Hotel Rosamar

Arrived 3 days ago with our 4 yo granddaughter and all I can say is thankfully we have only one more day to go ! Good points .. the kids splash pool is superb could not fault it in the slightest. Where to start with the downside ! Firstly and this is purely my fault, we were half board but on arrival decided to upgrade to All inc . MISTAKE !the food is nothing short of disgusting. Breakfast is a joke, the dining rooms are pure carnage no bowls for cereal the one morning we went the people were eating cereal out of cups. It was literally rammed with people the queue for the very very slow toaster was a joke we just gave up in the end and never went back. I've never tasted worse food on my life ! We ventured dinner one evening , again it was disgusting. The snack bar was the only decent saviour. Admittedly we should have tried the food prior to paying an extra £200 on top of the £800 we had already paid to stay in this hell hole. The rooms are way too small, beds are uncomfortable, poor storage facilities, balconies are very small barely room for a small table and 2 chairs. Never cleaned once since we arrived, twice I had to request clean towels before I got them and they never removed the dirty ones. The reason we needed them was the shower floor leaked and I had to use the towels to dry it up. I visit Benidorm many times a year and have stayed in so many hotels but this is by far the worst but it's down to experience. Staff are far from helpful although they are extremely busy. I let my granddaughter go to the kids club one morning but there were only Spanish children there, understandable enough but the club staff only spoke the entire time in Spanish and my little granddaughter didn't understand the instructions , they literally ignored her so she stayed less than an hour and left and I never brought her back. There are way more superior hotels in Benidorm for a lot less money with fantastic food. My advice is to avoid this one at all costs

The Rosamar is a fantastic hotel that has recently undergone refurbishment. We arrived on opening day and despite a couple of teething issues (water was cold in the shower, but immediately fixed) we were checked in efficiently. ||Our room was spacious, clean and tidy! The beds were big, with nice comfortable bedding and pillows! My only concern about the rooms is the headboard/glass shelf immediately behind the pillows. Often I found myself banging my head on the corner during the night as it’s really low down! Nevertheless, the rooms were well maintained and kept clean by the cleaners daily. The rooms had tea/coffee and a mini fridge. ||The food was as you’d expect from an all inclusive - a wide variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner, and snacks throughout the day. The food was always hot, and there was the option to have some cooked fresh by the chefs.||The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic and in some ways really made the holiday - they kept everyone well entertained all throughout the day right into the evening! They had some great games and tried their best to get everyone involved. ||There are three pools, one of which is a spa - I was slightly disappointed to learn that the sauna/steam room only operate during the winter. One of the other pools is a kids pool with a small water park style play area. And then the main pool which has the daily entertainment. ||The hotel is in an ideal location for those wanting to visit the beaches and the main strips of Benidorm. ||Overall, we have had a fantastic holiday, and would definitely stay here again if visiting the city.

lovely hotel room with a nice pool view, nice and redone and comfy, pillows are really soft and great to sleep on. all inclusive is worth the money as the breakfast is really nice and loads of options for everyone, quick service when getting cocktails at the all inclusive bar. great customer service and would recommend it to everyone who wants to come

Just left this beautiful hotel today,cannot fault the hotel, but the food have let it down, nothing for my grandson to eat,he is fussy but no nuggets till Thursday and they was Disgusting. Wording my 4 year old said, we had to take him to mcdonalds, me and my daughter did not enjoy the food either, we would definitely stay again but would go all inclusive and not go near the restaurant

great holiday with my friends! i highly recommend the Rosamar hotel in Benidorm for a holiday. we are very happy with our holiday. the entertainment team very good and the food very good! close to the beach and shops! come and visit without regrets

Just stayed at the refurbished Rosamar and I will be staying again. Looks beautiful, great entertainment, food has a great selection for the Brits, and also plenty of fresh and colourful choices. And for the price/location, it's a winner.

Had a shower leaking nothing done no tv food very poor. Good points room nice and located within near the beach

Food was lovely, loved the snack bar too. The rooms we’re beautiful and very clean. Short wait when we first got there for the room but was definitely worth it. Entertainment team were absolutely lovely, so was the rest of the staff in the hotel. Lots of choice of drinks. Really enjoyed the holiday and will definitely go again.
