Hotel Rural La Hoja de Roble

This is a really pleasant small hotel, with very nice rooms with oak beams. We had a great view of the river from our room. Excellent breakfast with fresh baked bread and home made jams - the very gracious and friendly hostess (who's name I forget unfortunately) was actually making jam in the kitchen when we arrived. In summary, a great hotel in a lovely village.

Nice & clean bedroom. Fantastic modern shower. Comfortable bed & pillow. Nice terrace views. Good service. Wi-fi didn't work. Bed headboard looks a bit old. Nice location close to Castle. Car parking is on street. Mainly quiet although you can hear traffic passing.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the room was very warm and serviced by a heater in the bathroom and in the main room, which when turned up full there is no need for any blankets or sheets in the middle of winter..... the hotel is central to the old part of town and well worth the walk to the castle. We asked for a room with a view which they gave us room number 4 overlooking the river.

A really nice boutique hotel in a very pretty town. The room was super nice with a rustic feel and a beautiful view of the river the service wonderful, and a great breakfast with homemade jams.

Hotel situated in a great location, at the bottom of the old town. Rooms were clean and spacious. Definitely recommend.

Extra rude service in the coffee bar. The guy was dismissive and unattentive. More than the usual Spanish aloofness.
