Hotel Saint-Géry

Excellent stay! The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality. The location is perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the main center of Brussels. The staff were very polite, friendly, and always helpful. The room was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a great experience here. It’s perfect to enjoy a coffee right in the heart of Brussels, the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. The staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. Definitely a place I would recommend both for staying and for having a nice drink in the city center.

We spent a night having travelled to Brussels to watch our team in a Champions League game. We arrived early in Brussels and the hotel were great in facilitating an early check in so that we could go out and enjoy the city before the game. Location is perfect, with all of the central bars and restaurants close by and the bar adjoining the hotel was great too. Rooms were excellent, especially for the price. ||Best of all was the friendly and helpful service. The guy on reception was superb and treat us so well - a great trip and highly recommended.

Perfect location very near to the city center. This is the only positive point. Many negative points need to be mentioned: 1- The room design is very bad. Can you imagine that they are putting the bathtub in front of the bed without any private area instead of putting it in the bathroom like all other hotels. This means that any 2 people in the room who might be friends, brothers, sisters or even a man with daughter should take the shower one in front of the other person and when I requested to change the room I was told that all rooms have the same odd design. It is really something disgusting. 2- The room telephone was not working so you have to go to the reception if you need anything instead of calling them and when I requested an alternative the lady in the reception lied on me saying that this is the same problem in many other rooms which was not correct. 3- The hotel stairs are very narrow and not suitable for most of people to be used. I have to wait for the elevator otherwise the stairs may cause that I may fall down. 4- The room view was awful as if it is a cemetery. The most negative thing is that when I mentioned all these negative points to the lady in the reception she answered me "I can give you back your money and you can search another place". This phrase chocked me. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone searching for good place to stay in brussels except for the good location.

Don’t stay here if you’re expecting to sleep at night. Due to the location of the hotel there is unbearable music from 9pm - 5/6am every single night. Room space is good, room is ok. Shower didn’t work & plug in bath didn’t work. Location is very good for tripping about & exploring but the music is ridiculous. We wouldnt stay here again

Excellent location for a Brussels vacation - literally, steps away from Grand Place! Safe area and always full of people - if you are a light sleeper you may have issues sleeping because of the noise all night from the bars and cafes. We had no issues but all 4 of us can sleep through anything LOL Easy to walk to a myriad of options for food, drinks or shopping. The staff is very friendly and they go above and beyond - and the hotel breakfast is top notch! Would highly recommend.

Not for family. Great location. The hotel staff is quite welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, it is a the core of a party area so there were people shouting well beyond 6 am. We are not light sleepers and we could not sleep. Also, while the staff at the restaurant is very friendly, for some reason, it took them forever to serve us the food even though the restaurant was empty.

The hotel room was updated and spacious. We stayed in the Junior Suite. Our window was facing a couple of bars so it did get a little loud when we were trying to sleep. All of the staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed.

It very good situated near the explanade, nice restaurants etc the rooms are ok , small and noisy , The staff friendly and the place is ok To park it's 3 minutes from the hotel , and it's extra 20 euro to park and very tight , The rooms ok

I really enjoyed my stay at this tiny boutique hotel, hidden from the public eye but in the center of all attractions. The service was excellent and very helpful, free fast Wi-Fi (yes, for ALL devices), house-made complimentary bottle of water in the room, very artsy decor. One thing to note is that rooms are tiny - it didn't bother me, but I can project a lot of unsatisfied customers.

The Saint Gery Hotel is a boutique hotel on Place Saint Gery. We picked it for its proximity to public transportation, which it had. The hotel was nice and it did have free breakfast, however the rooms were extremely small. Our room was as wide as the bed, so there was no space whatsoever. The free breakfast was good though and the staff was friendly. The neighborhood was very loud and is apparently a party area, which we did not realize when booking. One major issue we had was getting a taxi. We asked the front desk to secure us a vehicle to take us to the main train station on our departure day. We asked the night before, so there should have been plenty of time. However the car did not arrive and we were forced to walk with our luggage to the nearest major chain hotel and take a taxi from the queue there. This may be the fault of the taxi company, but it wasn't great!

I can't remember what is good because of the troubles! No slippers!! Broken hair dryer!! What a perfect experience!!! After 23:00 there is nobody; so how I would fix my problem?!!
