Hotel Rössli Gourmet & Spa

Spent 3 nights here. Highly recommended for location, bedroom comfort, breakfast, views and spa. Would have liked to have known the restaurant was closed for 2 nights of our stay and there was very few alternatives in Weggis off season. The restaurant is very 'fine dining' so not for everyone! Also there is no bar! But it was a really lovely hotel overall.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We spent the night in the beautifully renovated Tower Junior Suite, which offered breathtaking views. The spa area was a highlight, and we can’t recommend Franziska’s massages enough—her expertise truly stands out. In the evening, we enjoyed an exceptional dinner at the gourmet restaurant. From the warm welcome at reception to the outstanding service in the spa and restaurant, we were thoroughly impressed by the high standards and genuine hospitality throughout our stay.

Quiet, immaculate, and blissful simplicity makes this hotel a perfect place to stay when visiting the quaint and beautiful village of Weggis. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The comfortable pillows and beds offer a good night's sleep after a full day of sightseeing and hopping on and off the ferry and train. Breakfast was fabulous - an assortment of bread, fresh cheeses, yogurt selection, an assortment of well-selected meat, fresh and roasted vegetables, fresh fruit juices, and good coffee. We will surely use them again when visiting the area in the future! Highly recommended!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise on our trip. The hotel is in an excellent location, 50 meters from the lake, a beautiful place, nice to walk around. Everyone who helped us at the hotel was very friendly. The breakfast was good, fresh juices, several options of cold cuts, yogurts, etc. We got the largest room, with a small living room, because we had to work even on vacation, so the room suited us very well. Automatic curtains, coffee maker, wardrobe, a spacious bathroom, with the only criticism being that there was a plastic curtain in the shower area. My wife was delighted with the Dyson hair dryer. The bed was too soft for my taste, I sank into the bed. In hotels it is not advisable to use a very soft bed, as it only pleases a small portion of the guests. The parking is on the street and there are few spaces. Of the 3 daily parking, I was only able to park in front of the hotel for one day, the other days I had to park in the public parking lot, which is about a 10-minute walk away. It's been years since I've stayed in a hotel this clean. Everything was clean, inside the wardrobe, on top of the wardrobe, windows, balcony, places that are usually not clean... 10 out of 10. We will visit this hotel again.

The room was beautiful and very spacious, with a stunning view. perfect for relaxation and peace of mind.

We stopped here the last day of our weeklong trip to Switzerland. Front desk personnel were kind and helpful. Suite room was spacious with a very comfortable mattress and beautiful view of the lake. The spa was very clean and perfect way to relax after a long trip and all the walking.

Excellent food very slow service. My wife and I had a most delicious dinner at this establishment, but three and half hours is too long and that is without deserts and coffee. They should not accept walk in customers once they reach their maximum capacity. Compliments to the chef. The two waitress did their best under the circumstances.

I loved this hotel! I didn’t go to the spa as we were passing through on our way home from Lake Como in Italy but we will be back! Loved Weggis, what a lovely little place and quiet even though there was a music festival on. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room with a balcony view and it was stunning. The balcony was a good size, the view was priceless. The air conditioning was reasonable and bed very comfy with lovely towels too! Breakfast was very good.
