I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Interlaken and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. The location is perfect—close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. Overall, it was a very comfortable and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Interlaken. Great service, excellent location, and genuine hospitality.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and in a fantastic location. We had a balcony overlooking the mountains and main street which was lovely. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The only area I felt could use a bit more was breakfast. I did not feel there was a lot of diversity in options and ate a croissant each day. Other than that, we absolutely loved it! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights from June 16 to 18. The overall environment was comfortable, and the reception staff were very friendly. When we inquired about the Interlaken Guest Card, they even explained in detail how to use it to redeem gifts. Our room was on the 4th floor, with a view of the mountains outside. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. However, one thing to be aware of is the safety issue in the bathroom. The edge of the aluminum frame on the bathtub was neither covered nor smoothed, and I accidentally scraped the sole of my foot while showering the first night. I reported the issue to the front desk the next morning and was given a bandage. The staff also promised to look into it. However, when we returned to the room that night, we found that no softening or silicone covering had been applied to the sharp edge. The next day, we were in a hurry and couldn’t follow up with the hotel again. I hope the hotel addresses this issue promptly to prevent similar incidents from happening to other guests.

Excellent hotel in interlaken. Good location and you can walk anywhere in Interlaken from the hotel. Well Located. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They welcomed us with a nice bottle of champagne. The breakfast was good. They also had a shuttle service to the train station which is a boon when you have many bags. ||I will highly recommend this hotel on your next trip to Interlaken.

Had visited Interlaken last year. Me and my partner had stayed with Royal St Georges during our honeymoon. We had a memorable time at the hotel. The stay was excellent. The rooms were very cozy with a touch of old time vibes. It had a beautiful view as we got the corner room. The receptionist lady was welcoming and polite. All in all the hospitality was great

I had a good stay overall. The location is excellent like they advertised , but I was disappointed the minute I stepped in to the room became it doesn’t match the photos in their website. I immediately felt like being scammed and misled. They claim it is a 4.5 star hotel but it truly is just a 4 star the most. Don’t expect it to be a luxury hotel with exceptional 4.5 star features.

Hotel was clean, spacious and modern! The most exceptional was the service! All the staff was most helpful. The front desk, the restaurant, the bar and bellhop staff were all friendly and most helpful! The location is also excellent / close to train stations. I would highly recommend a stay here!

We booked a room for one night for 900 francs. Our room was located in a building adjacent to the hotel (it’s connected via a bridge accessible from the hotel’s second floor). Our room felt more like a college dormitory room; not a room you would find in a 4-star hotel. It was very spartan. The air conditioner made a loud humming noise every 5 minutes. We reported the issue to the front desk but apparently they could not resolve it. The room needs some flair - the walls are bare and the furniture looks like something you would find at a second-hand store. The bed was two single beds placed side by side (there was a large gap in the middle). We had requested front desk bring us an iron. They informed us that they do not bring irons to the room. We were instructed to take the elevator down two floors to a room that had an iron and ironing board we can use. The hotel’s location is great. The breakfast buffet was good. The service at the restaurant and bar were great. I suspect the rooms in the main hotel building are nicer. Otherwise, I am befuddled as to how this hotel has an average rating of 4.6 stars on Google.
