Hotel Rumi Punku

What a perfect hotel to stay in before and after the 4 day Inca trail hike. First- this hotel is such a bargain but feels high end boutique. The staff are very accommodating. Breakfast is delicious and included. The beds are comfy, hot water plentiful, and rooms are heated perfectly. We loved that filtered water is included on tap in the courtyard. The laundry service is great and we used it twice (before and after Inca trail). The hotel stored our bags and had them all ready in our new room when we got back. They even made us bagged lunch for early tours. I can’t recommend Rumi Punku enough. Don’t hesitate and book now!

This hotel is superb in every respect. It's quiet but close to the action in the Plaza de Armas. The people were friendly. I loved the open air courtyard design. My room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was a great place to decompress after my various tours. Breakfast is included and it was delicious. I used the filtered water in the lobby to refill my pack each day.

We used Rumi Punku as our hotel in Cusco as we came back and forth on tours, overnight in the rainforest and on a trek to Machu Picchu. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, WIFI worked well and the gardens and sitting areas in the hotel were beautifully decorated with flowering plants and comfortable seating and tables with spot for sunlight and shade. The breakfast was delicious and the lobby comfortable. Also, the hotel was far enough from the Plaza so it was quiet, but it was a quick walk to the activity. Best part was the fantastic staff always quick to help, anticipating needs and always with a smile. It felt like coming home.

We loved this place. It was a little above my price range but worth every penny! Clean rooms, hot showers and comfortable beds. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We got massages for a great price and used their laundry service. Breakfast was great, had a wide selection of food and drinks. They will make a sack breakfast for you if you have to leave early. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect hotel to start and end our trip! Very quaint, comfortable and safe! Loved the location, the rooms were great size and the service was impeccable. We stayed 2 nights before our hiking trip and one night at the end. The hotel held our luggage for us while we were on our 7 day trek. When we returned all of our luggage was already in our room! This made things so easy for us and it was greatly appreciated. They coordinated taxi pickups for us. All in all I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your stay in Cusco!!

This is our third time staying at the Rumi Punku Hotel.....It's in an excellent location, the hotel itself is just lovely. Close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are a good size, beds and pillows are comfortable. The room has a mini fridge and shelves for storing clothes, shoes, etc. The bathrooms are a good size also, shower has plenty of hot water. The Rumi Punku offers a nice breakfast buffet in a beautiful dining room and also has complimentary hot tea. The hotel does have heat, however it is only available from 7 p.m. until 7 a.m. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful! If we ever go back to Cusco again, we will definitely be staying at the Rumi Punku!

Wonderful ambience. Peaceful and restful. The staff are very helpful to address any questions or concerns. Highly recommend! Wish we could have stayed here longer. The courtyards are pleasant and the breakfast was delicious and very filling. The room was spotless, updated bathrooms and hot water. Everything we needed!

Beautiful hotel with a lovely courtyard. The rooms are very clean and are simply decorated. Heat comes on at night. Excellent breakfast and a lounge with tea available all day. Only a few blocks from the town square and Plaza de Armas. In easy walking distance of good restaurants, attractions, shops, and more in Cusco.
