"Offering incredible value on the Termini Station side of the San Lorenzo neighborhood, this four-star hotel has an art nouveau look with wood flooring and period furniture, and many rooms feature unique furnishings. The rooms and bathrooms are large with beautiful wallpaper, art, desks, and plenty of natural light; the beds are comfy, shower pressure is great, and the staff are friendly. We stayed 3 nights in a junior suite room at the annex and we really enjoyed this hotel. Service was great, the junior suite was amazing with a great shower. And it was nice to have an extra room. Breakfast was nice with enough choice and there is a nice roof terrace on top of the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of Rome Termini train station and there are a lot of nice restaurants within walking distance. We loved it and will definately be back next time when in Rome.

I’ve stayed here twice now and cannot recommend Royal Court enough! The staff are friendly and so helpful. The location cannot be beat, it’s only 3 blocks from Roma Termini but on the quiet side. The neighborhood is clean and quiet but right next to the action so you can walk everywhere. The rooms are gorgeously appointed and decorated. Comfy beds and rooms with 3 and 4 beds to accommodate groups and families also. Everything is clean the breakfast is divine. It’s also run by a lovely American/Italian woman, Courtney! She really cares about her guests and that they have the best experience in Rome. The attention to detail and love she puts into the hotel is visible in every aspect. Stay here you won’t regret it!

Hotel royal court is the perfect boutique hotel experience for a trip to Rome. The staff is lovely, kind, and very professional. The rooms are clean, large, quiet and charming with hints of Italian architecture and taste. Really nice touches like robes, slippers, high quality soaps, etc. They were able to accommodate my unusual sized party of three friends so everyone had their own bed. The rooftop is gorgeous and quiet with a view, and the breakfast that is included is extensive, fresh, and delicious! The location is a very easy train ride from the airport, away from the hustle and bustle of staying in a more touristy part of Rome, but still easy to walk to Rome’s historic sites. There are lots of cute and delicious lunch and dinner places nearby. Would recommend to anyone and will stay again!

From an American perspective this is a three star at best. Let me explain why, the service was phenomenal. The front desk guy spoke great English and he even let us check in early since we got there early. The room was clean and the water pressure was phenomenal and that's about where it ends. It was weird reading reviews about the room not being in the hotel that you check in at and sure enough ours was two blocks up the road. In fact our room was above another hotel called the Tito hotel which only was ranked at three stars. It's in the same building only a floor higher. My guess is our room was considered a three-star but it's owned by a four star hotel sooooo. The beds were memory foam and the last memory that I think they had was of mother Earth because they were hard as a rock. I'm pretty sure sleeping on the floor might have been more comfortable. The room was clean but the door was so thin we could hear everybody in the hallway at any time talking. They also said they had an American buffet breakfast but if you've ever been to Europe they believe in cold cuts and warm hard boiled eggs. It's definitely an European breakfast. We chose this because it was middle of the road for price ($375 a night) but now I think I got had. Again it's a three-star hotel not a four, think holiday inn.

Excellent service, they allowed us to check in early which was a lifesaver after an exhausting redeye flight. All of their furniture is perfectly comfortable. It is very clean and spacious. It’s also in a prime location, walking distance to all the hot spots without being in the noise of it all. If I come to Rome again I would come back.

We stayed for two nights at this lovely hotel. Definitely worth staying in the main hotel as they do have an annex. The room is lovely and has everything one needs. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is great. We enjoyed chatting to the lovely young woman who worked mornings and the gentleman from Malta. I’m sorry I didn’t get their names. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff. Judy & Bill

I stayed in the annex while in town for business and had a really lovely experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The price was very reasonable, especially considering how central the location is. It’s just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by lots of great bars, restaurants, and cafes, which made it really easy to get around and enjoy the area after work.||What stood out most to me was the staff. Everyone I met was so friendly and helpful, and they made the place feel really welcoming. The breakfast was also great, with plenty of choice and good quality food.||Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back. It’s a perfect spot if you want comfort, convenience, and friendly service at a good price.

I’ve stayed here many times and have always had a great experience! The courtyard garden has some great couches and beautiful greenery to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day touring. The staff is exceptional. This last trip was an unforgettable experience. We had some family in town and the staff prepared a beautiful happy hour on the rooftop terrace where we sat for hours! 🩷

Yelp
I really enjoyed my stay here in May/June 2017. The location is walkable from Termini station and the staff really made a strong effort to make us feel welcome. The room was clean and the furniture met our needs (I'm 6'4'' and need a king/queen) The AC was necessary especially in Rome during the Summer. Our reservation came with breakfast in the morning and it's really good to get your day started. The hallways were a bit cramped, but I never ran into a situation where I felt blocked or couldn't get through. It's the nature of the city and I'll chalk it up to that. The only problem I had was when we checked out. It's common for the city to charge an additional tax on your stay, but I was perplexed when the guy behind the counter insisted that we pay in cash. We went back and forth and eventually he said we could pay via credit card. It was the only thing that seemed odd at the time. Otherwise, it's a great and convenient place to stay in Rome. I'd definitely reccommend it!
