I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The hotel is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I especially want to highlight the professionalism and competence of the manager Andrea Cozza, who handled everything with exceptional care. Their attention to detail, efficiency, and warm attitude made the entire experience even better. It’s rare to meet management that genuinely prioritizes guest comfort, and it truly made a difference. Great hotel! Great service! Great rooms! Absolutely amazing experience! Andrea was incredibly kind and helpful our whole trip, making sure we were comfortable and accommodated. He really went above and beyond for my partner and I and I really appreciate that level of service. The rooms were quiet and nice. Also had the best tub/shower combo for the whole trip. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

The hotel was great but Andrea at the front desk really made a huge difference to the stay. He was always on the ball and helped us a lot with every part of our stay. Him and his team really elevated the experience!

This hotel is incredible. The room was divine with high ceilings, tall doors, and beautifully decorated (including the painted ceilings) to give the utmost feeling of elegance. Every detail is thought of in providing a wonderful stay. Having the mini fridge was very nice. The bathroom was amazing, including all the amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed the jetted tub and getting out into the luscious robe. I cannot say enough good things about Andrea. He was fantastic and thoughtful of every possible need. He went out of his way to provide incredible service. Absolutely recommend this hotel for the service, room, and location to many sites in Modena.

Last week we travelled to Modena and we stayed in this wonderful hotel. It was really a fantastic time there with special attention to the people who work there. I forgot to take a part of my clothes in an other hotel in Bologna and they were so kind to pick up te clothes for me. Right in the heart of Modena this hotel is superb. The staff is extremely accommodating and on top of things. They take supreme care of their guests and ensure they have a wonderful stay. Walking distance to many of the top spots to visit in Modena. Also, Andrea at the front desk is exceptional. He was supremely helpful and always on top of things to make this a phenomenal experience.

Suite 310 was very large with a huge bathroom but the bed was not really a king bed my husband who is 6.3 could have done with a larger bed but the two things really took away the two stars was one there was no coffee machine or tea kettle and most importantly there was no standing shower just a large jacuzzi He is 66 years old with a bad back and had areal challenge to take a shower On the last day we went to Vista palace verona and were upgraded to the prestige suite which is probably the best room in a italian hotel
