26.10.25 We arrived late evening to the hotel. All stuff was so kind to us. They help and provide dinner. And after I came to ask for a hot water (for tea) on reception, manager Vivian so caring, she brought 2 glasses of boiled water, I was so happy, because its my tradition - to drink a tea and relax at eve. And today it was especially sweet, that she help to me, because we drive 12 hours.

Had a fantastic time with the family at hotel Samba. Great pool, lovely food and staff. Was very busy with lots of school parties and dining was manic staff finding it hard to keep up with demand for clean plates/bowls but the choice and quality of food excellent. Staff work really hard and there should be more staff on bars. Entertainment team work hard and we had fun doing aqua aerobics. Reception staff very efficient and we were helped to book a day out. Rooms basic but clean, had a couple of issues on arrival but these were sorted promptly.Great location would definitely stay here again

Where do I start! Check in was ok, but we wasn’t advised where anything was on arrival. I like most foods, and will try new things but I struggled & didn’t think it was very nice at all, and some of it was cold! They seem to bring out fresh food and put it on top of the food already there and give it a mix! Glasses, cups and cutlery were not clean & you had to search through for a clean one! One restaurant worker (Gabriella) was so rude each time we went, never smiled & rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a clean glass! My room didn’t have any drinking facilities or even a small fridge to keep water in. The room phone didn’t work. I found two large pieces of plastic in some fish, made the manager aware, he went into the kitchen with it, but didn’t come and apologies to me. Entertainment was the same everyday by the pool. There was an issue where the water went off in rooms from first thing one morning so you couldn’t shower or brush your teeth or flush the toilet, this is was until around 6pm when it came back on, but the water didn’t get warm until about 8pm! The drinking system for all inclusive is ridiculous. They also don’t sell anything alcoholic but beer at the pool bar, so you had to take a fair walk to get something different at another bar, I’m not one to moan usually, but it was one thing after another. On a positive note Robert on the bar inside was very happy to help, and always smiling! Emma on the pool bar was to very nice.

Excellence throughout staff service and hotel cleanliness.. food was above average although restaurant too overcrowded at times.. limited choice of additional snacks outside off restaurant hours for all Inclusive is only downside.. entertainment and animations and staff amazing..rooms spotless although kettle and fridge will be nice 😉 give a rating as a 3.5-4* hotel as above 3* standard..Thank you

Hotel with good location, close to a beach and the city. Rooms were alright but we got non renovated room with outdated bathroom while our friends hot much nicer, freshly renovated one (-1 star for that). On the other hand I did enjoy big outside pool and the food was great.

I stayed at this hotel with our dogs and had a pleasant experience. The best part was that they warmly welcome pets, which made traveling with my dog so much easier. The location was okay, but still convenient enough for getting around. Overall, I really appreciated how pet-friendly the place was, and I’d definitely consider staying again because of that. Thank you Samba staff!

I had an absolute blast playing bingo and ended up winning three times – all thanks to the incredible energy and vibe Miguel brought to the table! This guy knows exactly how to get the crowd hyped and make every round feel like a party. He’s fun, charismatic, and genuinely makes the whole experience unforgettable. If you’re lucky enough to have Miguel as your animator, prepare yourself for good vibes, big laughs, and epic wins. 10/10 – LEGEND.🔥🎉

Overall poor experience ||After reading the reviews i was reluctant to stay at this hotel but my husband had stayed here multiple times and said it was great. He also agreed the standards had fallen since his last visit. ||Upon arrival (10:30pm) we checked in to be told there was no bed for our 1 year old daughter but it would be sorted. We headed to the bar and waited. During this time the staff changed over. We went back to reception to be told there was no cot available and would have to wait til the following day. At this point i had an extremely overtired baby who was screaming and the man told me to put the baby in bed with me….. she has never co slept as this is unbelievably dangerous and the room had 2 single beds pushed together so she would have fallen down the gap! We then proceeded to drag the mattress on the floor to be able to get any sort of sleep but it took several hours of crying for her to settle which was completely avoidable. The following day we returned to reception to be told there was a cot all along…. I was livid. ||The hotel room itself had just been renovated and was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The hotel is half renovated with alot of noise due to the construction on the rest of the rooms. The park was often filled with dust due to them throwing buildings materials down a shoot from the 5th floor. | |The kids park is tired with lots of hazards. Chunks missing out the floor and swing and rusty steps. ||The pool itself was freezing but clean. The pool bar was shut so had to climb 3 flights of stairs to the inside bar to get a drink. Here you could wait up to 20 minutes for a drink as they serve paying customers first (we went all inclusive) the soft drinks were fine but the cocktails were not drinkable and even the staff agreed the machine they come from makes them poorly. However you could get a decent cocktail for a price. Not what you expect when you've already paid for it. ||The sunloungers are also placed on grass which was nice as there were no hot tiles. However there were alot of flies which resulted in being covered in bites. ||The dining room was like a school canteen. Literally. The hotel is full of youths (12-16 years) with very little adult supervision. They run down the corridors and make alot of noise. We also witnessed them climbing over the glass balcony into eachothers rooms. An accident waiting to happen. I felt like i was on a school trip. ||The food was always cold but they did have a microwave in the dining room. Maybe because they knew the food was cold. We even tried to time it at opening times but the food was still cold. Bananas were like gold dust. Very hard to get. Annoying as my daughter had limited food options. Most of the food was fish based and no clear labels as what each dish was. I was also stopped as i was trying to leave the dining room with my screaming daughter because i had a half eaten donut. Apparently i wasnt allowed to take this out and had to stand there with her screaming annoying other guests. In the end i left my dinner and went hungry. God forbid you are ill and wanted something bringing up to your room. ||The hotel is also pet friendly with many guests bringing dogs and cats in to stay. ||The cleaning staff were amazing. My daughter had been sick in the night and they provided extra sheets and bedding for her. They would always speak to us and make the effort to wave at our daughter which was great for her. ||We were the only English guests in the hotel. ||The location of the hotel is great with a short walk to shops and restaurants. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. ||We kept the room on for an additional 5 hours as our flight home was in the evening. The charge for this was €60 which was insane. ||There was no evening entertainment. Except for an hour of poor karaoke. We ended up going out alot. ||Overall I would return to lloret but avoid this hotel.

