The hotel is in a very central location in the older part of town, adjacent to the castle and the pedestrianized area. There is a bus terminal in the nearby Student Square, and the tram line that circles the old town a couple of blocks away; there is also a taxi stand in Student square. Easy walking distance to most of the sights in the old town, and the cafes and restaurants in the old town neighborhoods. The area around has a few convenience stores and drugstores, and during the morning there is an exchange office in the lobby.||The hotel itself has been renovated (it looks nothing like the street view image from Google maps!), and the top floor rooms (which are larger) are spacious and nicely furnished. The breakfast is excellent, wide selection of hot and cold items, and staff always around to clean and restock. People in the reception were helpful, and overall I had a very good experience with the hotel.||Some suggestions for travelers to Belgrade, which I gathered from the web and verified myself. You will need some cash - you can pay mostly everywhere with a credit card / NFC by phone, but some bars and restaurants will only take cash. Oddly enough, the shuttle bus from/to the airport (A1) also only takes cash (and is not included in the bus passes, which you can only get via the Beograd+ application). Taxis are also relatively cheap, less than 25 EUR one way from the airport to the center. You can buy a mobile phone SIM at the airport to avoid roaming charges. In Belgrade smoking is allowed indoors, including cafes, restaurants and bars (and there is lots of smoking, in general). I did not have time to visit many places I wanted to, but I definitely recommend the national museum (which is half historical, half art museum) and the museum of technology - and, of course, the castle.

A great central location and very polite, helpful and professional staff, from the receptionists to the waiters. They made us feel very welcome.

Nothing special to tell the truth, but the rooms were clean, the included breakfast was also OK and it was very close to the old town. Perfect location.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, close to restaurants and pubs. The room and bathroom are great, and the breakfast is excellent. I recommend it without a doubt.

Nothing too luxurious but it’s clean, quiet and comfortable, very close to everything in the old town. The staff spoke good English, the included breakfast buffet was perfectly fine. My only complaint was the extremely finicky remote for the AC that made it hard to change the temperature.

In Belgrade, where I came on a tour on 21.06.2024, the tour agency placed half of the guests in this hotel because there was no room for everyone in the hotels. At around 4 o'clock at night, while we were both sleeping, another man, who was on a tour and staying at the other hotel, entered the room where we were staying as two women. We were surprised at what had happened and were very scared. He told the reception that he could not find a taxi and that he was our friend and the reception gave him his room card. I have never seen anything like this in my life. How can a receptionist give the room card to a man at the middle of the night to the hotel room where two young women are staying? I am waiting for an explanation and response from the hotel, otherwise I will contact all necessary authorities.

Located near the new city walk zone, it’s ideal to be in the city center. Whilst the rooms are clean and comfortable, the carpets are not in good condition and just gives a poor first impression. Buffet meal was tasty and sufficient. We are on a Balkan tour so just one night in the hotel.
