Excellent position and closest hotel to beach in the resort.|Commanding views, helpful staff, both Carmen and Daniele were always helpful smiling and ensuring all guests were happy.|Breakfast was very good with good choice for vegans.|Dinner Buffett style in the sister hotel was also good for the cost.|Gym spa area can do with a filter water tap for guests. Pool is just for plunging not swimming, steam and sauna was always hot.|Room cleaning was a disappointment, floor was always gritty, and replacements of shower and soaps were not supplied same as the tea and coffee, we had to ask in the corridor for replacements. |Waking up early having a morning drink by the beach is priceless and worth the stay, especially coming back from an hours walk to sit and have breakfast with Friends choice of up to to 1pm is amazing. Now not many hotels offer this.

A very welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is very good with loads of options and great schedule, as most hotels breakfast ends quite early. Installations are good, a bit of a downside is the pool that it is very small but understandable as it is a spa pool. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you come to lloret and you want to avoid young people and hen/stag parties.

Location was very close and accessible to everything, but the rooms are not clean. The bathroom has mould all around it. The quality of towels are not good at all. We paid $300 per night through Booking.com and we bought a dinner package, which was buffet and food quilted was not good

The staff was super nice, check in and out went smoothly, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The rooms were nice and clean and with a sideview of the ocean, we still had a frontal view of the ocean, just with a common terrasse in front :) It was a very pleasant stay and the staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome! Can only recommend!

We booked a sea facing room , the view was superb , the room was spotless, well equipped with a kettle and fridge , the bathroom was spacious with a wonderful walk in shower. We had twin beds pushed together which afforded us a great night's sleep, I just loved our stay , all floors were served with an elevator. I tried the breakfast one morning, 15€ but it was a self service have what u you like , bacon 🥓 , eggs , sausage, breads , fruits , cereal plus more. Excellent.

This hotel was a total nightmare for us. We have no idea how it got a 4 star rating. We booked a 3 night stay for part of our honeymoon and we noticed bad signs from the beginning. First off, the weather was around 30c and the A/C was so weak we thought it was broken because the room was so hot. We asked the front desk if they could provide us with some fans, but instead they just sent a technician over to check out the A/C. We thought what kinda 4 star hotel doesn't have spare amenities for their guests? When the technician came over they just said the A/C is working fine and the room is just hot due to the weather. Again, we thought what kind of 4 star hotel provides such a weak A/C. The other 4 star hotels we stayed at in Spain had excellent A/Cs. After several hours into our stay, we went to the beach and after returning to our room, we found that there were so many bugs in the room. We were shocked that this hotel was so unsanitary. The staff were kind enough to transfer us to another room where the A/C was also weak and the room was very very hot. Our first night, we had trouble sleeping due to the heat. My wife and I had trouble breathing since it was so stuffy. We had to open the entire balcony door just to allow some air in. At some point during the night, I made the decision to leave the morning of our 2nd day, even though we booked a 3 night stay. Overall, rooms were horrible, breakfast was mostly bland/dry food, staff were nice but not very accommodating. The pool is a joke, the water was warm and it could only be used by up to 3 people. I would rate this hotel 2 stars at best, that's only due to the view of the beach.

Beach was beautiful. There was a range of different areas that had waves or if you wanted the shallow end to swim with beautiful fishes for free. Hotel staff were very accomodating. Breakfast was amazing with different options and even prosecco. We stayed within the sea view double room - the views were beautiful but the room was much smaller than expected and could sometimes feel cramped especially for the price paid. But location wise, this hotel was great with an abundance of restaurants, bars and clubs all within walking distance.

The hotel, or at least our room, is in need of some tlc. Bathroom door can't be closed .... I had to hold it shut with my foot. Toilet constantly filling. Hot water is available for the shower ... sometimes. On the positive side, fantastic views and the staff are wonderful, really helpful and friendly. The hotel only caters for breakfast. If you pay for half-board, you'll need to walk to the sister hotel around the corner for your evening meal .... the food there is reasonable and varied, and again the staff we're great.
