HOTEL ROCKAWAY

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Manuel on the front desk who helped me with a lot of things. However my room had black mould in it and several maintenance issues on arrival that I had to ask them to fix but it took quite a long time. The faucet was in the wrong place on the sink so water went everywhere. My room was extremely loud and noisy in the evening. I would not recommend to stay here even though the staff were very nice and hardworking.

Excellent location. Beautiful room ( we did upgrade ). Comfortable bed. Bathroom is gorgeous. Pool area is nice / pool isn’t large but very relaxing and refreshing. Breakfast included was average. Staff seemed pleasant for the most part. ||Debby from Canada

Nice hotel at Playa Zicatela. Pleasant rooms with comfortable beds and efficient aircon and WiFi. Breakfast included with good menu choice. Great swimming pools with fair priced drinks available from the bar.

View from our room was straight out to Zicatela beach. The room was great, but have some headphones handy. There's a lot of late night music down the road.

Very nice hotel right at Zicatela, with all amenities just around the corner. Ideal for families. Excellent breakfast, helpful and nice service. *** Just beware that if you’re a light sleeper, the best rooms to choose are those around the pool. *** If you don’t mind noisy nights, then you can get a room facing the main street, where you will get a good taste of the music being played at the nearby clubs, which can be at times very loud!

They cancel our reservation 2 days after we completed booked and fully paid, stating they were full. Bad customer experience.

I fully paid 3 rooms, they confirmed it and 2 days later they said they are sold out. Really bad experience. Do not recommend.

This is a nice and well maintained hotel right on zicatela beach. The rooms and service are above average. However, i was placed in a room at the front of the hotel closest to the beach and nightclubs. The noise and deep, booming bass from the night clubs made this place unbearable and impossible to sleep in at night. I originally booked the room for four days, but after two nights, I got another hotel room down the street just to get away from the noise. I am a light sleeper and could not get a good night’s sleep here. The hotel staff and service are great, and this is not at all a criticism of them. Just beware of getting a room closest to the beach.

Joke of a hotel, management staff were the absolute worst.. basically passports stolen manager was no where to be found until we made a scene did nothing to support don't go they are not worth it.. I had a better time with the lifeless staff at Selina then the incredibly dumb management staff here

Awesome place to stay. Really nice and accommodating staff. A/C in the room. Pools are really nice and this hotel is very clean. Really great breakfast included with our stay. Stayed here for 10 days and it was perfect. Can't recommend this place enough. Could hear some music from the clubs but that's to be expected for the location. Slept like a baby for the whole stay.
