you never stop but always with a smile, not forgetting Jose, we missed you!

Booked this hotel for the fiesta as it looked the best out of the bunch with availability due to me booking late and reviews are hit and miss so I wasn’t expecting much to be honest.|I was wrong 😊|We were shocked and delighted with this hotel , the reception staff were very accommodating as I was allocated a high room but they changed it for me to the second floor and the room was very modern , clean and the bed was massive.|Lovely heated towel rail for the chilly nights and the shower was fab.|Terrace bar is a sun trap and very lively, staff very hard working.|Lounge underneath ( I didn’t know existed) and I’ve been to Benidorm at least 40 times 😂was fab and staff friendly and good acts on.|Restaurant was great, not as much choice as other places but food was lovely and hot and also plates warmed .|I watched staff test the food regularly and staff very friendly especially the main guy with the infectious laugh😂sorry I didn’t get his name.|Pool area small but adequate for November time.|All in all we will be returning 😊

Arrived at this hotel early expecting to have to wait for room to be ready was surprised at the time to find room available, however during the stay realised this was down to the excellent staff.|Hotel is bright with modern appearance and kept spotless by hardworking cleaning team..|Front of house team take the time to chat with guests.|Food at this hotel is very good constantly changed day to day with live cooking stations and variety for picky eaters.|Bar at the front of the hotel gets sun most of the day and prices are some of the cheapest in Benidorm.|Will return in the future

Lovely hotel in a great location. I visited for 4 nights as a surprise for my sister’s birthday (who was already staying at the hotel with my mother for a week). The reception staff were great. They arranged for some cava and chocolates to be delivered to the room as a birthday treat for my sister. They were also able to accommodate my request for our rooms to be close together on the ground floor (I ended up being in the room next door). All staff we interacted with in the hotel were so friendly and were lovely to chat to. They are a credit to the hotel. My room was spotless and the air conditioning was superb which was appreciated in the 30+ degree heat! The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Plenty of choice on offer and the food was delicious that I ended up eating there every night of my stay. I am gutted that I missed out on the chocolate fountain that my sister and mum enjoyed the night before I arrived! The 6 euro bottle of house wine at the restaurant was fantastic value for money. The waiters in the restaurant were always so nice to chat to and were very attentive. The terrace bar was also good for some people watching while enjoying a cocktail or two. Table service from the hard working bar staff was also a nice touch. The pool area was smaller than other hotels I have stayed at but there was never any issue with getting a sun bed (even during August) and the pool was great to cool off in with the water being a pleasant temperature. Overall a really great adults only hotel. I hope to be able to visit again soon!

Stayed for the fiesta for 4 nights. Allocated a room on the 8th floor and could literally hear everything. People going to the loo, flushing, and the daily antics which come with an adult hotel. Literally zero privacy.||Other than the noise the room was fine. We did have a blocked sink which we reported but was never fixed, I dread to think what’s causing it.||Food was the biggest let down. Having previously stayed in the Flash and Nero, the selection was poor at best. Ok if you don’t like lots of options, but too much like a budget canteen for us. ||Pool area is tiny, didn’t see any sun on there but it was November.||Location is probably the best benefit of this hotel. Straight off the main strip and a fantastic bar/terrace outside where the staff work so hard.||We wouldn’t return but for those wanting to good base at a low price for a few days, it’s ideal.

It’s our fifth time staying here 😀 it’s not a big hotel like some of the others but the rooms are ok but in the small side but very clean . Food is good and the sun terrace at the front is great . We came for the fiesta we will be coming for paddy’s week too . We came in June and the pool area got the sun . Staff very helpful all in all not a bad hotel for the price .
