Check-in was easy and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. The room we stayed in was small at first glance, but modern and well laid out — it actually grew on us over time. Everything was clean, and the housekeeping staff were consistently kind and attentive.
We stayed in the annex, which many reviews complain about, but we found it totally fine. The only downside was that the hallway doors were loud when they closed — something the hotel could probably fix fairly easily.
As for the location near Termini, it’s busy but convenient. We had no issues and never felt unsafe, even at night. That said, Rome in general requires awareness no matter where you are — it’s a busy city. The big plus here is affordability: food and other essentials were far more reasonably priced in this area than in more touristy zones.
Overall, we would recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for a clean, modern stay without overpaying.
