We heard that this is one of the best biryani places in mysore and we were not disappointed. We ordered chicken biryani and their bestseller andhra chili chicken starter. The quantity was moderate, and the taste was good, too. The biryani was flavourful, the rice was perfectly cooked but the meat was a little dry, same with chili chicken. The chili chicken was not very spicy and was delicious. The biryani was served as usual, with raita and salan, and it was ok. We also ordered a Veg meal thali, and that was pretty ordinary, nothing special, but nothing to complain about, too. The service was good and the staff was pleasant. We had a good time.

The experience at RRR was underwhelming. The food is cooked with basmati rice, so if you're not a fan, this might not be the place for you. We ordered two mutton biryanis, but piece and size was disappointing, with only two small pieces of mutton in each. The taste didn’t justify the cost, as it felt overpriced at ₹850 for two biryanis and a chicken chilly, which also didn’t meet expectations in flavor. Another downside is the lack of proper parking space—you’ll need to park nearby and walk. However, for those who enjoy basmati rice, this might still be worth a try, though I wouldn’t recommend it for the price or overall experience.

I visited this place on a Sunday, and luckily, it wasn’t too crowded, so we got seats easily. I ordered mutton biryani, chicken biryani, and chicken roast. All the dishes were decent, but the raita and gravy were the real stars—the gravy added so much flavor and really elevated the taste of the biryani. However, there were a couple of issues. The dishes were served cold, which took away from the experience, and the portions felt a bit small for the price. They could definitely improve by serving the food hotter and increasing the quantity. If they do few improvements, this place could be much better.

Got lucky because we reached before the opening time, so easily got the seats. This is the main task in this very popular restaurant in Mysore! Coming to the food, the famous mutton biriyani served in banana leaf, was unique in taste & worth the hype. We tried chicken fry with it, which was good. Service can be better with more skill in crowd management. When we were about to complete our meal, already some people were standing near to get our seats. If one can ignore things like waiting time etc, one should come & try their biriyani.

Hotel RRR in Mysore is quite popular, but I found it a bit overhyped. The place was extremely crowded, and we had to wait in a queue to get a table, which dampened the experience a bit. We tried the chicken and mutton biryani. It wasn’t the traditional nati style I expected but rather a basmati rice-based version. The biryani was good, but honestly, it didn’t feel extraordinary or worth the hype. On the other hand, the veg meal was quite impressive, offering authentic flavors and a satisfying experience. Since it was on my list, I’m glad I tried it, but I wouldn’t say it’s worth the long wait in line. A good one-time experience, but not something I’d go out of my way for again.

Thanks for RRR Mysore Briyani. They made a brand from old years as a authentic style of food but they disappointed in giving a mutton biryani and chicken pepper fry. We order 5 biryani's for only 4 peoples why because the taste will be good but they made disappointed in servings a mutton biryani they packed only 2 pieces of mutton that too it's complete bone piece if they call them and raise the issue they are responding like sir we will only put 2 mutton piece but I didn't find any mutton pieces we found only bone which is used to serve for dog for we are finished having. Please check the reviews before ordering the food. Never ever visit the place in Mysore. Worst briyani overall in Mysore. 30Rs Lemon rice is so far better and superb compared to this briyani.

As authentic as it gets. Very affordable, down-to-earth eatery with a limited menu and efficient service. I was probably the only foreigner at that time and was treated in a friendly and welcoming manner. People come, enjoy their delicious, affordable meals, and leave. It's not a place to linger longer than that.
