I had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. The reception desk was proactive and helpful, answering all my questions over the phone before my arrival. The restaurant served good food, and the breakfast buffet was satisfying with a decent variety. The rooms and common areas were clean and tidy, which added to the overall comfort. I also appreciated the option for a late check-out, available for an additional fee. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience.

I’ve only experienced this level of quality once before – and that was a hidden gem in Dresden. This place definitely belongs in the same league! From check-in to check-out, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. The entire team is extremely attentive, helpful, and respectful – you really feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest. The rooms are spotless, the service is excellent, and the food is absolutely delicious – from breakfast to room service, everything was on point. Highly recommended – whether you’re here on a business trip, as a couple, or with family. I would gladly return anytime! The location of the hotel is a 12 out of 10!! Absolutely amazing – just wow!

I stayed at Hotel Romance during the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival and it was pure magic from start to finish! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of the spa zone, just a short stroll from the colonnade and festival action.||The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful (even when I needed coffee before being fully human). My room was spotless, cozy, and full of little touches that made me feel truly cared for. Breakfast? A buffet of dreams!||Hotel Romance lives up to its name – charming, peaceful, and with just the right amount of elegance. Already dreaming of coming back next year, this time with friends and kids in tow!

Very positive overall experience. Breakfast was top notch! Pillows, sheets, and bed perfectly for a restful night. Situated so close to nearly everything with a beautiful view. Staff were super hospitable and spoke English (was appreciative as it is not as common as in Prague). The carpet and walls could use a refresh but otherwise felt well maintained and clean! For those arriving by Bolt, they do not have access to the front door so be prepared to walk downhill (or up) with your luggage from drop off spot.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Karlovy Vary. We had a view across the town and a small balcony. Comfortable bed and nice and quiet. If you drive they arrange parking a short distance away - very efficient. We also had breakfast and dinner and the standard of the food was high. Overall highly recommended.

This is a beautiful old hotel right in the main area of town. It was very easy to just walk out the door and be in the middle of memorable sights. Our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast had many choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. We are very glad we stayed here.

Great terrace with nice view and breakfast/restaurant. Friendly service. Large cosy clean rooms. Instead of a shower curtain, solid glass would match the good standard better and be more hygienic.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Romance. I really enjoyed the environment, the atmosphere, the service and the breakfast. The staff was absolutely fantastic and tried their very best to make my stay as good as possible.
