Hotel Rocamar Benidorm

What wonderful surprise this hotel was great value for money. A little gem.|Very large double bed. Amazing shower with dove shampoo, body wash and hand wash. House keeping every day and a hair dryer. We were on the 1st floor and hardly any noise apart from our last night when our upstairs neighbours didn’t get in till 6am and obviously forgot their key haha. |Lovely little balcony. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Alfredo! We are definitely going again. |Perfect location |Remember it’s 2 hotels in one and the old hotel signs are still up. There’s two entrances, you want the one with the automatic door with hotel Clopy written on it.|Also if you like photography there’s an amazing opportunity to take a photo down the back street walking down towards the port on the left hand side there’s a little alley with the most beautiful view!

Had a 3 night stay here last week. It's superbly situated in the old town just up from tapas alley. 10 minute walk from both Levante and poniente beaches. Smooth check-in, very pleasant and friendly staff. The room was excellent, very clean, a huge bed with one of the comfiest mattresses Ive slept on. There's a small fridge and a kettle in the room. The bathroom was a decent size with a really good shower. There was also a small balcony over looking one of the alleys in the old town. There is a breakfast option which was 8 euros, booked the day before, we chose it for our first morning. There was a selection of teas and coffees, cereal yogurt, honey, nuts, and breads. There was bacon, vienna sausage, and spanish tortilla as hot options, but there are also loads of places within a few minutes walk from the hotel that can provide just about anything you need for any meal. We had a late flight home and were able to keep the room on until 3pm for 30 euros, they also looked after our bags when we did checkout, so we could go and have a meal before our pickup. I would recommend this hotel if your looking for a budget style place to stay which is close to all you need in the old town.

Nice room, clean and did the job. Glass bathroom was a bit weird- luckily there with husband who's seen it all before, not sharing with a friend, else might have been a bit odd! Friendly staff, room was clean, but the bed was awful. It squeaked even if you breathed, let alone turned over, getting cosy together would have woke the entire place up! We did report this on leaving, so hopefully will be fixed for next people. All in all, not terrible, and very convenient to the little beach down the steps, and the rest of old town. Despite the sound of it, we would stay here again, as it was a reasonable price.

Great little hotel in the old town, looks like it was 2 hotels (rocamar and mirador) merging into one, rooms exceptionally clean, staff friendly especially Andreas who works nighs, we were 3 hours delayed so arrived in the middle of the night, nothing was too much trouble. There's a great little roof terrace for sunbathing and outdoor showers, needs a bit of a spruce up and new furniture but the concept is great. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Staff couldn't be nicer. Rooms are lovely with comfy beds and they're perfectly warm for sleeping. Been loads of times. Can't recommend it enough x

Brilliant location, paper-thin walls, and a live soundtrack of holiday life|You honestly couldn’t ask for a better location. Spot smack bang in the heart of the old town, a hop from the beach and mere steps from all the bars and restaurants. Absolutely ideal… until bedtime. That’s when the magic of the location turns into a bit of a symphony.  Laughter from the streets, footsteps in the hall, and the occasional dramatic return of someone who’s clearly befriended sangria.|We were on the ground floor by reception and the lift, which was extremely noisy. The walls are so thin you could practically join your neighbours’ conversations.  We were often treated to the full “morning alarm snooze marathon” from next door. Whoever that was, I hope their night was worth it.|On the plus side, the room was spotless and had all the essentials,  iron, hairdryer, and even Dove toiletries.|The bed, however, dipped in the middle like it was auditioning for a hammock, great if you like to cuddle, not so great if you just want a kip without falling into the abyss.|Would we stay again? Strangely, yes. The staff were lovely and the location unbeatable, but next time we’ll ask for a higher floor, somewhere safely above the chorus of boozy late night returns and bleary eyed morning routines.

Excellent little hotel in a great location.|Yes it's basic but absolutely brilliant value for money. Literally less than one minute walk to Tapas alley & 5 minutes to the beach.|The place is spotless & we'll definitely use when we're next in Benidorm but the best thing for us about the hotel is the staff.|Absolute credit to the company especially the reception staff, absolutely fantastic. I had a little mishap but the way they dealt with it was first class.|Highly recommend & you won't be sorry 👌

Our first time staying at the rocamar, and what a gem it is. Really well situated in the old town close to both levante and poniente beaches and close to lots of small bars and tapas restaurants. |The rooms are spacious, clean, and well presented, with a huge bed and a super comfy mattress, we slept very well.|We had a small balcony, too.|There is a safe and aircon (free to use), and there is a fridge and kettle provided as well.|The staff were very friendly and helpful.|Rooms cleaned every day if you want it.|I would definitely stay here again.
