Small hotel with a very good organisation anticipating every process.. like payment, advices..,and specially the breakfast ready since midnight so you can enjoy it from 4 am in case of an early check-out. The client is fully autonomous in the place.

My eight-day stay at this hotel was very pleasant. There are only four rooms and a very nice patio with many plants. It has special Canarian vibe and the hosts are really friendly. The guesthouse is located on a quiet street, very close to the old town of La Laguna. The only noise is made by hens and roosters in a neighbour’s garden ;) The room was basic but quite comfortable and was cleaned every day. Breakfast could have been more varied but I appreciated freshly-squeezed orange juice, freshly-brewed coffee and fruits. To sum up, I recommend this place.

Lovely small hotel in the centre of town. Rooms overlook a pretty central courtyard. Very nice breakfast in the main house which has lots of character. Staff were friendly and helpful. Charming place to stay.

The Place Is very cozy, easy to find and very well located (only a few minutes walking from La Laguna's historic centre). |There is a paying park only one street away, but in a 5 days stay we had no need to use it because we always had the chance to find free public parking nearby. |The staff we met was super lovely, attentive and always available (she would prepare for us fresh omelette every morning!). The breakfasts was included in the price of our room and we had various times of coffee and tea available, milk (also lactose free), cereals, 2 types of biscuit and plumcake. There's also a fridge where they put ham and cheese, fresh cut fruit and jam in different compartments for every room (an idea I find amazing). |We received proper room cleaning everyday. |The room is nice, a bit basic and the bed is a bit small but you will find everything you need :) I suggest to bring a pair of earplugs because the crowing of the rooster in the morning can be loud! |Overall I would definitely recommend a stay here! :)

The Hotel met all our needs for accommodation and eating. The self-serve continental breakfast available from 6 to 10 am was a good system, allowing for early starts when necessary. Eggs every day would have been appreciated. The parking which we feared would be difficult turned out not to be a problem with paid parking, up to 7 Euros max/day, within a 2 minute walk. The location of the Hotel is very convenient for many eateries in the downtown area.

Great location, kind staff, cozy rooms, traditional spanish breakfast ... good value! We will be back!

Lovely, cosy B&B in a convenient central location. Beautiful garden courtyard. Good breakfast and easy self check-in/out (we arrived out of check in hours).

What we liked: 1. The personal, kind and generous service provided the whole time! 2. The fantastic breakfast with all the homemade and local specialties! 3. The excellent location on the edge of the city center but with parking nearby. 4. The lovely courtyard and the charming front rooms, which are a delightful surprise when coming in off the street.
