Hotel Rose Bourbon

We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was small but very clean and the beds were comfortable. We liked returning to the quiet neighborhood after a busy day in the crowded city. I would recommend this hotel.

We had our first trip to Paris and, after a disappointing Airbnb experience, we luckily found this hotel at midnight. The receptionist was extremely helpful and patient, making the late-night check-in smooth and welcoming. The room was comfortable, beautifully designed. We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris.

My last-minute booking worked out perfectly. The room was lovely and clean, and the location couldn't be better. I was within easy walking distance of work, boutiques, restaurants, and the metro, which made exploring the city a breeze.

We picked this hotel for its location and price and we were not disappointed by either, and had a great stay on top of it. We were welcomed with a surprise (and delicious) bottle of champagne. We were warmly greeted everytime we walked by the front desk and a small issue we had with our TV was resolved immediately. Our room looked out on a small park behind us which was very lively during the day but nice and quiet at night. The ONLY issue we had is the doors are very close together and if you just walk away when leaving your room, they will slam. That noise was very loud in our room and scared us, as the hallways are normally very quiet. Luckily we did not have neighbors that kept very late hours, and were aware that may happen from reading other reviews, so it did not affect our stay in any way. If we ever make it back to Paris we will pick this lovely hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The front desk / reception staff are wonderful... Very kind & welcoming! The cleaning staff & kitchen staff are wonderful too. We found the breakfast to be plentiful & very good. Take the breakfast option if you have time for it. The location is quiet & away from the crowds of Paris but the major landmarks are a short distance away. Bonus! Also, there are restaurants and supermarkets that are walkable from this hotel. Subway & bus stops are also in easy reach if taking public transit. We took ubers & we found it extremely easy to get an uber from the hotel & back. The rooms are extremely quiet , clean and they look lovely. Well done! A/C works perfectly. We slept very well after our long flight. What's better than all of the above!

Amazing host and stay. Clean and very good breakfast options. The place is well located with metro and bus options to reach with a little walk. Has elevator that is a plus.

The hotel was very clean. The receptionists were all super kind and efficient. The location is great since it’s a walking distance to all the different attractions in Paris. However, the room was very small. And the noise of the cleaning was extremely disturbing in the morning. The cleaners knocked on our door in the morning and woke us up for room cleaning when we didn’t need it. The cleaners also made soooo much noises in the hallway. I would suggest that the doors would be fixed to become sound proof or that room service not start at 8 or 9 am but rather at 12 noon.

That’s really comfy.. hosts were so much friendly and professional. I slept there like no ever. Worth mentioning the location is really good and walkable to evert sightseeing. Loved it.

This hotel is quite new and everything is very, very clean. It's in a quiet but good location, near the Eiffel Tower and between 2 separate metro lines, 8 & 10. I chose it because I was going to the World Cup match at Parc des princes and it was a 45 min walk. Checkin was quick and easy, they were definitely expecting me. I was put on floor 1, (2nd floor for Americans) and have loved having the windows open, though mosquitoes invaded last night. The bathroom is sparkling clean with a sunflower shower head and lots of space, considering how small the room is. The room has everything you need, including a small fridge and iron. There is no seating but the lobby is gorgeous and great to hang out in. I chose not to have breakfast but it's offered for a cost. An elevator is available. Bed is a bit soft but it's very comfortable and been a good nights rest. The hotel is quiet and sealed windows mean you don't hear anything. I have heard my neighbors door slam a couple times form the hallway. I definitely recommend for very good value.

After an hour of settling in, I found several ants in the bathroom and bar area. I spoke to the front desk host to report this matter immediately, Koda who kindly told me to reach out via email to bring this issue here and to take photos for proof. (No one responded to this matter) He mention he's unable to switch us to another room due to it being sold out. He then said I can speak to the manager the following morning to deal with the issue. In the mean time he handed over the bug spray under their counter (as if this happens multiple times). We were only staying for one night, and it's unfortunate that we felt uncomfortable because the location was great and I was looking forward to staying here. After coming back to the hotel room, we came back home with an infestation of ants everywhere. We didn't stay long because I had sprayed the whole room and now the whole room is leaking and fuming bug spray. I finally spoke to Melina, the manager who didn't really assist with the issue. She actually offered complimentary breakfast as a way to "resolve" this matter. She had no concern or sympathy and seemed pretty used this complaint. She even said "did you open the garden window, because it's prolly from that". I said, "actually window was still closed and the ants are coming from within the hotel". Writing this review for the next guest that stays at room 002 because this hotel still has denied my refund and has yet to resolve this issue. I'm disappointed with the hospitality.

Lovely hotel! 20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Clean and beautiful rooms. Great prices! Would definitely stay here again!
