Hotel Rössli Interlaken

I had a really great stay here for 7 nights. The room was cute, clean, and surprisingly cool even without using the fan. The location is super convenient—less than a 5-minute walk from Interlaken Ost station. The staff were friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room and changed towels every day. There’s a great common area with a microwave, utensils, and free tea, coffee, and ice available 24/7. You can store food in the shared fridge, and they even provide labels with your room number. I often bought food and ate at the hotel—it was super convenient. Breakfast was delicious. I especially loved the eggs and bacon! Jean-Louis, the host, was really kind and made the breakfast atmosphere even warmer. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Interlaken. If I come back, I’d definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rössli. The staff were exceptional, and the support we received was amazing. One gesture that really stood out was that they have already provided the fans in the room even before we asked for it, that was incredibly thoughtful, especially during this warm summer. Jean-Louis added a touch to our breakfast each morning greeting us and making sure that we got all that we needed. There is a common room that is well-equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, hot water, ice maker, microwave, and cutlery, we can get food and eat there. They also have a laundry and a common hall where kids can play. The hotel is very close to Interlaken west station from there we have a very good connectivity to most of the places.

Older but very well maintained hotel. The room was spacious and very clean with a balcony overlooking the mountains. It is conveniently located close to Interlaken station, river and mountains. It has a common area where you can find microwave, refrigerator and tea/ coffee at all times. We were little disappointed with breakfast options first day because we got there late and hardly any food was left. It was different next day. Hot fresh cappuccino is served to you on request which is very nice. The Staff is very nice and helpful. Didn’t know who the friendly person walking around during breakfast was to make sure you got all you needed. Likely it was Mr Louise. Overall the stay was comfortable, quiet, safe and convenient location. I would definitely recommend this place to stay to friends and family.

This hotel is only 2-3 minute walk from the train station. There is also a big coop few meters from the hotel. The service is great. They clean the room everyday. We enjoyed the breakfast, Jean Louis made sure that everyone is taken cared of. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stay with a warm welcome! We received a great warm welcome from the staff and the owner, Mr. Jean-Louis. Every morning, we’d hear him cheerfully greet everyone with a “Good morning!” and he really takes care of all the guests. The hotel clearly informs guests of all the rules, especially regarding showers and how to use things in the room, which is very helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, with many options to choose from. I especially loved the bacon and eggs! Where else can you find such high-quality breakfast at this price range in Switzerland? The common room is well-equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, hot water, ice maker, microwave, and dishes. I really appreciate how all the guests follow the rules — it creates a nice and respectful environment. I stayed on the third floor during summer. The room was beautiful, although a little hot. But this is Switzerland — and by late morning, everyone is usually out enjoying their activities, so it wasn’t a big issue at all. The location is great. It’s just a short walk to Interlaken West, and there’s also a bus stop nearby. I love the style of this hotel and will definitely come back again!

We came over from Canada and had a lovely time spending four nights at the hotel. It is just removed from the busy centre of town so it's not too noisy. Considering that you're staying in Interlaken there is good value for what you're paying. It's a classic European hotel, a bit older but well maintained. The owners go above to make sure you're having a good stay, and Jean-Louis will always greet you with a smile!

Breakfast each morning was fresh and good. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We truly appreciated the care and hospitality extended to us during our stay, and we left with wonderful memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience true Swiss hospitality in a spectacular setting.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was very close to Interlaken west station and the walk is beautiful. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and Mr Jean-Louise was always a great host at breakfast! We also really enjoyed the shared kitchen facilities, how clean it was and having all the different teas and coffees was something to look forward to every evening. If I came back to Interlaken I would definitely stay here again. - South Africa
