Hotel Rumi Punku

I absolutely loved my stay. The hotel is beautiful and staff is amazing- they are super nice and are always ready to help even before asking. It is one of the very few places with super early breakfast (5am) which is amazing if you like to start your day early. The hotel also has an amazing and reasonable spa so make sure you take advantage of that. The masseuses were thorough and they made us feel so refreshed after our exhausting tour days. I will definitely visit again!!

Rooms were clean and comfortable, hotel layout was nice with a number of outside seating areas within the hotel. Staff were polite and helpful. Nice buffet breakfast with the option of ftesh eggs cooked by the friendly kitchen staff. Great location, a short stroll to the centre.

We stayed at that great Boutique Hotel two times several nights and were very pleased with it. |It is a beautiful and quiet place with several nicely decorated patios. |The american breakfast is delicious and the reception is very helpful. |The location in the historical Center is perfect. Everything is safe and in walking distance.

A beautiful hotel for a reasonable price! It is in a great location near Plaza de Armas and many choices for shopping, from boutiques to chain stores to souvenir shops. The street itself has everything you need, including highly-rated bakeries and restaurants, drugstores and markets, laundry services, etc., and the hotel has a 24-hour guard to ensure the safety of the hotel guests. The breakfast was light but plentiful and had more than enough to satisfy your hunger. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. You can also store your luggage here if you plan to stay after a hiking/trekking experience. All in all, a fantastic stay!

This was such a wonderful hotel. The staff was so nice and friendly. Walking to our room, we enjoyed the beautiful, clean property. Our room was lovely. Spacious, clean, and bright. Breakfast was also amazing with a delicious fruit selection and custom made eggs. Definitely recommend

This was an amazing hotel! It was so close to everything and the rooms were so clean. I loved the breakfast every morning and I appreciated them having a filtered water station and teas available 24/7. Staff was extremely helpful as well. I used the laundry services too which was so convenient and affordable!

Stayed at Hotel Rumi Punku for five nights over two visits while exploring Cusco with friends (Inca Trail, Rainbow Mountain, Sacred Valley). The staff were friendly, the service excellent, and the breakfast really good. Both the standard and superior rooms were clean and comfortable. My only small suggestion would be to upgrade the showers to thermostatic mixers, as the temperature can vary. Overall, a lovely hotel — highly recommend!

We, family of 4, stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. This hotel has a charming rustic design. There are no elevators, however we got rooms on ground floor, so getting our luggage to the rooms were not difficult. Included breakfast was very good, with many healthy options. They have free filtered water available 24x7. Location is also super convenient - close to San Blas, the main city square, and many restaurants. I am giving 4 * for the room only because of 2 reasons: (1) It did not either have an air conditioner or a ventilation fan. Without either of these, I had to open the window at night that opened into the internal hallway to not feel claustrophobic (2) The ventilation windows in the bathroom also opened into the hallway and was not very high - which was a weird design. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay at Rumi Punku.
