Booked a last minute break and went here having not read any of the reviews. I very much have mixed reviews for this place as some things were great and others not so great. So let’s start with the positives, the hotel itself is clean, and the room we had was basic however spacious and clean. We had 2 bedrooms both with 3 beds in despite it only being 4 of us so this was great! We had a lovely balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The rooms had a decent hairdryer, soap, shampoo and the showers had great pressure. The room was clean and generally comfortable.|| The food was good, there was a good choice every night and the puddings were nice. The card system with the drinks is a bit of a pain as you have to take your glasses back to the bar to get your card back and no one actually told us about this. |The staff- some were amazing and went above and beyond, particularly the staff in the restaurant. They work really hard, one boy was so nice to my little boy, he really stood out and showed exceptional service. Some of the staff weren’t so happy and accommodating however such as the ones on the bar, the woman serving really could have been a bit friendlier and smiled once in a while. If I’m honest there were more grumpy members of staff that friendly ones but the ones that were helpful were really accommodating.| The pool was fine, clean, there was a children’s part but not so great for younger children. The main part of the pool was all very deep luckily my son is a good swimmer so this was ok. There was a play area which was fine. |The entertainment was AWFUL! The first night there was a man sat of the stage with his laptop playing music and then a load of kids dancing on the dance floor- I’m not sure if they worked there or were just people dancing. They also really didn’t cater for different guests as the music he played was German I think. ||The hotel is like a youth club. It is full of children/ teenagers with no parents?? I’m not sure why but honestly it was worrying as there was no way they were 18 and yet they were all on there own scantily dressed. They very much ruined our experience, it was like being in a youth club every night, we used to play spot the adult as there were hardly any in the whole of the hotel. And when I say youth club I’m talking hundreds of young teens everywhere in large groups. ||The location of the hotel was great, not to far from Lloret de mar centre and beach but also close to another beach which was beautiful.||Personally I wouldn’t go back, mainly because of the awful entertainment and the fact it was just a hotel for unsupervised children.
