I spent last weekend at Hotel Saltus, and it was exactly the relaxing escape I needed. The atmosphere is calm and serene, surrounded by nature and beautifully designed spaces that instantly make you feel at peace. The wellness area is exceptional — quiet, soothing, and perfect for disconnecting. The staff were kind and welcoming, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated to create a truly restorative stay. I left feeling refreshed and grounded. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. I can’t wait to return

I travel a lot and I’ve stayed in many hotels but this one really surprised me.The energy is good, the team is genuinely kind and the service feels natural not forced. The design is beautiful, the rooms are quiet and very comfortable. Honestly it’s a hotel where you feel good right away. I’ll be back!

What was supposed to be a peaceful stay turned into one of the most distressing travel experiences I've had. Our in-room safe wasn’t working, and staff said it would be fixed the next day. While we were out, a hotel employee entered our room and accessed the safe without our permission despite prior instructions. This is a serious breach of privacy. When we confronted staff, the situation was met with mockery and a dismissive “sorry, it happens.” Only after mentioning the police and missing items did management step in not to resolve the issue, but to downplay it. They “allowed” us to check out early, but we were still overcharged for an extra night. When we returned to ask why, they claimed it was a mistake. Be aware: they match Booking.com rates but then charge higher if you decide to leave hotel due to unauthorized staff going through your belongings. We are still waiting for the refund for the night we didn’t stay. The hotel did acknowledge what happened and offered a vague apology, but the overall response was impersonal and evasive. If you value privacy and professionalism, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Great spot for a short stay before heading into the Dolomites. The hotel has a modern, stylish decor, a good breakfast with quality options, and an amazing infinity pool with breathtaking views. Perfect for a quick recharge before starting your mountain adventures

What was meant to be a peaceful and special getaway at Hotel Saltus turned into a stressful and upsetting experience due to serious breaches of trust and professionalism.||||We noticed that our in-room safe was not working and reported it to reception. A staff member arrived, appeared visibly uneasy, and told us a concierge would attend to it the next morning. We left for a short walk soon after.||||To our shock, a member of the hotel staff accessed our room and the in-room safe without our permission or presence — despite our clear instructions and prior agreement. This was a blatant security violation. Later, when we raised our concerns, the incident was met with mockery rather than accountability.||||The next morning, we decided to leave early. The same receptionist dismissed the situation with a sarcastic “Sorry, it happens,” and refused to cancel the remaining nights. When I insisted and mentioned contacting the police, only then did the manager get involved — but rather than sincerely address the misconduct, the focus seemed to be on containing the situation.||||We later received vague, impersonal replies that did not acknowledge what happened or take meaningful responsibility. This was not a matter of “emotional distress” — this was a clear case of inappropriate access and unprofessional conduct, and the hotel’s response reflected a culture that seems to tolerate it.||||On top of everything, we were overcharged for four nights instead of the three we stayed. Although a refund was promised, I am still waiting for it.||||No apology can undo this experience. I’m sharing this to warn other travelers: if you value your privacy, safety, and peace of mind, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel.

Perhaps one of the best breakfasts ever had, in terms of service, setting, quality, and quantity. Very well thought through.|The reception area, including its service, requires attention: back to the drawing board.

It's a nice hotel with a really beautiful, modern lobby, but unfortunately some important details were not taken care of. First and foremost - the water in the infinity pool was way too cold, so it was difficult to use it, while it seemed to be the biggest asset of the hotel. Common areas like pool and sauna can be accessed also from a much cheaper hotel nearby so I would rather recommend staying in the cheaper one. Otherwise there are hotels in this price range with a much better value for money in the area.

Our stay at Hotel Saltus was amazing. One night was not enough. We chose the half board option, and both the dinner and breakfast were delicious. We arrived late and left early so we didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop pool and sauna :( The staff were friendly, especially Roberto, who was very knowledgeable about wines from the region and made us great cocktails. The new part of the hotel has incredible interior design. Also, the drive coming up here was so incredible - definitely one of the best panoramic views of the Dolomites. Highly recommend.
