Hotel Rocamar Benidorm

Even after staying here I still don’t know if it is called:| | - Hotel Clopy Rocamar|- Clopy Mirador del Castillo|- NR Mirador del Castillo|- Hotel Rocamar Benidorm|or |- Hotel Mirador||What I do know is that there are two hotels beside each other, names have recently changed, and it’s very confusing online to know which is which!||It’s a fairly basic hotel, with a fantastic location in Benidorm old-town, but no communal areas for guests.| |Rooms are clean and comfortable with all that you need, including a safe and fridge. The TV was very good and surprisingly had Chromecast. The bathrooms are modern and well-equipped. I found the hotel noisy at night, so bring ear plugs.

Fantastic hotel in the perfect location in the Old Town. Hotel staff courteous and friendly. Rooms very clean. Free WiFi and a lovely roof terrace with plenty of sunbeds. Thank you Rocamar for a very pleasant stay, we will return next year!

Beautiful friendly hotel, can't do enough to make your holiday lovely.idealy situated in the old town ,||, lovely rooms and so quiet after 11.00 pm.came here in April ,returned in July and am coming back again in September only downside for us is some rooms have glass toilet walls. Soon get used to them but certainly different. Have found our best hotel yet in benidorm.

I recently stayed at Clopy Hotel and had a really lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is absolutely perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the beach, surrounded by great restaurants and bars, and only about a 10-minute walk to the city centre and old town. It really doesn’t get more convenient than that. The room itself was on the smaller side, but it was spotless and cleaned daily, which I appreciated. A couple of things that could be improved: the toilet area is all glass, so there’s not much privacy, and the area can get quite noisy at night, especially on Fridays and Saturdays—but that’s more about the lively surroundings than the hotel itself. One suggestion I’d make is to provide four sleeping pillows per room and a lightweight duvet instead of just sheets, which would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again for the location and service alone!

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in an ideal location, in a beautiful part of old town and a short walk from the nightlife. Our room was clean and spacious with plenty to put offer for a short stay (tea and coffee facilities, mini fridge, security safe) - they offer room service and breakfast as a add on. I would definitely visit again and recommend the hotel and it's incredible staff and service.

I saw all the reviews since the hotel had been taken over late 2024, I have to admit I had concerns after visiting several times under the previous Management. |We have just checked out after a lovely 7 days and can honestly say for what you pay it’s got to be hard to beat. We had no issues. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned daily with a change of towels mid-week. There is a large TV with lots of English channels. We had an issue with the safe after my wife locked us out of it! but the maintenance guy attended within 5 mins of calling reception. We found reception staff to be pleasant and welcoming. We did have to request a loo roll, the problem being the ones in the room don’t last long, it was not an issue for us reception provided. We took our own tea and coffee with the intention of purchasing a kettle after reading reviews. No need to thou as reception provided a kettle and cups on request.||From the reviews I’ve seen I don’t doubt there were issues following the take over however these issues seem to have been resolved.

Had the single room on the top floor it was beautiful and very spacious lovely bathroom, Dove toiletries and the shower was great. Small balcony and remotely controlled blinds so it was dark at night and I slept great even though it is a busy area in the evening with the bars open nearby. Vending machine was handy for drinks and sweets. There was an issue on my first day with noisy music from some lads but the staff dealt with it swiftly and I was grateful as a solo traveller for the two staff members who ordered me a taxi in the evenings and waited with me until they knew I was safely in them. I paid £40 a night fantastic value and definitely would stay again.

What a wonderful hotel in old town. The staff were amazing, travel alot and can honestly say probably one of the best genuine hotels I have stayed in. Staff couldn't do enough to help. Well done everyone.
