Such a nice hotel! Staff goes above and beyond. Rooms are super comfortable. Haven’t slept that well in hotels in a long time. It’s very close to the city center in a very nice street(egyptian style house next to it). I highly recommend!

Our stay has been perfect. Very professional staff, clean comfortable room with a beautiful view...The room is not big but has everything you may need. Breakfast was lovely. Located in a quiet neighborhood withing walking distance to the centre. Couldn't ask for more!

Great hotel which is only 10 mins walk from the main sights. Lovely rooms which are well maintained. Great breakfast with a good selection of cereal, pastries etc. Lastly, very friendly staff with nothing being too much trouble. If back in Strasbourg it will be my first choice of places to stay.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. My experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The room was neat clean and cozy. The added bonus was the balcony. I spent my evenings sitting on that pretty little balcony looking at the amazing view of the cathedrals. The staff is professional, caring and helping. The breakfast was really great. I learned about the things I can take with the baguette. During my stay, I was often greeted on my way in and out by Monsieur Peter. He never failed to ask me how my day was and how I've been. Overall, a fulfilling experience. I hope I get the chance to come back to this beautiful city.

We have just stayed 3 nights in the hotel and liked it very much. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Everything was pretty clean and we liked our room with a great view. Breakfast was also great and more than enough to choose from. We also liked the location of the hotel as we could walk to the city center, the cathedral and la Petite France but were off the noisy part in a quiet and safe location. For exploring the European institutions the tram stop was also just around the corner. It is easy to reach from the main station with bus number 10. When we come back to Strasbourg, I would always book that hotel again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Royal Lutetia. While the rooms were a little small, that is the only (slight) negative. The staff was outstandingly polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very generous. You can eat breakfast on their small outdoor space. It is worth it to get a balcony and look over the rooftops of this beautiful city! We were blown away by every element of this hotel being much more than their ‘3’ star designation. Again, it deserves 6! stars in our minds due to the location ( nice walk to Cathedrale); string WiFi; excellent breakfast and very lovely staff!

We attended a wedding in Strasbourg and stayed here for six nights. The location is ideal, less than 10 minutes' walk to the B tram at Parc du Contades. We stayed here because it is walking distance to the synagogue. There is a kosher bakery and several kosher grocery stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. ||||The wi fi in the hotel is fast and excellent. We did not take the breakfast so cannot comment on that. The bed was comfortable. A few complaints about the bathroom: tiny bars of soap --- we bought a full size bar at a market; the shower door seemed to let water trickle onto the floor despite closing the door as firmly as possible; and the hair dryer had a small opening for hot air and after several minutes, the dryer became too hot to hold. ||||The small refrigerator was perfect for our needs and we liked the in room safe. The closet had plenty of shelves and room to hang clothes. The staff was pleasant and taxis we ordered arrived promptly. The hotel offers 24 hour room food service.

We had a great 4 night stay at this family run boutique hotel. Our room on the 6th floor (as requested) was most comfortable. It had a balcony which afforded us a delightful view of the sun setting over the chimney tops of Strasbourg. The breakfast, served in the dining room on the first floor, was excellent. A real highlight of our stay was the outstanding assistance we received from Diana at reception. She provided information about sights to see, the Christmas markets and made restaurant recommendations. She also took the initiative to make tentative restaurant bookings for us as it was a busy time with many tourists coming to visit the markets.|The hotel is situated near a small supermarket and pharmacy and is a flat east walk to the town centre and station. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Very nice little hotel. Charming doubles on the seventh floor, more spacious triples on the fifth. We rented two rooms to accommodate our five person family. A few minutes walk to the canal and into the old city. 10 euro breakfast available if you want.
