I stayed here for 3 days the The location is perfect, just minutes away from the airport, making it convenient yet peaceful. Every detail, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and professional. From the moment I arrived, Hotel Sahara Star exceeded every expectation. The stunning architecture, especially the grand dome and beautiful tropical lagoon inside, creates a truly luxurious atmosphere. The staff were incredibly courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommend Hotel Sahara Star for anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and impeccable hospitality. What impressed me most was the personal touch: little gestures like remembering my preferences, offering local recommendations, and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. In short, this hotel exceeded all expectations. It combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in a way that makes you want to come back again and again. I can confidently say this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever stay.

Extremely Disappointing Stay : Not Worth the Hype or Price I had a truly pathetic experience at Sahara Star. From the moment I checked in, the staff was completely unaccommodating and uninterested in making the stay pleasant. This hotel is overly rated and does not live up to even the basic standards of hospitality. The cleanliness was shockingly poor – the washroom and room both looked unkempt. The shower in my room was broken, the bed-sheet was not made properly, and to make matters worse, the pillow had a stinky smell. It was beyond unacceptable. For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room. Instead, I was left questioning if this was really a “5-star” property. The experience was so frustrating that it completely ruined my impression of the hotel and I even checked out earlier as I preferred staying out instead in the room. If you value cleanliness, good service, and comfort, I would strongly suggest reconsidering before booking this place. Definitely not worth the hype or the money.

Professional staff at just a call away, well furnished rooms, wide breakfast selection and in the heart of the commercial hustle. Overall, had a gr8 experience and would surely visit again.....

I recently attended a conference at this hotel and had a very positive experience. The staff were professional, courteous, and well-organized throughout the event. The location is great, easy to access and centrally situated. The food provided during the conference was also very good – fresh, well-prepared, and nicely presented. Overall, the venue was well-suited for professional events and I would definitely recommend it for conferences or business meetings.

The bed was super comfortable, and the view of the airport runway added an exciting touch to the stay. The soundproofing is excellent – you feel close to the airport without the noise. The dining options are exceptional – from global cuisines to authentic Indian flavors. Especially loved the experience at Mabruk and Ocean – The Private Dining Room with its aquarium setting. The breakfast buffet is lavish with plenty of variety for all tastes. The staff deserves a special mention – they are extremely courteous, attentive, and go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Whether you’re visiting for business, leisure, or a special occasion, Sahara Star offers everything you’d expect from a five-star experience. We recently went for Navratri night in Sahara International and my experience was wonderful. The staff is very welcoming, location is ideal near Domestic Airport. Food and dinning is perfect. The architecture of the hotel is stunning and hotel is clean and spacious. Unique luxurious ambiance, rooms are spacious including facilities like gym, spa, swimming pool, banquet hall... Ideal for any occasion.
