Hotel Roop Mahal

Hotel Roop Mahal is a great value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop has a magical view, especially at night. The hotel is also very well located, close to the fort. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Jaisalmer.

We did 2 days 1 night safari which was an amazing experience. We slept with the stars totally alone in the desert. We had great food and tea as well. The trip with the camels was also very funny ! I will remember all my life !!

Excellent, Affordable, Recommended for all type tourists Lovely hotel in an excellent location Near by Jaisalmer fort. The rooftop has stunning views of the fort and is well worth a visit. The rooms are cleaned daily, The owner is very friendly, Overall a wonderful stay and I will go back again soon.

Decent hotel with good Fort view from the hotel roof top but the hotel room looks very old and the wall insulation is not good so it really gets cold at night inside the room so be well prepared if you are planning to stay in this hotel as there is no heater facility and no kitchen available so food has to be ordered and quite expensive. However the taste is good.

We went on a safari with Hotel Roop Mahal and it was probably one of the best experience I’ve ever had. We wanted to be by ourselves in the desert with my 3 other friends and Chandra promised us we would be alone. He was right. Just us and two camel men in the middle of the desert, riding our camels in the sand dunes, watching the sunset with a homemade chai tea while waiting for dinner to be cooked and we slept in sleeping bags watching the sky full of stars. AMAZING.

We had a really great stay here ! The staff was super friendly and help us to find our bus, buy good products and advices about the visits. We also did the camel tour which was very well organized. ||Otherwise food was good kindly prepared by a nice cooker. And room was comfortable and clean
