A stunning hotel set within a tranquil vineyard. An absolute pleasure to stay, it is peaceful, the rooms are very clean, the staff are very friendly, the pool is a treat after a long day of exploring. The breakfast is very good. Parking is ample and very secure. To enjoy this part of Las Palmas I would recommend a hire car although there is a bus stop close to the hotel that provides a regular service. We would definitely return.

Best choice in the heart of the island away of the permanently cloudy sky and ruined old buildings of Las Palmas. Undoubtedly amazing local food and cuisine 👌

This hotel is an absolute joy. The staff are friendly the caretaker Domingo and his partner are brilliant they made us coffee every evening in their office he spoke Spanish us English the manager was brilliant too and gave us a bottle of wine the grapes were from their vineyard amazing Our room was comfortable and was cleaned everyday. This hotel is away from the tourist track so if you enjoy a huge tasty breakfast included in the price this is the place for you. The restaurant isn’t open but so what We highly recommend a higher car A massive thank you to all here. Thank you for making our stay the best 😀

Beautiful hotel in nice and calm surroundings. Very friendly staff. Warm wood interior, our upstairs room had a high open beam ceiling. Downstairs rooms feature a private terrace. Upstairs rooms share a beautiful open enclosure. A firm bed that requires some getting used to, then becomes comfortable-ish. Room description states queen bed, but we luckily received a wider king bed. Good quality linens. Common blanket, but individual blankets are provided in the cabinet. Currently no restaurant. Medium sized breakfast with good quality ingredients and daily variations. The hotel features only 10 rooms, 7 upstairs via stairs and 3 downstairs at ground level. Gated parking closed at night but you can open it with your room key.

We really enjoyed our stay here, for a week in the middle of September. We got upgraded to a bigger room, which was a great touch. Breakfast was good, slightly different each day, and the lady at breakfast was really nice and attentive since she remembered which drinks we had. The security guard was always funny and friendly to chat with. The owner was very nice and helpful too. There is plenty of parking and a nice pool. There was also a private path to hike to the crater, which was very peaceful. Improvements - Sometimes the WiFi was not working for me, it's a shame the restaurant is shut, the fitness area was mostly closed/very small and the outside area was so nice to walk around that it was a shame they had no benches to sit on to relax. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying there but only if you have a car. Since you won't reach much otherwise. The views were lovely (so much so that you want to paint them). And it was a really peaceful place.

I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful hotel nestled in a quaint setting. Our stay was truly wonderful. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and offer fantastic recommendations for exploring the area. Situated in a serene location, the hotel serves as an ideal base for discovering the island (renting a car is advisable). The pool provides a perfect spot for relaxation, and our experience was complete with all our needs met effortlessly. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

This hotel has very few services and very little staff. The staff that was there was very nice. They advertise having a restaurant on site, which is not true. It’s closed and has been for sometime which had learned after reading all of the reviews once we were already there. There is breakfast service from 8 to 10. It is strictly buffet, and below average compared to what we have experienced in the Canary islands and Spain. There is a great folder on hikes in the reception, but the reception was not open even once that we saw, except when we checked in. We had to call a number for them to check us in.. The room was dark and the desk lamp was broken. It open onto a terrace that was lovely, but had no sun most of the day. Fortunately, we were out hiking most days. Housekeepers are extremely nice, but they do not replace toilet paper and on our last day they did not replace towels but, oddly, left shower caps on our last day. The soap dispensers at the sink, and in the shower are very difficult to work and we could only get a drop at a time. Fortunately, we had our own shampoo and soap. This all seemed very odd for a 4 hotel. My sense was that the owner or manager was totally absent and had perhaps given up on the property. The one employee who seemed to be in charge and who was very nice was also the groundskeeper and mechanic as far as I could tell. It was well located for the hikes we were doing, but there are better options not far away.

We been there for couple days break. The hotel is in a beautiful location close to some nice local restaurants, well connected via bus to Las Palmas and super quiet if you want to escape the city. The staff were absolutely friendly, welcoming and always there to help. The rooms were clean and up to standards. I clearly suggest to everyone and I can’t wait to come back in the future. Good job guys!
