Staff: first I want to mention Conny on reception and Gean Petro in the restaurant. We arrived quite late from our flight but they welcomed us and made sure we had a meal, also Conny wrote the names of all the cats down for me (there are cats!!). All the staff on reception we spoke to were kind and helpful. Restaurant staff were equally lovely. ||Room: was nice and well kept but the views of the mountains, the gardens, the pool area are what it's all about. Really beautiful place to relax. ||Food: breakfast buffet was small but excellent and the dinner in restaurant is amazing. With half board includes 3 courses from the menu and it's all good quality with lots of choice. ||One downside: the WiFi is bad. Conny tried to help but it just wouldn't work at all, so we ended up using mobile data the whole time.||Cats: if you like cats you will love the furry residents, they were the main attraction for us. ||Absolutely would return ❤️

We are more than surprised and didn't expect such a high level of service. The hospitality was sincerely good and generous. We can't think of a better place to enjoy Tenerife in all its beauty. We had great meals, best rooms service and never slept better.

Fabulous hotel with the most amazingly helpful staff. Shout out to Conny on Reception, you were just wonderful when we arrived, thank you!|Peaceful, calm and tranquil would best describe the hotels ambiance. The gardens with their fruit trees are enticing. This is a place to re-charge your batteries and relax, be looked after and eat great food.|We experienced no issues whatsoever with Wi-Fi as has been mentioned in posts elsewhere.|On site restaurant offers an excellent menu cooked to an equally excellent standard.|If you have mobility issues, it might be worth noting that only the junior suites have showers, other rooms have a shower over the bath.|On the down side, beds are tired and very hard but the topper provided by the housekeeping staff certainly improved our sleep quality.|Looking forward to visiting again before the end of the year, fingers crossed.

We had a lovely 8 day stay here on our honeymoon. We stayed in a junior suite (canario) and the suite was all we could ask for. The vinca is lush with greens, quiet and small, so no mass tourism here. The staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning lady and even the gardners) are all very friendly and made us feel very much at home. The restaurant is very nice with high quality food, we dined elsewhere once but it wasn’t the same. People who are complaining it's expensive, we had 2 courses each, with drinks and coffee for around €70 total. That's good value considering the quality of the food. The vinca also has ample parking spaces which is nice and is luckily far, far away from the hell called Playas de las Americas (we drove by it once and were shocked). It's a nice base to discover the north of the island which is far nicer then the with tourists overrun south. Overall: 5 stars all the way! We loved it here 😀

Lovely peaceful location, great to use as a base for seeing the island and good walks. Lovely pool, unheated but great for a pre breakfast swim. Breakfast was excellent, great and varied choices. We only ate in the restaurant one evening the food and service were really good, but it was very quiet, maybe have some background music. It would also be good to have the option either in the room or in the salon to get a tea or coffee during the day. The fact that wifi was only available in the salon was actually good. All the staff were really lovely and very helpful.

A very quiet and comfortable hotel. The staff were so helpful, providing mattress topper after my husband found the bed too hard. They shut off a light that was shining into our bedroom and when my nightie accidentally got caught up in the sheets and sent to the laundry, did all they could to return it to me. It came back after its little adventure, and I found it folded neatly on the bed!
