Almost perfect hotel - great location , friendly staffs, clean and big room for two. Booked for 3 nights but waking up 6 am on Monday morning, 6:30 am following two early morning. It’s different from the notice of building construction works next door. I don’t need a morning call for my holiday.

The hotel has a great location and nice staff. Tomas was very professional. The reason why I only gave 4 stars is the bathroom and the construction noise. The room (deluxe garden view) was spacious and clean. They answer messages right away, a big plus in customer service.

This is a very nice hotel that is centrally located. Good breakfasts. . We stayed for six nights and were initially assigned a room facing the street. It was noisy so we were moved to a room on the other side of the building, which was very quiet.

Nice hotel, pity about the construction noise immediately outside our window of our deluxe twin room facing the rear so you might want to ask for a quiet room facing the street perhaps. Oh, and I personally LOATHE the open shower arrangement. I don’t know why they do this - for the slight convenience of not having to open and close a shower enclosure you end up with a flooded bathroom floor every shower. I think it’s a stupid idea. And I didn’t see anything before and so didn’t realise until too late that you were supposed to register something for the high-speed Internet because the speed that I got was pathetic between 1 and 5 Mbps download which was unacceptable so if I missed seeing that suggest that be made a bit more obvious to hotel guests

A nice stay at this hotel. The room was nice, very big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was incredible and all the staff was kind and professional. I strongly recommend this place to stay if you visit Antwerpen. The location isl perfect as well.

Nice boutique hotel. Small, I would have liked a bar in the hotel also. Great location, walking distance from the city’s city centre. Friendly staff, good breakfast. A few small improvements: ||- At this price point, a phone charger should be available (they didn’t have an iPhone charger) ||- Scent in the hotel should be better (hotel perfume) ||- No hairdryer in the bathroom ||- It was our 12,5 years anniversary and in spite me informing them about it, they didnt do anything, except for the rose petals, which I paid extra for myself ||- Eggs were difficult to peel at breakfast ||- We had a room at the back which was nice and quiet

We booked a room with "garden view". In fact it was "construction side view". The toilett within the room was a bit smelly and beds were so well protected with plastic covers that we sweated a lot. Breakfast was ok, we liked the freshly squized orange juis.

Go to Antwerp! The city is a must. And this is the perfect hotel to stay in. Yes it’s on the back street. But it’s such a cute street. And it’s a simple walk to the great market Square. I mean it’s right there. Customer service is great, breakfast is great, and our room was absolutely adorable.
