Hotel Salnerhof

Excellent stay at this hotel. All the staff is extremely friendly, especially our waiter Hrvoje who went above and beyond to make our breakfasts and dinners a great experience. Ivan was also great on the days he was covering. Facilities are great from the ski storage, to the spa, and the rooms. The food each day was delicious as well. Highly recommend!

Last week we stayed in the hotel for the very first time and it was awesome. The rooms were very comfortable and it was very nice that every day the cleaning stuff arranged the blankets in very cool forms. Food in the hotel was also great (almost too much) and our waiter was very friendly all the time. Especially breakfast selection is huge. We also went to the restaurant and bar. Very friendly people and wine and food was awesome. One note, I recommend to do a reservation at least 3-4 days in advance, they are always fully booked

Our stay at Hotel Salnerhof was an absolute dream. Being able to wake up in the mornings, enjoy an unbelievable breakfast spread, and walk, at most, 5 minutes to the gondola to enjoy skiing for the day was truly an incredible experience. ||The cherry on top at Hotel Salnerhof is the incredible staff and service. We were blown away by Hrvoje’s attentiveness and attitude. No matter the time of day we showed up for our meals, he was there to greet us with a smiling face, incredible sense of humor, and unbelievable attention to detail. He (and Ivan for the days Hrvoje was off) really made our dinners one of the highlights of our days! ||Could not recommend this hotel enough!

For the fourth time In Ischgl, third time at Salnerhof, actually second stay because in January we were not lucky at all. The day after arrival we had to go back home because we lost a family member. Reason why we want to thank them from the bottom of our hearts for being so kind and understanding and refunding our money so that we could leave quickly. |Many thanks to the Reception Staff and Manager!|Very nice hotel and proffesional team! The impeccable service and hospitality of theirs staff made our stay most enjoyable. Our vacation has begun with a big surprise: we opened the door to a much bigger and more comfortable room than we had booked (Room 202). We received an upgrade and we were very excited. Again, many thanks! We had an amazing view of both the mountain and the street. Bright and clean room with additional facilities: safety deposit box, mini-fridge, coffee maker, complimentary coffee, cream and sugar, water and apples. Also, we had a large and comfortable bed, sofa and large TV. I remember how clean the room was and how nice it smelled every time we came back from skiing...|All of the people are helpful and generous with their time and advice and they make you feel at home. We want to say hello to the team working in the restaurant on the right side, the one for guests. What an amazing team! They work hard and help each other so that the guests don't have to wait too long. They are always smiling and they are amazing! All of them...|We already miss you guys, especially our two friends who made us feel like family: Ana and Ivan. We met Ana last year and she is very dear to us and Ivan, he took care of us and cheered us up every day, both during breakfast and dinner. Two special people... Big hug for you! We really miss you friends, hope to see you again!|Speaking of breakfast, there is a wide range: hot and cold food (boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, baked bacon, local meat and dairy products, quality bread and pastries, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh fruit juice, tea, cofee and much more). If nothing satisfies you (and I doubt it), there is a menu and you can order something else.|Dinner: every meal felt gourmet. They have exceptional chefs and each plate looked like a painting. Taste? A delight! A great experience that we plan to repeat.|For relaxation, the hotel offers a sauna, a bar and an à la carte restaurant where Austrian and international cuisine is served.|Salnerhof is a beautiful hotel! It is clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Only downside was the street noise at night. We come here for dinner every year. It’s situated towards the end of Ischgls main road. The food and wine selection is amongst the best in town, dishes are beautifully arranged and taste excellent. They serve mostly traditional Austrian cuisine, prices are at the higher end. Reservation is highly recommended in winter months. Definitely a MUST visit when you’re in Ischgl.

Salnerhof we had nice and good experience regarding Services, Staff and clean hotelroom. |Services by the reception, the welcome was good they answer or questions very well with understanding.|Regarding Staff or little Anna was example she did it good regarding customer handling.|Clean Hotel room, the room was clean and also the creative cleaners what they did with Towels. Was very nice, give some view how staff with motivation working by Salnerhof. |Breakfast and Diner was good also nice presented with passion!!!|Not forget the Applestrudel after skiing day is a good Services. ||There is one point need attention, that is the sauna. During or stay in Sauna we saw people, with clothes, dirty shoes and mobile phones. This point need serious attention, some people are very loud. Sauna rules need to be clear when you read rules in Hotel are unclear.||Further keep continue with your Team !!! ||Best Regards,|Piet.

As again, we had an excellent stay in this hotel, perfect service, excellent food and a very nice room. For sure a place to go back to.|We have only 1 minor remark and that is that it becomes time to give the wellness an upgrade. Although almost everything is working well, it was obvious that certain equipment is not getting repaired...

Close to the slopes. Rooms very nice! Make sure you close the door properly. Breakfast is also very good and we did not have time for spa sadly. But all in all very good
