We had a 3 night stay and was just thrilled with the standard. |Staff every single one of them was courteous and forth coming.|Breakfast buffet was great, we just arrived after 3 weeks in Peru and the lift in selection was enormous, warm/hot coffee and drinkable too. |If you need to find a hotel then you won’t regret choosing this one.

Excellent hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed here for about a week. Staff was always super friendly and helpful. They arranged taxis to transport us to and from the airport as well. Rooms are tidy and clean--not too loud either even if your room faces the main street (which ours did). Breakfast was delicious, and we were able to refill out water bottles in the lobby several times a day when necessary.

This was a very nice hotel. It was clean and quite beautiful on the inside. Good location to major attractions and restaurants in La Paz. |The staff there was truly amazing. Everyone from the front desk staff, security, bellhops, and food service were very helpful. We had to adjust our travel arrangements at the last minute several times and the front desk staff worked with us to be sure we had somewhere to stay, which we greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend.

I was in this hotel several times before! This time was not what I remember!! I had a news than they only received payment in American dollars!! That is a disgrace for the hotel the country and the Bolivian people in general!! Credit card is another option with a charge in dollars plus 5%!! Now the service decay!! For the price, the breakfast is terrible basic for a hostal!! I will not recommend

Love love loved this hotel! great old city core location, walk to major square, cathedrals, markets. Room was HUGE - bathroom with a tub and shower and double sinks. Comfy beds, quiet efficient air/con, lots of task lighting, even a mini fridge. Quiet interior courtyard so no city noise. Interesting decor throughout that says 'Bolivia' (vs some bland corporate wall art). Breakfast buffet was excellent, table coffee service. Would happily stay here again.

Arriving early at 06.30 on the very comfortable Todo Tourismo bus from Uyuni we hoped they would accommodate us with an early checkin in. They did, approximately US$25. Check in was efficient with a very pleasant gentleman who spoke good English. We were therefore able to immediately enjoy 3 hours comfortable sleep. Our room was average size, clean, safe, tv etc. The actual hotel structure is very smart colonial style with a good atrium seating area where you could take a complimentary tea or coffee. Breakfast was a little better than recent ones in Chile and Bolivia. Juice, cereals, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, cold meats, cheeses and bread. A fruit and cake selection with tea and coffee completed a nice choice. Clean, comfortable and efficient being also well located minutes away from Witches Market and 15 minutes walk to San Francisco Cathedral and Plaza it made a great choice.

When we arrived at this hotel we found to our surprise and delight that they had put rose petals and a card on our bed as this was a joint birthday trip and our agent in London must have told the staff. Lovely friendly reception staff, helped advise us on restaurants nearby. V good position v near Witches Market. Very cosy hotel decorated with Andean textiles. Highly recommended

Excellent central location for sightseeing and restaurants. No bar or restaurant in the hotel. My room was not particularly nice, rather worn and dim but bed comfortable. Others said they had nice rooms with pleasant outlook onto a courtyard. Staff very helpful.
