We are leaving Rosamar tonight and we had a wonderful holiday here. Our room was bright and cleaned every day. The air conditioning was great and the tv had some English channels with cartoons for our two children. The food has been lovely and the staff in the restaurant work extremely hard. There has been a great variety of food to suit the tastes of all the different nationalities that holiday here. The pools are lovely and there is plenty of entertainment to keep the children happy. We wanted to stay in a clean hotel with air conditioning that had a good selection of food and drink that we could enjoy with our two children and the Rosamar ticked all of those boxes. We would definitely come back. Thank you again to the excellent cleaning staff and restaurant staff.

Great last minute holiday. |Check in was quick and smooth|Room was spacious clean and already cooled with air con Great black out blinds which was needed for the baby and big balcony. |Kids pool was great! People did start queuing from around 9.30am to hold a bed with towels which was annoying, but I suppose you get that everywhere. |All inclusive food was tasty, with great selection. The waiting staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. |Lifts were warm and very slow. We were lucky to be on the 1st floor. There was a disabled lift but unfortunately people were using it so some people with disabilities had to wait ages to get a lift. |Very short walk to the beach and the strip, but also far enough away were you cant hear noise and music.|All in all, cant complain, great holiday, just what youd expect for a well priced hotel in Benidorm.

The hotel was just great. All the staff professional and very kind. Room was clean and when I had an issue with safe box at the beginning, I called the reception and it was resolved in no time. Pool for the kids was great, we had so much fun playing. Gaming room opened till midnight was also something we enjoyed. Entertainment was amazing. Animators were very kind and happy. I really liked the hours for breakfast 7-10 and dinner was late 20-22 which is super convenient when you want to go out after lunch, you’re never late for the dinner! The entertainment in the evening was also fun. Personally food for me was fine, it was tasty and if you’re a gym freak you can deffo gain because you can eat clean if you wish. The gym might be upgraded with some other cable machines instead of so many bikes but that’s again very personal and it does not affect my opinion about the hotel, as you are able to do a good workout if need be. I was on 13th floor but rarely experienced trouble with the elevator, most of the times it was like 1min wait. Strongly recommended ❤️

I am currently on holiday here with my friend and my 2 year old son. The animation team are brilliant! There is something happening all day everyday to keep the little one entertained. Special mention to Daniel who is amazing! Best dance moves in Benidorm! Would definitely recommend staying here if you are wanting to holiday with a young one.

We come to this hotel for 7 days with 4 children including baby and 4 adults we arrived to our room and room was disgusting my son sat on the bed and the snapped and smashed his head up the wall there was someone else toe nails in room and currently still there! The food is repetitive but it’s eatable you have a token for the same cup! And you loose the cup you have to pay for a new token! The beds since we have been here have not been changed!! There is ants and cockroaches and silverfish in rooms they are disgusting! You are not aloud any blow up inflatables in the pool! You have to run for a sun bed! Cue for lunch! Also no food after 10 in evening all inclusive is finished at 11 after you have to pay! Everything is turned off! The hotel is in general rotten! Sun bed broken!!! The balcony is cracked to scared to go out into also the cups are plastic you only get a proper glass if you upgrade £8 each day the arcades are constantly broken No adult allowed on water slides with children! Wouldn’t waste your money to come to this hotel every person we have spoken to on site have many more complaints this hotel isn’t a 4 star i would more say a 2! This hotel is no good for prams or disabled people as your constant waiting for a lift longest waited was 30 minutes for the lift to come as to many flights off stairs to climb Staff are rude also NO WAITERS!!!! the most laziest hotel!! I’ve ever been too!!! Evening entertainment crap!!!!!!!! All I say i will be getting some money back for my holiday!!!! Cost £5600 wouldn’t off payed £1000 for this hotel!!!!! There so much more which could be said!!!! Just so much wrong to write!!!!!!

We had an amazing stay at Rosamar Hotel and can’t recommend it enough for families with children. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Would like to give Adrian a special mention for sorting out a disability room.||What really stood out was the excellent entertainment for kids. From the moment we arrived, our children were busy with fun activities — the kids' club had creative games, arts and crafts, and themed parties that kept them engaged and excited every day. The evening shows were a huge hit too — professional, fun, and very family-friendly.||The pool area is perfect for kids, with slides and splash zones that are safe but still exciting. The entertainment team deserves special mention — they were energetic, caring, and really made an effort to involve every child.||A few mentions on things that can be improved:|• 2 disabled toilet locks were broken and couldn't be used|• There are only 5 lifts for 14 floors. It takes a very long time to access them sometimes. (One occasion we were waiting 30 minutes in the morning with a hungry toddler, which was not enjoyable). There is also no indication whether they are going up or down.|• The new dining room floor can be very slippery, depending which shoes you are wearing |• We were shocked to learn after 11pm, the all inclusive bar ends, and items need to be paid for. A midnight finish would be our recommendation.

We stayed at this hotel for our family holiday because of the great price and the aqua park, and it was a fantastic choice! It’s close to the sea with beautiful beaches and stunning greenish water—perfect for diving. Our room was on the 14th floor with a large terrace, amazing views (mountains, sea, and city), and a powerful AC that saved us from the summer heat. The room was spacious—our kids even had room to run around. There was a fridge for cold drinks, a big bathroom, and everything was very clean. The hotel staff were excellent—super friendly and patient, even helping me practice my beginner Spanish! Meals were a highlight: breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered something different every day with dishes from all over the world. Only complaint? Too many delicious desserts 😄 We didn’t use the big pool, as we preferred the beach, but the kids’ pool was great in the evenings. There are six fun slides and a lifeguard always on duty. Snacks and fresh fruit were always available by the pool, which was a big plus. Some hotel guests go overboard with booze, but I don't need to name the country—everyone already knows. Yes, it’s a tall hotel, but we never waited more than 2–3 minutes for the lifts. We even used the stairs sometimes for fun and fitness! Before we left, our return flight was at 23:50 while checkout was at 12:00. I asked at reception about late checkout, but they couldn’t offer it because the hotel was fully booked. Still, they were amazing—they let us leave our bags in the baggage room, use the showers, and continue enjoying all the hotel facilities, including food, drinks, and activities, until it was time to leave. Truly appreciated! Only two small suggestions: – Some kids’ pool sunbeds need replacing (broken backrests). – A drying rack on the balcony would be useful for towels. The 5-minute walk to the beach was a bit “dangerous” for our wallets—too many toy shops tempting the kids! 😄 Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Just enjoy the place, be kind, and make the most of your holiday!

This Hotel is absolutely perfect for a family holiday. Rooms are kept spotless and the kids pool area is ideal. Bear in mind it's only kids that can use the chutes and slides. The restaurant is a very high standard they try and change the menu daily having different themes. The amount of choice you get is outstanding, there is something for literally everyone. The food hall is extremely hygienic everything is perfectly cooked and as it should be in four star hotel. The staff in the restaurant are excellent and very friendly and helpfull. Don't listen to the rubbish some people post about this hotel. This hotel has a large number of Spanish people holidaying there so that should tell you how good it is. Top marks. Next time in Benidorm this would be my first choice...👍⭐⭐⭐⭐

Yelp
I stayed hear last year for 2 weeks, the staff were freindly and the food was nice, after a week though it was so repetitive,The rooms were nice and clean and the balcony was a good size,my only complaint really was the hotel bar closed at 11.00pm every night, a lot of the near by hotels stayed open much later but as i have kids I like to be back at hotel not to late, overall though the rosamar wouldnt be my first choice in benidorm but i would come back here as it is basically a good clean hotel with plenty of sun beds and decent indoor and out door swimmingpool