Yelp
How do you give zero stars? The hotel is falling apart. The food is inedible. The town is shut down in winter and looks like a depressing southern us ghost town. The elevators bounce and are scary and not nearly enough for how many people that are there when they book multiple youth sport events combined with masses of old people tours. The rooms are worse than a run down college dorm and the pillows were cast in concrete. Showering ability is questionable and we wouldn't walk the floors without something on our feet. Unless your really want to play a youth sports tournament in this town and it's a required stay and play....its a must avoid at all cost.

Yelp
This hotel is absolutely dog crap . Worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. I would rather starve then eat the food that they served. The showers barely worked and I would never stay there ever again under and circumstance. I could hear every movement through the paper thin walls. NEVER STAY HERE!

Yelp
Staff is extremely too rude for it to coin itself as an international hotel. The elevators only hold 2 adults with one piece of luggage each; its very small. The entire rooms power is managed by the door card; so u must leave it in the slot to watch tv. Ice costs 50 euro for three cubes of ice. The hotel advertised a refrigerator in the room, however there was none. The hotel is at the top of a hill so be prepared to walk uphill after being down in the shopping and beach area. Very tiring... Cons: -Rude staff -WiFi is only free in the lobby -Small elevators -Not much seating in the lobby -Linen was dirty with multiple people hair -Television has only 7 channels -No hotel information book in room so I couldn't call the front desk from the room since no directory was available -No local maps available at front desk -You must wear a long wrist band to show you're a paid guest at the hotel when on the property -The breakfast is definitely continental -José the bartender is Super rude!!! Pros: -Shower water was hot -Nice view of the sea ...I began this comment to offer my two cents in hopes that you'd appreciate the opportunity to build your brand's future WOW factor and improve guest perception, but not it just seems hopeless.

Yelp
For a hotel with a nice view this should be one of your first choices for a hotel in Lloret De Mar currently on my first day and the surrounding area is full of cultural shops and various types of businesses.

Yelp
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I truly believe Prison has better accommodations. The food was mediocre...the rooms awful. They are loud, small, make you pay for wifi (who does that anymore?) and the customer service doesn't care about your complaints. I tried to complain about the large groups and screaming teenagers but the front desk said they can't do anything about it. Cheap it might be but you get what you pay for...

Yelp
I stayed a week all-inclusive at the Samba for the very cheap price of £170. The site is picturesque, with s nice pool complete with palm trees and a pool bar. The hotel is clean and very easy to get around with the receptionists being multi-lingual. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the town centre in Lloret, however the walk back up the hill to the hotel can be punishing after a long day. As well as the pool bar, there is a bar which hosts entertainment in the evenings, an 'authentic' British pub which was dull and dreary, the restaurant, a shop, an arcade area and an internet cafe. The food isn't great, they try to cater from Catalans, French and British people which makes the meals a bizarre concoction of the three with the odd Chinese dish thrown in. It did seem that if either lunch or breakfast were exceptionally nice then dinner would be woeful and vice versa, there were some rather nice options throughout the week. The drinks included are all house spirits (which they consider a single measure as half a glass - not bad really) with their versions Malibu, Bacardi, Blue Curaçao among the usual vodka, whisky and brandy. They also have white, red and rose wines and one draft lager available which was far from popular. They also have a range of soft drinks including 7up, Pepsi, Kas in addition to various teas and coffees. The rooms were of a good standard with comfortable beds, a TV which shows an English news channel, all the Spanish, French and English football and other major sporting events. The bathroom was clean and not like the dingy ones that some hotels pass off. The balconies all overlook either the pool or the town itself, and the hills in the background. The Samba seems to be a cheap and cheerful option for staying in the area but a good one overall.
