"Contemporary touches meet Moroccan influences at this hilltop escape overlooking the medina.Homemade pastries greet you on arrival in the neutral-hued guest rooms, which balance floor-to-ceiling windows, sleek furnishings, and glass-walled marble baths with brightly patterned rugs, decorative vases, and Moorish lamps. Theminimalist hammam is the highlight at the hotel’s Givenchy spa, while the Atlas mountain backdrop serves as eye candy beyond the chaise-lined infinity pool. Should you seek more spirited diversions, a stylish rooftop bar pulses with live music and DJ sets on the weekends. Sip champagne as the sun sets over Fes, then sample local delicacies like quail and almond tagine or roasted cockerel stuffed with raisins and semolina by candlelight at Amaraz restaurant."

Hotel Sahrai

"After a long day exploring the narrow alleyways and medieval souks of Fez's ancient fortified medina, there is no more stylish place to escape to than this newcomer. More like an urban resort than a city hotel, the property is perched over the Ville Nouvelle on a grassy hilltop with two glorious pools and a Givenchy spa. While the creamy white toned rooms, outfitted with king size beds, flat screen tvs and glassed-in rain showers, are like minimal designer lofts, while the public spaces, with carved limestone walls and tiled fountains, are very sensuously Moroccan. The waitress, Meryeme, was very nice and attentive and answered all of our questions about the menu. The food was very good, we definitely suggest the batata harra. Everything we ordered was tasty. The atmosphere is relaxed but clean and upscale. The manager, Nocair, keeps a high standard for the food and the cleanliness.

Had a fantastic solo dinner at Jungle! The food was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. The place has a great vibe — lively but relaxed, with good music, a beautiful view, and a stylish crowd.|The service really stood out. Meryeme was incredibly kind and thoughtful — she helped me choose the perfect table and made great suggestions, making me feel totally comfortable and welcomed. Othmane was also very professional and discreet, always attentive without being intrusive.|Such a great spot to enjoy a nice evening alone — highly recommend if you're in Fez!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Sahrai. The service was exceptional from start to finish — every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The atmosphere is elegant, the rooms are beautifully maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would like to express my sincere thanks for the excellent dinner service at Hotel Sahrai. The ambiance was wonderful, the food was delicious, and everything was perfectly presented.||A special thank you to Ahmed and Yassine for their exceptional service.

Myself and my fiancée stayed here for 5 nights recently. We loved the hotel, it’s beautifully designed. The beds are very comfy and spacious. The bars and restaurants were great. Aircon worked amazing considering it was 44 degrees! The only downside was that they allowed smoking by the pool and considering it’s signed “no smoking by the pool” with signs next to the sun loungers this was disappointing. As none smokers this did spoil it for us. Especially considering there’s smoking areas in the bar area next to the pool. I also found some of the staff to be a little slow with service however this wouldn’t put me off coming back and I highly recommend this hotel! 10/10

One of my favorite spots in Fès. I often come here to spend the day by the pool, enjoy a delicious dinner, or sip a drink at the Jungle rooftop. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, and the setting is simply beautiful. A timeless address I keep coming back to!

We enjoyed our three-night stay at this lovely hotel. We liked its modern architecture and layout. The only drawback was the location outside the centre of the city, which made us feel a little isolated. The staff made us feel very welcome and took great care of us. There is a choice of restaurants and indoor and outdoor seating and we tried all of them. We really liked the ground floor restaurant with the terrace for dinner and for the extensive breakfast buffet. We are probably too old to really appreciate the Lebanese nightclub style restaurant. Fortunately we got there early before it got too busy and we enjoyed the plentiful selection of tapas style dishes. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The hotel grounds are beautifully kept with a good view across to the city.

We enjoyed our staff at Hotel Sahrai. For a family with a toddler the room was spacious. The bathrooms and shower pressure etc great. Toiletries and other amenities like Tea etc in the room were also great quality. The view from the hotel is Medina was great especially to enjoy an evening drink or high tea :)
