Hotel Rose Bourbon

The Rose Bourbon Hotel is a great value hotel located in a quiet residential neighborhood but within walking distance from businesses restaurants bars and cafe’s frequented by locals which gives a quite the Parisian life experience. It is also within walking distance from several metro stations so you may access all attractions in Paris with quite ease by metro in conjunction with google maps. Also worth mentioning during a heat wave the AC in the room was a life saver which is as we found out a luxury in Europe. The bed was very comfortable the morning breakfast buffet is delicious which was a must during our 4 night stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive always willing to help you with your French! We loved the place!

I rarely ever leave reviews, but I had an excellent 3-night stay at Hotel Rose Bourbon and hope that other travelers looking for the same kind of hotel will benefit from this. In the last 5 years it has become increasingly difficult to find a hotel in Paris (or other major cities) that is comfortable, clean, and well priced. Often, I find you have to pay for a luxury hotel to get a (truly) clean, comfortable room. And I am picky when it comes to hotel cleanliness. But especially when I am traveling for work, or on my own, I don’t need the luxury experience, just something that feels safe, clean, and comfortable. The Rose Bourbon was all of these things. I found the smallest room perfectly sized for my needs as a solo traveler, the bathroom and bed very clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the simple amenities (like instant coffee and milk). The location was perfect for my needs (safe, residential neighborhood with access to the 8 and 10 metro lines, easy to get to my destination in the 7eme and also travel around the city, near a franprix market) I really enjoyed my stay, and the reception staff were so helpful and gracious at every turn. I would definitely return!

The hotel was very clean. The receptionists were all super kind and efficient. The location is great since it’s a walking distance to all the different attractions in Paris. However, the room was very small. And the noise of the cleaning was extremely disturbing in the morning. The cleaners knocked on our door in the morning and woke us up for room cleaning when we didn’t need it. The cleaners also made soooo much noises in the hallway. I would suggest that the doors would be fixed to become sound proof or that room service not start at 8 or 9 am but rather at 12 noon.

I loved to stay in this beautiful hotel in Paris. The solo room was small but it was quiet and perfect me for relaxing, sleeping and getting ready for the new day in Paris. The good breakfast completed my experince. Art Deco vibes gave me even inspiration. I have tried to find a hotel in Paris to where I could return again and again. This hotel is the first very good option for that.

This hotel has great potential due to its location and some amazing staff, but the noise issues (both from outside and inside) really need to be addressed. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice. Besides, rooms are very tiny. The Bad: Noise problems – The hotel is right next to a playground, so expect loud noises in the afternoon. Poor soundproofing – You can hear everything from neighboring rooms, and footsteps in the hallway are very disruptive. Inconsistent service – While some staff were wonderful, one female receptionist was unfriendly and cold, which was disappointing. The Good: Excellent location – Close to metro stations, convenience stores, and restaurants. The neighborhood is nice and safe. Friendly staff – Special thanks to Mohammed and Nikki at the reception, who were incredibly sweet and helpful. They made my stay more pleasant. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Everything was great about our stay here - amazing value for money! The location is perfect (20 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower and 1 minute walk from the metro station), the neighbourhood is quiet although there are many restaurants and cafes around, and the room was very comfy and stilish. The staff members are really nice and speak perfect English. Parking reservation is possible and the parking garage is very safe!

Our stay was fantastic! The room was spotless, the staff were warm and welcoming, and they were very helpful with our luggage. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The whole experience was truly lovely.
