Hotel Rössli Interlaken

Loved everything about this hotel! From its central location, to the delicious breakfast, and very welcoming staff, everything was amazing. Mr Jean-Louis made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. He made our stay a memorable one. It felt like home. I cannot wait to go back to Interlaken, and to stay in this beautiful hotel once again. We will forever remember Hotel Rössli and Interlaken in a beautiful and happy way. We will come back very soon! All the love from Lebanon.

The absolute quality at a reasonable price. Truly, It is worth staying here during my vacations in Switzerland. All the staff of the hotel are friendly and helpful. They care about our desires and each and every words. Specially Jean-Luis served me as a friend. I like his character. Specially, Their Breakfast includes healthy items and with the service of Jean luis is outstanding. The hotel is well-situated. It is near to the Interlaken West station which has connections with all the buses and trains. Tea, Coffee and Microwave are available 24hrs for free. The hotel is very close to the mountains so you can enjoy the mountain view from your room's windows. They have also a child game room. For family trip, This would be a nice choice.|At a glance, a pleasure to stay here with the natural beauty of Interlaken.

This is a very special hotel. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Everything is perfect. The view from our balcony was wow! We loved the whole culture where you can use the lounge, prep and eat your own food, chat with other travellers or simply sit and read. Jean-Louis is the perfect host. He is warm in his welcome and inspiring in his approach. Breakfast is superb and he brings you coffee with a big smile and always conversation. He energises you for the day ahead. We only wish we had stayed longer. Two nights is not enough to enjoy the hospitality and the attractions nearby.

You have to take this for what it is. It's really as much a hostel as a hotel. We stayed for 4 nights. |The location is good - near to Interlaken West train station, ten minutes into the main street of Interlaken. A few good restaurants around, recommended by reception. |We had a 'Standard plus' room. The first night in Room 1 was not good - too near the entrance and the stairs - noisy! We asked to be moved and went to 24 which was much better - quiet and a nicer room. I am grateful that the receptionist and management made the effort to change rooms and make the stay tolerable. It seems like the rooms are very variable in size. The room was basic - no extras but functional and OK. |Breakfast was good - a good selection. |Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The chap who does the breakfasts can be a bit annoying- telling people off for sitting in the wrong places and even telling some people they weren’t allowed to have the light on.

Hotel Rossli is an attractive typical Swiss hotel in Unterseen (old part of Interlaken). We stayed for 11 nights in September 24. The room and en-suite whilst quite small were very clean and the beds comfortable. We also had a small balcony.The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. It was possible to make teas and coffees any time of day free of charge in the lounge area. The hotel is convenient for trains and buses. There are several good restaurants nearby. We would return.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rössli. They have a good variety of breakfast items which is a great start to the morning. The rooms are nice and cozy. There’s a common room with a microwave, fridge, kettle and cutlery which comes in handy when you choose to eat in. There’s also a games room which we didn’t use much but I’m sure younger kids will love. The view from our hotel was breathtaking. We enjoyed spending our evenings on the balconies where they provided outdoor table and chairs. The location of the hotel is also very good- 5 min walk from Interlaken West station and local Coop very close by. We would like to say a special thanks to Jean-Louis (John) and Ahmed who made us feel welcome with their kind gestures. Also, thank you John for the beautiful video he made with his friend about Switzerland. We would highly recommend Hotel Rössli. Great hotel at 2 stars. Decent breakfast each morning with plenty of tea and coffee. The rooms do not have A/C but a fan is provided in each room which is perfect. I stayed 3 nights here, and it was a great base for exploring Interlaken and surrounding areas. I was able to get a bus just around the corner to Interlaken Ost or walk in about 35mins. Interlaken West is only a short 7-10min walk away. ||The hotel itself is clean, and has all you might need. They also supply a kitchen area where you can access ice, glasses, cutlery etc. and a microwave. The rooms a really clean, bedding is very comfy. I had a double room with private bathroom. And I'd recommend it for comfort. The rooms are a little dated, but it is a 2 star so to be expected.

We recently stayed at Hotel Rossli and loved their exceptional hospitality and outstanding services! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Special thanks to Mr. Jean-Louis for his fantastic breakfast spread - his attention to detail was impressive! But what truly made our stay special was the personalized DVD he created on Switzerland, sharing his knowledge and passion for the country. It was a lovely touch and a great souvenir! Hotel is just 5 min walk from Interlaken West train station and is perfect for a base for visiting Bernese Oberland region.
