I stayed one night at the Route Inn Miyazaki Tachibanadori, a hotel chain with more than 330 branches nationwide and abroad. Although there is no eccentric stylish design or hospitality services that tickle your fancy, I feel that Route Inn is a "stable Route Inn". This is the seventh hotel I have stayed at including this one, but the service is always stable. The Miyazaki Tachibana-dori branch has a large bath with a view, but there was only an indoor bath that can accommodate about 10 people. There are 5 spaces for washing. You can relax after a long day of business or driving. Face lotions, cotton swabs, and hair tonic are also available. They are well versed in business people and travelers. Laundry room and free coffee machine. The complimentary breakfast, while not lavish in number of items, is a good source of energy for the morning. And the breakfast starts at 6:30am. If you are checking out early, you will appreciate it. The location is right downtown, on a national highway. The hotel's gondola parking lot is behind the building. (There is a height restriction for cars.) The cleanliness of the guest rooms was fine, and the hotel was truly a stable Route Inn.

I was hoping for a nicer bath floor. It doesn’t offer allot but the price for sleeping is good and the breakfast was great!

The hotel is located at central downtown, it was noisy at night time with busy traffic and people talked loud on the street. The cooler only set to warm forcibly so it was hot, however the hotel is acceptable overall !

Okay, not really rooting for it but I will give you my two cents about this business hotel.||||It is a 13 minute or so walk from Miyazaki station. It is conveniently located to cafes, restaurants, convenient stores and shops. ||||Now, the receptionists were okay, they weren't rude but they weren't too welcoming as well. They didn't give me that warmth that I had felt at other hotels and hostels.||||Freebies: Free Breakfast - if you're the type that sleeping is more important than eating then by all means, go continues sleeping. It is open to guests 645am to 9am which for me is too early. The breakfast for me was okay. They offer eggs, bacon, bread, rice, miso soup, fish and some other Japanese dishes I am not familiar with.||||Free Wi-Fi - not slow. Just right. Although my ipad couldn't detect it. I guess it's my ipad's problem.||||Free use of their Onsen - haven't use their public bath but it must be good. ||||The Room and Bathroom: I stayed on the 3rd floor of the building. The room has just enough space for one person. Not too big nor too small. The bed was really comfortable. There was no peephole on the door. No free coffee in room, there's no hand wash inside the bathroom and the toilet was an old model.||||Overall, this hotel isn't that bad but I would prefer the other ones I stayed at before. ||||If you're after the free breakfast and free onsen and the location, then maybe this is the hotel for you :)

I visited Miyazaki for the cherry blossom in March. As this trip was rather short, I just pick a city hotel for the sake of convenience. No expectation for any surprise.||We picked Miyazaki Route Inn Hotel which located in the center of Miyakzai city. All around are various kinds of restaurant and department stores. At the lobby area, the hotel provided a self service fresh brew coffee machine machine, which was terrific to refresh your mind after a day trip. The hotel is also very clean and the air is always fresh, at least you can feel a slight scene of flower.||The hotel has a small restaurant providing breakfast for visitors. Each the size is small, the chef was really serious to provide variation of food from day to day. You normally won't expected that in this kind of small business hotel.||On the top floor, there was an onsen. Although the water is not come from natural source, it is good enough to wash of your tire.|||The staff are also friendly and helpful. English communication was not a problem there.|||I will recommend this hotel for a short trip which you will have no complaint at all.

The hotel is a good average standard hotel. 10 walking minutes away from train station and in the city center close to Restaurant and shops of this beautiful city. The room is a bit larger than usual and comfortable, thought not super modern or new. Breakfast was included for me and it was a good selection thought only until 9am. I only stayed one night and therefore, didn't use any of the other facilities.

The hotel is about 15 mins walk from Miyazaki station (and just 3-5 mins by bus), and it's very close to the main shopping street, with lots of restaurants nearby. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel; if you know how to take the bus (or you spend some time doing research on how to do so), this would be a super convenient and great location for your stay in Miyazaki.||||The room is clean and spacious. We got 3 luggages and a baby stroller, but we can still enjoy the space in the room even with these stuff. It has a public bath area (Japanese style), which is also quite good.||||The breakfast was ok, not lots of option though. But if you just want something simple in the morning, then this would be enough to serve the purpose.||||In general, we enjoy this experience and would definitely come back if we visit Miyazaki again.

We only stayed here one night on our way up the east coast of Kyushu. We couldn’t get a booking in the hotels near the station, this one is a 15 minute walk in to the centre of the city. It is the usual Japanese style hotel, small rooms, clean and comfortable. There is a laundry room and a spa, so you can soak in the pool while waiting for the washing!||Miyazaki is a VERY Japanese city (fair enough as this is japan!), very little English spoken and no English menus. We found it very hard to find somewhere to eat, especially vegetarian.
