If I could give more than 5 stars for service, I would! I arrived at 2am, tired and distraught after having to leave an Airbnb due to a safety issue. Ben at the front desk was so kind and helped me with my large suitcase. Over the next few days, I met several other staff members, all of whom were absolutely incredible, helpful, and nice people. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with strong central air to provide relief from the hot summer temperatures. Although the bathroom was small, the room itself was a good size and had a lovely window and view of the patio dining below. There is a cute restaurant attached where you can take your breakfast if desired. The area is full of other dining and shopping options as well. It is right near the market and a 5 minute walk to the port. Great location and exceptional staff- highly recommend!

A nice hotel in a great location just a short walk to le Vieux Port where there are numerous restaurants and bars. It is also opposite the tram route making it very convenient for getting around. I had a room with a balcony which had great views. There is also a bistro on the ground floor serving breakfast and evening meals. The staff were very helpful and friendly making the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel due to its good location and friendly service.

I am in the attic room which has challenging headroom in the shower and would not be suitable for someone with any mobility issues because of a very steep and narrow staircase that must be used to get to the final level. The rooms are clean and have character and the beds are comfortable. It is well located with the port being a 5 minute walk away and the main shopping street being a similar distance. The staff are friendly and they speak good English which made up for my limited French speaking ability.

This was a perfect stop over in Marseille, very close to the quay, harbour and city centre, but also in easy walking distance from Marseille St Charles Station. The welcome was extremely friendly and helpful, the room very clean and functional. One of the most comfortable beds we've slept in! If we visit Marseille again, this will be our hotel of choice.

This hotel is located in the heart of the vieux old Port area. It is a 3 star hotel and was recently renovated outside and in, 12 foot ceilings and ducted ac, bathroom and new shower recess. It is directly opposite a tram stop and if you are in your room it can be disconcerting. However who stays in their rooms on holidays and the trams don't run all night. The rooms are spacious some cater for families of 3 with pull-out double lounge bed. No fridge no safes so could certainly update more as there is sufficient room for both. The lift can hold 2 people and luggage. It is a boutique hotel with a bar attached buffet breakfast is offered for €13 euro pp. Coffee served was great and locals use it so that's a good indication. It's about a 5 to 10 min walk from the old Port. Price was also good for that area, staff were very friendly and helpful would be happy to recommend

Great location, old style hotel that has been modernised inside. Value for money and a quaint restaurant Pub for evening meals and the breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had the loft room which is small yet roomy and has some great views through the roof windows. Only negative is the shower. While the bathroom is generous the angle of the roof made having a shower awkward for tall people. Thoroughly recommend.

The pictures make it look like it's in a beautiful part of town but it's really not. The view from the balconies could be amazing if it wasn't for the graffiti at street level. We were hoping to have a bit of a romantic stay judging from the online profile but it's mediocre at best. The mattress protector was dirty and disgusting and it showed through the thin bedsheets. The shower door fell off when we opened it and the bathroom area is not dirty yet clearly not clean either. Would not recommend and I regret my selection :(

Very good location. In the heart of Marseille. The price is quite high for a small room, but the room is neat, clean and nice. Service friendly and speaks English which is rare in France. For a small surcharge, there is also an option with breakfast, which was brought at the selected time.

I stayed here for one night while visiting Marseille, and it was livable but not great. When we got there the elevator was broken, so we had to leave our luggage at the front desk and bring it upstairs later because we were staying on the fourth floor. The room was okay but not very nice. There was a mysterious lack of outlets, which was inconvenient. The bathtub also leaked water all over the bathroom when I took a shower. We got breakfast at the hotel in the morning, which is served in the adjacent cafe. The waiter brought us some pastries and cooked up some eggs and bacon or potatoes. It was okay but not very efficient and we were in somewhat of a hurry. I would definitely stay somewhere else if I came to Marseille again. I'm sure there are much better hotels with reasonable prices--preferably right on the port since it's so beautiful there.
