Room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with alcove windows giving great views of the lake Titicaca foreshore. King size bed was super comfy, with extra pillows on hand. Lots of seating space for relaxing. A secure location with entry gates to the compound kept under lock. Adequate breakfast options with great hot coffee. On the downside - 2 complimentary bottles of water were provided in the room, and if you wanted extra you had to pay for it. They don’t offer a station for refillable water bottles

Excellent quality hotel - lovely everything! Great views of the lake, excellent location, very well designed rooms, excellent maintenance (everything worked and was in good condition) comfortable, great breakfast and helpful staff - very happy with it. It costs more for a Bolivian hotel, but great value overall. Can’t fault this hotel and enjoyed it.

Best hotel in Copacabana and a great jumping off point to Isla del Sol. The staff was great, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The power went out for all of Copacabana the night we stayed, so no lights or hot water, but they came on sometime in the middle of the night.

Came here as a family going on a flight / bus tour of Bolivia / Peru.||Stayed in the suite (200) - fantastic view over Lake Titikaka. Meals were good, service excellent - highly recommend the beer.||We experienced a power cut but the restaurant staff were completely used to this and business carried on as usual.

Went to the restaurant and my wife and I were moved from a table because apparently that table was reserved (no one showed up for the hour we were there and the view was the same being dark outside) she ate her spaghetti long before my pizza was brought. I asked for my pizza to go. I was then told I can’t take my pizza to the room. I told him I have a trip early in the morning and won’t be charging it to my room because I don’t have time for paying and nonsense in the morning and finally they let me pay at the front desk after expressing my displeasure. Manager comes to the front desk to take a cheesecake off my bill that I never received or would have never gotten. 45 mins for a pizza. The room and view is nice. If you’re looking for western and modern service, look elsewhere.

Nice location with water views and close to the main square. Our room was large with plenty of storage space, desk, 2 lounge chairs and table, in room safe and 2 beds. No fridge though. |Separate toilet and bathroom. Poorly designed shower in the bath meant water went all over the bathroom floor. |Small TV with only Spanish language channels. Wifi generally worked ok. Free water provided in the room. We ate dinner in the restaurant and while service was slow the food was ok. Breakfast selection was ok but no eggs or coffee to order.

I don't know if it's some gringo scam or what but I was told they only take USD. edit: i have no issues with quoting in USD, the issue happened when you told me I could only pay in USD

This is the nicest hotel in town. It has a very good location with a short walk (3 blocks) to the main street. Our room was very large and had a separate sun room and outdoor balcony. The staff was attentive to our needs. We booked one day but added two additional days because we enjoyed it so much.
