Hotel Rose Bourbon

I had a very pleasant stay here. For the price and the excellent location, it is fantastic value. It’s incredibly convenient with a supermarket nearby and excellent transport links just a short walk away. Despite being so central, the area felt very quiet, clean, and safe. The staff were lovely and very welcoming from check-in to check-out. While the room was on the tiny side, it was impressively clean and tidy, and I especially loved the large shower room; it felt very spacious compared to the room! The only minor issue was the soundproofing; you can hear footsteps in the hallway and doors banging quite clearly. However, given the price and how spotless the place is, I would definitely stay here again. Perfect for a solo traveller or someone who just needs a clean, safe base!

Extremely practical location. Close to cafes, restaurants, bistros, shops, and communication. Very helpful staff, clean rooms and stylish bathrooms. The rooms are a bit on the small side, hard to have an ope suitcase and move around at the same time, but the bathrooms are better in size. But then again, it's Paris and hotel rooms are small all over. Had two adjoining rooms and the doors worked well. Slow elevator, but at least there was one. WiFi was fast and stable.

Super cute and chic hotel and lovely staff :) My friend and I had such a fantastic stay at Hotel Rose Bourbon in Paris. From the get-go, the staff was super friendly and really helpful. They gave us great tips for our itinerary, and a huge thanks to Mohamed for going above and beyond! The breakfast was delicious, and everyone we met, including the chef, was so warm and welcoming. The room was gorgeous, super comfy, and the bed was massive and perfect for a good night’s sleep. Plus, the location was spot-on—just a short walk to the metro, making it super easy to explore Paris. Overall, we had the best time and definitely want to come back not only to Paris but to this lovely hotel.

We loved our stay ! The room are small though They communicate by a common door (obviously locked) with the room next door, that mean you can hear them sneeze and talk for example. Breakfast was meh Service was a must Location is far from everything except Eiffel tower. The area is super super safe ! A few restaurant around …

Accomodating, helpful, excellent location. We arrived after a red-eye flight just hoping to store our bags until check-in time. Instead, they offered us breakfast (a very good one) and then managed to prepare our room for us so we were able to check in way ahead of schedule. After a quick nap to recharge, we took their suggestion for a local cafe (l'Intrigue) and had an excellent meal there. We ate breakfast at the hotel everyday and enjoyed the fresh juice, cheeses, baked goods, yogurt and hot items. The location was great. Two blocks to the local cafe, and metro lines. One block to the local grocery store. Quiet at night and comfortable beds. The staff were so helpful. Thank you so much to you all.

The hotel's location is pretty good and the breakfast choices are alright. But, the rooms don't have much soundproofing. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing, like doors banging and footsteps. It's really tough to fall asleep when you're being woken up by someone opening and closing their door.

Experience is amazing. 11/10 . The location is great for walking to eiffel tower. Great neighboorhood. Many resto to eat. The serivice is execellent and accomodating. Love the breakfast buffet. Near Metro train station

We had our first trip to Paris and, after a disappointing Airbnb experience, we luckily found this hotel at midnight. The receptionist was extremely helpful and patient, making the late-night check-in smooth and welcoming. The room was comfortable, beautifully designed. We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris.

This hotel is quite new and everything is very, very clean. It's in a quiet but good location, near the Eiffel Tower and between 2 separate metro lines, 8 & 10. I chose it because I was going to the World Cup match at Parc des princes and it was a 45 min walk. Checkin was quick and easy, they were definitely expecting me. I was put on floor 1, (2nd floor for Americans) and have loved having the windows open, though mosquitoes invaded last night. The bathroom is sparkling clean with a sunflower shower head and lots of space, considering how small the room is. The room has everything you need, including a small fridge and iron. There is no seating but the lobby is gorgeous and great to hang out in. I chose not to have breakfast but it's offered for a cost. An elevator is available. Bed is a bit soft but it's very comfortable and been a good nights rest. The hotel is quiet and sealed windows mean you don't hear anything. I have heard my neighbors door slam a couple times form the hallway. I definitely recommend for very good value.

After an hour of settling in, I found several ants in the bathroom and bar area. I spoke to the front desk host to report this matter immediately, Koda who kindly told me to reach out via email to bring this issue here and to take photos for proof. (No one responded to this matter) He mention he's unable to switch us to another room due to it being sold out. He then said I can speak to the manager the following morning to deal with the issue. In the mean time he handed over the bug spray under their counter (as if this happens multiple times). We were only staying for one night, and it's unfortunate that we felt uncomfortable because the location was great and I was looking forward to staying here. After coming back to the hotel room, we came back home with an infestation of ants everywhere. We didn't stay long because I had sprayed the whole room and now the whole room is leaking and fuming bug spray. I finally spoke to Melina, the manager who didn't really assist with the issue. She actually offered complimentary breakfast as a way to "resolve" this matter. She had no concern or sympathy and seemed pretty used this complaint. She even said "did you open the garden window, because it's prolly from that". I said, "actually window was still closed and the ants are coming from within the hotel". Writing this review for the next guest that stays at room 002 because this hotel still has denied my refund and has yet to resolve this issue. I'm disappointed with the hospitality.

Lovely hotel! 20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Clean and beautiful rooms. Great prices! Would definitely stay here again!
