We loved this quiet boutique hotel for its authenticity, its spaciousness and its wonderful amenities. The location is terrific for visiting and touring Tokyo. The bathroom shower is fabulous and we greatly appreciated the amenities and washer dryer on the floor. The front desk staff was exceedingly helpful and courteous. This was our favorite stay out of several during our two week trip to Japan.

Simply the best hotel I've ever stayed in. We were here in May 2025 and have thought about coming back every second since! The rooms were spacious and well-adorned with amenities, the staff were very friendly, and there were many traditional touches throughout.

My daughter and I spent 2 weeks travelling Japan, staying at AirBnB's and Hostels. After climbing Fuji overnight, we wanted a nice hotel as a base to explore Tokyo for our last few days. We were so lucky to have reserved Hotel Ryumeikan. It was amazing! The room is big and perfect and it was so quiet! They've really thought of everything in the room from lighting to a ln ice machine and everything in between. The bathroom was an extra wonderful way to relax and enjoy our last few days with the big tub to soak in. Loved this hotel. Will definitely stay again if we can.

Excellent hotel in an extremely pleasant area, quiet and clean, 4-5 metro lines in the proximity, 3-5 non stop convenience stores, restaurants. The room is huge, the bathroom is amazing, the beds are perfect. Highly recommend this hotel

We had a very good stay here. Rooms were extremely well designed, maintained and beds were so comfortable. The local metro was just a 3min walk away , making it convenient for getting around. Few things to note: This is a boutique hotel with only 9 rooms and note that front desk isn’t available 24/7. The rooms also do not have black out curtains. We would stay here again.

Absolutely one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! From the cleanliness, to the warm hospitality, to the traditional Japanese architecture and design - this property is full of history and is a must-visit if you're in the area! Great location and access to trains, as well. We can't wait to return!

The Hospitality and low key exclusive place is off the charts. Definitely not like any luxury chain hotel I’ve stayed in. It’s a very special place and experience. There’s only 9 rooms, and it’s very quiet and relaxing. I’m also blown away with how beautiful and welcoming our room looks and feels.
