It offers a 24-hour reception, free coffee all day and stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen satellite TV. The air-conditioned rooms at Sacristía de Santa Ana feature parquet floors and classical-style décor. Each one has a work desk and a private bathroom. You can walk to central Seville in around 15 minutes. A regular bus service leaves from a stop 200 metres from the hotel." - My Boutique Hotel (en)

The hotel met my expectations and I was very happy with my stay. My room looked out onto Alameda de Hercules and any noise was reduced due to the double set of external doors/windows. The bedroom and bathroom were of a high standard. I slept very well during my stay. Alameda de Hercules has a wide variety of bars and restaurants, including ones with vegetarian options. There is a stop for the hop-on hop-off tour bus very close to the hotel and places close by to get tickets. I would recommend Sacristia de Santa Ana and would stat there again.

Fabulous boutique hotel that is full of traditional characteristics, including being set around a courtyard with a fountain. The rooms are accessible by stairs or a lift that takes you to the different floors, all of which overlook this square inner courtyard. The room was delightful with a lovely, comfortable bed and all the necessary comforts to make tge stay special. Staff were so helpful and able to recommend places to eat in the local area. Full of Spanish heritage, this hotel is a must-do.

Yes stay here! One of the best parts of our stay was the breakfast at this hotel. We had breakfast included at the restaurant adjoining and it was simply fabulous. Smoked Salmon, beet hummus, green smoothies, etc made to order. All until noon!’. Such a treat. The rooms were great, very clean, not cramped and comfortable. Sometimes we would hear nighttime noises but this was fine with us. There a large nightlife scene in Seville. The staff was so helpful with reservations and suggestions. They do not have shampoo and conditioner or bar soap by the way, a wall pump with hands and body soap only. This didn’t bother my husband however! Just a lovely stay.

The Superior room offers excellent value for money. It is spacious and has a reasonably sized bathroom. Air conditioning and WiFi connection work fine. The location is on a noisy street, but not a problem if you keep the windows closed. The advantage is that there are many good restaurants nearby. It is also possible to rest in a beautiful quiet air-conditioned patio. If you are coming to Seville as a tourist and do not enjoy lots of walking, you might prefer to stay closer to the city center. A single walk to the main sights is fine, but if you prefer to do some sightseeing in the morning, then take a rest in the hotel, and continue sightseeing in the evening, you might need to walk a lot. I recommend to pay for the delicious breakfast, which is served in a nearby restaurant from 8:00 till 11:30. Note this is an a la carte breakfast, and the waiting time is about 10-15 minutes, so make sure you have at least 30 minutes. The staff in the hotel as well as in the breakfast restaurant are friendly and helpful.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Our room was spacious with plenty of storage. Reception staff were friendly and helpful so I can’t understand some of the negative comments on here.|The location is 5 minutes from the Setas and a further 20 minutes into the historic centre. It’s a lovely walk past some fantastic bars and restaurants. |Please give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.

The room was small with two twin beds making a single queen bed. The hotel has history, as it is a converted 18th-century mansion with antique furnishings. The hotel had a nice little courtyard as a good meeting spot with the tour group I was with. There was a small elevator near the front desk. The majority of the staff was very friendly, with the exception of the afternoon front desk woman when we first checked-in, who gave me attitude with the Wi-Fi password. ||Breakfast was included with my stay, and it was very good! I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich to start, then followed by a Greek yogurt with honey, nuts and fruit which was good. Sitting on the patio for breakfast really gave me an opportunity to experience the European culture of dining outside and reflect how fortunate I am to have the luxury of traveling. ||Please indicate if you found this review to be helpful, as your click of thanks enables me to remain motivated in creating future comprehensive reviews that will add value to my fellow TripAdvisor members.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Had a small room with interior view but it was very comfortable and certainly spacious enough for a 5 night stay. The staff were all great and helpful pre arrival with directions. Kettle in room but only tea- no coffee!

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel incl breakfast. I got room no 209 which is on the ground floor, a tiny room with a window to the closed courtyard, no natural daylight or fresh air. The bathroom had a bad smell, and the glass door on the bath was not proper cleaned, had water marks everywhere. |At arrival I got a bottle of cava which was a nice gesture, the problem was that the empty bottle and bottle holder were left in the room for another two nights/days, the used glass was still there when I left after four nights. Not sure why this was not taken away. |The worst was the breakfast, and the staff working there, no smile or good morning, just miserable when they come to your table asking what you want. You could almost see them rolling their eyes…the food matched the staff working there. Poached egg was hard, when you order a bacon/egg toast you get two tiny slices of bacon and huge pile of lettuces to make up for it served on a dirty plate…I paid 20£ for a daily breakfast which was not worth it. The photos show a breakfast buffet which was not existing as it’s a la carte. |The photos do not match what you get. It seems that solo travellers get the worst room available, don’t accept room 209 or any really. |They seem to have booked a taxi in my name for an airport pick up without letting me know, which caused now big issues as I paid twice for a taxi transfer. When you email them regards this issue you don’t get an answer as they do not speak English well enough to understand basic complaints or issues. Working in a hotel someone needs to have some better English knowledge to be able to help customers. |The only good thing about this hotel is the location and one receptionist who was actually smiling and being helpful. |Would not recommend this hotel!
