Polly and I stayed for 2 nights at the end of October. We stayed in room 101 right above the front door to the hotel. Our room was both cold and very noisy! Taxis and buses constantly run by right outside the window. No means of heating and so when we got wet in the rain we stayed wet!|WiFi was almost non existent and our usually reliable EE provider also had very poor coverage in the hotel. Very frustrating!|Despite being in a good location and good value for money we wouldn’t stay again.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, friendly and helpful staff, amazing service. They went out of their way to make our anniversary stay special. Santiago at the front desk gave us recommendations when we first arrived and they were wonderful when we tried them. The room was beautiful and the cute balcony and view were perfectly picturesque. Amazing Alhambra views especially at night. They were nice enough to accommodate our room selection so we got the one we wanted. We were able to easily walk everywhere from this hotel: the Alhambra, Albaizin, Sacramonte flamenco show, and delisious tapas spots. Taxis que in the square just down the street, which made transportation so easy. Just an amazing place and an amazing stay!!! Would give ten stars if I could.

The best about this hotel besides location are the people who work there. Daniela was extremely helpful especially due to our distress upon arrival. Kind and helpful. All three desk attendants were extremely personable, helpful, and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Also had an elevator after the initial stairs up to lobby. Very grateful for that for our sore knees. It is located between two bridges with a view of Alahambra. Stay here highly recommend and we will be back!

Enjoyed this sweet historic hotel! It’s balcony opened to the cobblestone street below afjascent to the creek which we could hear from our room. While it wasn’t super spacious, it was cozy and well appointed. It was a great place to land! I highly recommend for a couple or single traveler.

The hotel is located in the best walking area. The place is beautiful, the view and the room ares amazing. The customer service was always willing to help. Because it is a walking area, I recommend not bringing a lot of luggage because you will need to walk 3 blocks with those

I stayed one night in this hotel and everything was fine. I had a very cozy room for a good price and the location is perfect. The two young people working at the reception (the Italian girl and Santiago) are super professional and kind!

Fantastic location on the River Darro. Pros- Easy get to all sights, tourist and local bus stops a few minutes walk away. Beautiful old building which comes with the issues of an old building. The room we stayed in was clean, small but comfortable. Air conditioning was fine, water pressure was great and room cleaned everyday. Perfect for short trips solo or as a couple. The front desk ladies were always pleasant, smiling and happy to help. The rooftop terrace was fantastic, simple with wonderful views of Alhambra, and private. Cons- The Internet was working but very poorly, could not connect with a tablet. There is tea and coffee available in lobby but at a cost, if made complimentary it really would have made the stay that little bit sweeter. Having tea making facilities in the bedroom would have been nice also. Constant leak from the roof, which was attended to but never seemed to be fixed. Would definitely recommend for short stays or solo travel. It was great to stay in an Andalusian palace much like the Riads of Morocco right in the heart of the history city of Granada.

Yelp
We booked back in January /2019 Palacio de Santa Ines through Expedia.com for 2 nights October 9th through 11th /2019. We were told through an e-mail that upon arrival to go to Rosa D'Oro Hotel because the reception is for both hotels.Upon arrival October 9th /2019 we were told that the hotel we booked was not existing anymore (fraud) that we would have to stay at Rosa D'Oro for the 2 nights we had reserved. We were NOT happy at all because we had booked a 4 star Hotel and a Suite as a room at a cost of $199.00 Canadian per night. Rosa D'Oro Hotel is a 3 star hotel listed on Expedia at $99.00 Canadian per night. We mentioned our concern to Maria at the front desk and she said for us not to worry as she do something to satisfy us. I said the only way we would be satisfied would be to pay only one night as we had pre paid as a deposit for one night. " Don't worry I will do something." We believed her. When we left after the 2 nights I reminded her what she had said. Please no worries she said. She asked for us to pay the parking (another fraud) and I gave her my credit card. Big mistake. Without my authorization she took my card number from the parking payment and charged me $199.00 Canadian for the second night.I have no receipt and it has passed on my credit card. Maria is a liar and a fraud. Instead of paying $198.00 Canadian for the 2 nights as advertised on Expedia, it costed us $398.00 Canadian. I have my credit card company on the case and will deal with the local authorities. I have pictures of the room as they will say they gave us an equivalent room. We even had an ant nest in the bathroom and we saw bugs in the bedroom. Please stay away of this hotel.
