Hotel Royal Hoi An – Gallery

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the area—whether walking or biking—and every member of the team was so kind and welcoming. Both pools were fantastic, always stocked with towels, and made for a relaxing way to spend our afternoons. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options, and our room overlooking the lower pool was lovely, with excellent air conditioning. The front desk staff went above and beyond, even keeping us updated when a package we were waiting for arrived, which was so helpful. Between the prime location and the thoughtful amenities, this hotel is truly a perfect choice. We also loved that we were able to visit their sister property on the beach—it was such a nice bonus to enjoy some time by the water before returning to the city. I did notice a couple of things that could be improved. One was the bathroom door—it only stayed shut if it was locked, which wasn’t ideal. Also, while our room was absolutely lovely, I hadn’t realized there were two different color palettes. The room we stayed in featured darker red and black tones, while many of the photos online showed a brighter blue and white style, which is more my personal preference. It didn’t take away from our experience, but I thought it was worth mentioning. The hotel itself was beautiful and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

2 adults and 1 child stayed for 3 days, and it was my first visit to Hoi An, so I thought a lot about choosing a hotel. But I think it was a really good choice. The friendly staff, clean room condition, delicious breakfast, and especially the eggs benedict were so delicious. The coffee made by the breakfast restaurant was also so delicious. The room clean service was also very satisfactory. The staff at the reception were always greeted with a smile, and the staff who opened the door on the way were very kind. When I accidentally left my key in the room, the staff kindly guided me. If you go to Hoi An next time, I plan to stay there again. This hotel made my trip more enjoyable. Thank you ^^

This is the 2nd time in Hoi An and the first time at Hotel Royal Gallery Hoi An. My husband and I had an excellent experience here! The service is impeccable, the entire staff is so kind and accommodating, the rooms are large with a great view of the river. Both pools and bars are great. Loved the cocktail experience at the rooftop pool with a live band. The hotel was in a perfect location - very close to Old Town and the night market, but far enough that it’s still quiet and serene. I also had a wonderful birthday splurge at the Woosah Spa! Got a great body scrub and lavender aroma massage with Lien. It was very relaxing and I felt silky smooth after. Lien used the perfect amount of pressure and got into all my knots (which I had lots of). Highly recommend both the hotel and spa!

This was the most comfortable stay in my whole three weeks in Vietnam. The staff were so kind and attentive in all areas. The front of house staff were very efficient, greeted me with such friendliness each time I entered the hotel, and were very accommodating with requests. The room was so clean and comfortable, and I had such a beautiful view over Hoi An. The only downside of the room was that it was not soundproof at all; I could hear all sorts of unpleasant noises from the bathroom next to mine until very late into the night. But that would not stop me from booking here again. The bar staff at the rooftop bar were also lovely, even remembered the cocktail order I had enjoyed the previous night and prepared the same. The happy hour is excellent, looking over Hoi An at sunset. The food at this hotel is delicious. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. I will certainly be back.

All the bellmen were always helpful and friendly, assisting with our luggage, my son’s stroller, and offering great suggestions whenever I needed them. I work in a hotel myself and often work closely with bellmen, so I truly appreciate their exceptional service. Their warm attitude made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to Diep, who helped us during check-in, Bao, who assisted us when we left until check-out; the gentleman who promptly helped us at 4 a.m. when we had a little problem with our aircon, and the front desk staff who checked us in, he helped us figure our way around the city by providing both a hotel map and a city map for better understanding. The room was spacious and comfortable, although our balcony didn’t have a view, we still enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. The Executive Lounge staff were also wonderful, especially the kind pregnant lady who took great care of us. Highly recommended!

Royal hotel Hoi An is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in in Vietnam. It is very modern and clean and the staff goes above and beyond. They are so kind and helpful. The front desk team and the bell boy team were my favorites. I made friends with them as I saw them daily and they helped me tremendously. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly highly highly recommend. Also the amenities are top notch. They have the highest rooftop pool and bar in Hoi an!

First time back to visiting my country in 25 years. I’m so happy and very enjoyed stay at Royal hotel, room beautiful decorations, very cleaned and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and super nice. Good was fantastic and delicious 👍😊. We will definitely return on the next trip back in Vietnam. Would highly recommend, best hotel in Hoi An hotel.

I was very satisfied with the hotel’s overall service. The reception staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. The restaurant was clean, pleasant, and provided attentive service. The kitchen team prepared a wide variety of delicious and beautifully presented dishes, with breakfast Pho and Bun Bo Hue being truly memorable. The dedication of all departments, from reception to restaurant and kitchen, made my stay an excellent experience.
