The rudest service and most incompetent staff members I have ever encountered in my life. My family and I booked the hotel room for 6 nights. My sister booked another hotel nearby due to belated arrival. Nonetheless, she was not allowed to visit us during the day on the premises of our hotel and have lunch with us. Up to the 5th day of our stay the stuff members were not only disrespectful but rude towards us and our situation. Furthermore, the cleaning service is absolutely terrible and incompetent. We kindly asked a cleaning lady to change our bed sheets for the first time on the 5th day of our stay. She instead refused to do it and shouted at us in Spanish and I am assuming due to ‘extra’ inconvenience for her to do her job that we paid for. In the buffet, the staff is arrogant and abrupt. I was accidentally in the way of one of the waitress and she nudged me to the side without apologizing ( unfortunately it didn’t happen only once.) Moreover, as the waitress wanted to take away my plate with still not finished food I tried to kindly tell her that I am still eating and in response she rolled her eyes at me. One of the so-called ‘pros’ of this hotel is the sea view and its location which is close to the beach. However, between the hotel and beach there is a massive parking lot which completely ruins the view. Therefore, not even the view outweighs the horrid cons of the hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. I wish I was exaggerating this experience but that’s exactly what happened during these 5 days. Family trip turned into a stressful vacation due to disrespectful behavior and revolting attitude from the staff members that we clearly overpaid for. Shame on the Hotel Rosamar Maritim! Dear readers, please adhere to what I am writing and ease your holidays by not going to this hotel. Thank you!

Nice trip to Rosamar Maritim in Lloret de Mar. Had a 3 day trip. Nice modern room and very spacious! Very nice sea view from room definitely worth the extra few quid, used the rooftop terrace/pool every day and it was very nice. Breakfast was brilliant! Only thing is that it can be noisy at night with cars and bikes as the hotel is on a roundabout, but can’t really complain as it was all good.

What an absolute blast. The Hotel was spot on. We have been to Lloret a few times now so know what to expect. Lloret is stunning out of season but still with beautiful weather and no overcrowding in mid September. We couldn't fault the Hotel, the room is comfy and clean with all the basic things you'll ever need, it was cleaned everyday with fresh stock. The breakfast's had a whole host of different cuisines to suit all Europeans. The staff were all nice & friendly. The balcony views were beautiful throughout the day & evening. It was peaceful in the evenings as not in the heart of teenagers clubland but vibrant with it's local restaurants and chilled ambiance. The rooftop bar was adequate enough which has a small pool. It's not deep enough to swim in but nice all the same just to cool off. If you're like us, take a travel kettle with you. You also have a fridge, a small cooker however no saucepans. Would I use this hotel again... 100%. Great value for money and more memory's to savor.

This delightful hotel had great rooms, friendly helpful staff and fresh and tasty food. The location was right across the road from the beach, at the quiet end of the town,so the views were delightful and varied. I loved the rooftop pool, the panoramic lift, and the balcony, where we had front row seats for the drone displays. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 5 nights July-August, rooms are clean and comfyn i asked for separate beds as I was travelling with my 14 year old son, this was accommodated with no problem. The rooftop pool and terrace is great, despite being peak season, there was always available loungers, the terrace bar was cheap and served nice food, the lady at the bar was friendly and ALWAYS happy to serve you. The pool is nice and shallow (0.9m), good to swim or just relax with a dip.||Food was nice and always able to get a table with no problem, the theme changed each night, some bits stayed the same which is also nice. The spinach cannelloni was really yummy and my son loved the fish options.||Free WiFi which never failed. Good shower pressure. ||Have stayed in 2 Rosamar hotels now, will definitely recommend both (Rosamar Es Blau in 2019).

After a two and a half hour coach transfer from Barcelona we checked in and went to our room. It was the smallest room we have ever stayed in and most poorly equiped. There was no drinking glasses only 2 paper cups, no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities, the usual tiny fridge under a desk made of fibre board with one of the doors hanging off a broken hinge. The bed was 2 singles pushed together and my sheet had a very noticeable iron singe mark on it, (not changed until day 5). The balcony (6ft x 4ft,) overlooked a back alley which was quite noisy up to the late/early hours. The wardrobe was under 3 ft wide and space for hanging clothes and storage was very limited so basically lived out of the suitcase for the week. The cleaning staff did a decent job ( in under 5 mins) but considering the size of the room this was not a Herculean task. The room decor was quite dated and the bathroom could do with an update replacing cracked tiles etc. The breakfast was the average Spanish fare with lengthy queues for food and the drinks machines and we ate out at night as ( thank goodness) we were bed and breakfast only. The usual evening food choices on offer were samey every night and mostly catering for the European guests. The TV in the room did not have any english channels again catering for the Europeans. I know you dont go on holiday to watch TV but its good to view the news while having a cup of tea ( we bought a kettle) in the morning while getting ready for breakfast. The hotel itself was just across the road from the beach and alongside many shops and restaurants. The streets were clean and well maintained and the resort on the whole was not busy/overcrowded as once was in the 80s/90s. We were not sad to leave the Rosamar Maritim and the thought of the two and a half hour coach trip didnt seem as bad as first envisaged as we were going home. Would we return to the Rosamar Maritim, definitely NOT.

We have recently come back from a 6 night stay at Hotel Rosamar. We opted for bed and breakfast as wanted to explore Lloret de Mar and all its wonderful restaurants. The breakfast was really good, sausages, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, toast, croissants, pastries and cakes. A good cereal selection. Plus you have the wonderful view of the promenade. I booked a room with a sea view balcony, which is a must and well worth the extra £100. Room was clean and modern, bed was super comfortable and our room / studio was cleaned and re stocked every day. The rooftop pool was a bonus and we never had a problem getting a sun lounger. My only input would be that the bar upstairs on the roof top shuts when its raining, but we just had an unlucky week with the weather. And perhaps Sky tv or at least a few English channels would be nice. The staff were all really polite and helpful and I would definitely stay here again.
