Hotel Rosamar Maritim

Hotel very clean, Staff very helpful, Arrived with my daughter, had a double bed, asked if we could change to twin beds, they obliged straight away without any fuss. Marivi who worked in the pool area was absolutely lovely, she would go out of her way to help you, always happy. Beach, shops and restaurants close by. Breakfast was very good, Dinners could have had more choices, not the best food especially for a four star hotel. Have a lovely holiday.

This place is amazing. The staff are wonderful. We were booked into a double room but we needed a crib so they quickly found us a bigger room to fit a crib in and within 10 mins of booking in, the crib was there in the room ready. I couldn’t thank the staff enough for how easy they made our holiday. No stress at all. We booked our excursions through the reception and they called and booked the whole things for collection straight outside the hotel. ||I had a 4 month old baby and they could not get enough of her, they made her laugh everyday the reception staff and the wonderful lady on the rooftop terrace. ||Although the pool is small, the views are amazing and there is no fighting for sunbeds when we went. We got a beautiful spot every day and went in and out of the pool. The pool also has a place to sit and jets. There’s a sauna and steam room too which we didn’t use because we were already hot. The lady on the terrace brought whatever food and drink over that you ordered and they are all so happy to chat to you. ||Also the breakfast is amazing. All you can eat. Full English, cereal, yogurt, pastries, cakes, pancakes, churros and a man who will cook you omelettes of your choice and fresh scrambled and fried eggs. Also they had cava on hand for breakfast so we had a Buck’s Fizz for a birthday treat amongst the price already. ||The rooms are great, we didn’t have see view but we didn’t feel like that affected our holiday at all. The rooms were always cleaned, beds made and fresh towels, we never had to chase anything up. Also the aircon is great. I would definitely return!! It is right in front of th beach and the bars

The rooms are in need of some tlc and are on the small side but the hotel was in a fab location with lovely sea views. The staff were amazing, especially Pati on reception.|She was so helpful and friendly. We needed a room change and she sorted this out for us straightaway as well as helping us to book buses and other activities, all done with a smile 😃

The property is nice as it's along the sea shore but the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. The aircondition in our room wasn't working and after informing them they had us change our room. After changing rooms the aircondition was still not working and the staff put their hands up saying they can't do anything. We paid a premium price for a nights stay and couldn't sleep. The staff said they couldn't do anything about it and was extremely rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to stay for the price.

If we were to come back in Lloret, we would choose the same Hotel. Great value for money. For the price we paid we couldn’t have asked for more. The staff was great! Helpful, friendly, they all made us feel very welcomed there. The food was ok, not everything according to our tastes, still thanks to the great variety we always found something that we liked. The view was also great. We really spent a lot of time on the balcony, enjoying the view. Totally worth it!!! The room was big, pretty clean. But the furniture is outdated and the bathrooms could use some improvement. It has 4 stars, in Germany it would have had 2. So overall, we would recommend it and we really enjoyed our stay. Just had 16 nights as always 1st class. The rooms/staff/food/service. This is our 4th time at this hotel and will be going back. A special thanks to sophia on reception who tracked down our mobile phone when we lost it and also to marivi on the pool bar who just makes you laugh all your holiday. Hope to see you all again soon. Amazing hotel, really clean and staff could not be more helpful. Views from the pool are incredible and it’s in a great location for walks, food and definitely the beach! Will 100% go there again. Great holiday!
