Well situated in Ubeda with easy access and adequate parking. Additional parking spaces are available within a garage for which an additional charge is made. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The meals I had were very good value and of good quality. Overall an excellent economical place to stay.

A very good hotel for the price you pay. Large room, great bed. Everything you need is there. Friendly staf. And just a 15 minutes walk to the historic centre

Easy to find and free parking, although may be hard to find parking when busy. Hotel is very impressive and grand. Rooms are large and clean, beds comfortable and good bathrooms. Lovely garden & pool, although too cold when we visited. It is on the outskirts of town so don't expect too much of the local area.|We had a fridge in our room which wasn't plugged in; but there were facilities in the room to make tea/coffee. The hotel is at least 1 km from the centre (a 20 min walk). Overall a good hotel; although it could do with a bit of a renovation.

We were given a room on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool and garden where a bouncy castle is situated for parties. Unfortunately for us we had a very disturbed night with guitar playing and out of tune singing from below which went on till 2.00am. The room is fine though the shower is temperamental and can soak the bathroom as it spins out of its wall attachment!|It is advertised that English is spoken but it isn't and trying to navigate the menu for dinner is a nightmare. I would suggest that an English translation is obtained. Google translate is helpful but not always accurate.|Ubeda is an interesting city with many beautiful buildings and is well worth a visit though the hotel is about a thirty minute walk to the old town centre. The museum of St John of the Cross is particularly interesting as is a tour of the small mediaeval synagogue.

Came to this hotel to finalise details for my wedding in a few months and decided to stay overnight so I could check everything was up to scratch.||||The receptionist was super friendly and answered all the questions I had, the room I was pleasantly surprised at the free tea and coffee facilities in room, spacious room, small balcony and comfortable bed. The free water was a nice touch too. ||||Wanted to try the food so had my evening meal at the hotel. 16.50 euros for a 3 course meal with drinks. Fantastic presentation and great tasty food.||||Slightly on outskirts of Ubeda centre but within easy reach of everything. This hotel I happily recommend and hopefully my wedding there will be just as high a standard. Very excited

This hotel is 800 m walk from the Ubeda bus station - completely the opposite direction away from town. So to get into town each day, the walk will take you 20 mins. As soon as I walked in before my check-in time, the lady at the front desk immediately told me she couldn't help me. All I wanted was to ask her to store my luggage at that point. WiFi is a joke here. I had to do all my travel planning down in the lobby. I saw this poor guy with his work laptop in the lobby trying to work. It was cold and rainy out, and kids were playing balls inside the lobby while he was trying to work. Signal is VERY weak in the room. If you need WIFI, this is NOT the hotel for you. and definitely not a place you want to stay if you have work to do. The hotel need a MAJOR upgrade on technology and remodeling. A room with no coffee machine, no reading lamp, limited electric outlet. There is a nice chair by the window for reading - but what is the use if there was no light there at night? Bathroom is dirty with brown grout throughout. Water does not drain in both the shower and the sink. Nothing makes much sense here. It is like they got all the random items and just put them in the room. Wine glasses were placed in the bathroom for brushing? I would recommend staying closer to town, somewhere with better wifi.

It was the most heartwarming stay during a job trip that I've had by now. Not only the sunrise was welcoming me every morning (by the way, the view from the upper floor on olive fields is marvelous!), but also waiters remembered my name from the first day of the stay making me feel like home surrounded by friends. Úbeda and its people will stay in my heart forever!
