"Contemporary touches meet Moroccan influences at this hilltop escape overlooking the medina.Homemade pastries greet you on arrival in the neutral-hued guest rooms, which balance floor-to-ceiling windows, sleek furnishings, and glass-walled marble baths with brightly patterned rugs, decorative vases, and Moorish lamps. Theminimalist hammam is the highlight at the hotel’s Givenchy spa, while the Atlas mountain backdrop serves as eye candy beyond the chaise-lined infinity pool. Should you seek more spirited diversions, a stylish rooftop bar pulses with live music and DJ sets on the weekends. Sip champagne as the sun sets over Fes, then sample local delicacies like quail and almond tagine or roasted cockerel stuffed with raisins and semolina by candlelight at Amaraz restaurant."

"After a long day exploring the narrow alleyways and medieval souks of Fez's ancient fortified medina, there is no more stylish place to escape to than this newcomer. More like an urban resort than a city hotel, the property is perched over the Ville Nouvelle on a grassy hilltop with two glorious pools and a Givenchy spa. While the creamy white toned rooms, outfitted with king size beds, flat screen tvs and glassed-in rain showers, are like minimal designer lofts, while the public spaces, with carved limestone walls and tiled fountains, are very sensuously Moroccan. We enjoyed our staff at Hotel Sahrai. For a family with a toddler the room was spacious. The bathrooms and shower pressure etc great. Toiletries and other amenities like Tea etc in the room were also great quality. The view from the hotel is Medina was great especially to enjoy an evening drink or high tea :)

We enjoyed our three-night stay at this lovely hotel. We liked its modern architecture and layout. The only drawback was the location outside the centre of the city, which made us feel a little isolated. The staff made us feel very welcome and took great care of us. There is a choice of restaurants and indoor and outdoor seating and we tried all of them. We really liked the ground floor restaurant with the terrace for dinner and for the extensive breakfast buffet. We are probably too old to really appreciate the Lebanese nightclub style restaurant. Fortunately we got there early before it got too busy and we enjoyed the plentiful selection of tapas style dishes. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The hotel grounds are beautifully kept with a good view across to the city.

We just visited the place at night for some food and drinks at its rooftop. Great service, excellent live music. Amazing food. It's definitely a place to visit.

The management and staff were outstanding the reception lady Siam, the restaurant for breakfast service was best we had on our 2 week Morocco tour, the Lebanese restaurant and bar st night with hanza, outmane and abdeali anticipated what we wanted ( 2 couples from ireland) and were honest and friendly at all times. The people here are the best we came across over the 2 weeks

We stayed for three nights with a tour. The room was large and the bathroom was very large. It was very modern but some of the design features are questionable. For example, the shower was in the tub and required more than a one foot stepdown to get in. The support rail was required to get in. The clothing hangers were 7 feet high. The room was quiet and the bed was excellent as was the service. The breakfast was below average and the location was isolated, alongside what appeared to be project housing. Lighting in the room was average.

Needs improvement asap! Honest critic! Parking lot is crazy tight and crowded ! If you arrive with a rent car , check the car out daily ! BEST IMPRESSIONS SPA AND MASSAGE ! Fantastic ! Try Fadouda! She knows what shes doing , ask for hard massage , not soft ! Staff welcome you wonderfully , each of them ! Always smiling 24/7 and kind and respectful! Always on time with your requests! Hotel Lobby smells fantastic! Needs more of it for each floor! Beautiful modern design and architectural ideas to see! Big glass windows and plants and zellige pools! Just stunning ! AC works well ! Water runs good , we never used the bathtub but people say that there is a leaking . Yes we have the same problem but it was not too bad. SHOWER comes with a great design but not for everyone ! NO PRIVACY if ur staying with a friend or colleague. Consider twice ! Be aware of that. Toilet is separated from bathroom. The Layout & Temperature of the pool is amazing ! Not too warm Not too cold But kids pool needs more often cleaning because of the trees around. Weekends at terrace there is a live music and DJ! Very mixed crowd around! ————————————————————————— Negative impressions from us Today is a sand storm day I guess , we got to inside , pool got dirty within a minute by dust and leaves, strong wind ruined everything ! Welcome to Fes ! impossible to swim or stay outside ! No lounge area inside of the hotel except rest chairs when the weather is not in your expectation 2 Cleaning Ladies were extremly loud while cleaning, they woke us up after our sleepless night trip! ROOM SERVICE doesn’t work after midnight!!! , we had to order food from outside with delivery fee. I was so hungry and could not even find a mini yogurt from the kitchen of the hotel. Thats a shame! $450 for a night ! Think about it ! Save your sándwiches from breakfast! BREAKFAST needs improvement!! All the food waits in the cups for hours so they do not look fresh at 9:30 am ! Cheese olives salami they waits for hours warmed up melted unshaped and flying flies around ! PLEASE KEEP THEM IN A FRIDGE SHELFS ON COUNTERTOP as the other 5 starts hotel do ! There is no Iron & board in the room , you should ask for it. Hair dryer is like around $10 and stops after 2 mins. They replaced it thankfully with a request. Coffee machine was broken ! MENU AT RESTAURANT ( moroccan down stairs ) Fish is very delicious but portion is way too small! As if they forgot to bring the other half. Sea bass cannot be served as a single fillet. Rack of lamp was not tasty at all. Its Sauce ( delicious) just supported it well. Thats all! The BURGER !! Omg came out cold ! Cold bun is not acceptable ! Mc do makes better burger! Right by the hotel if need burger. No nuts / chocolate available for along the drinks We dont think we would go back, so sorry ! Wishing you guys a good luck with everything

Part of Hilton, nice hotel with a great view over the city and medina. The rooftop has great potential, but the furniture is in poor condition. The chairs and couches are rusty, and the pillows look dirty and worn out. It really takes away from the overall experience. With some care and updates, this space could be much more inviting and enjoyable. The water in the pool looks very dirty. I liked the food and some parts of the live dj music, had a good vibe.
