I had an absolute blast playing bingo and ended up winning three times – all thanks to the incredible energy and vibe Miguel brought to the table! This guy knows exactly how to get the crowd hyped and make every round feel like a party. He’s fun, charismatic, and genuinely makes the whole experience unforgettable. If you’re lucky enough to have Miguel as your animator, prepare yourself for good vibes, big laughs, and epic wins. 10/10 – LEGEND.🔥🎉

The reception staff are absolutely amazing – super helpful, friendly, and professional. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed and made everything smooth and easy. A special thank you to Souhalia – she was especially kind, efficient, and welcoming. She truly made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Hotel Samba during a basketball tournament with 20 boys at the age of 14, during Easter. The hotel is well located, 5 min walk to the shops in town and 5 min walk to the more comfortable beach Playa de Fenals. This is a good hotel to bring kids to, or smaller youth groups - big garden and good pool. The rooms are modest and very clean. The boys loved the food at the hotel, plenty of it and good variety for hungry boys. The staff at the hotel was extremely nice, especially Agnes in the restaurant and Maria in the reception who helped us on a number of occasions with all kinds of requests. Thanks for everything.

We really liked animations at the hotel. The staff was really nice. Thanks for great fun that we had with you Miguel and also a lot of thanks to other animators that planned great games for us

I recently stayed at Hotel Samba in Lloret de Mar and had a really pleasant experience. The location is great — just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. The food at the hotel restaurant was decent, with enough variety for a few days’ stay. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to relax and enjoy the Costa Brava. I would stay here again.

Great for Muslim Travelers! Samba Hotel in Lloret de Mar was a great choice! The buffet had tasty food with clearly labeled halal options, which made things so easy. It’s a comfortable and welcoming place for Muslim guests who eat halal. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Hotel Samba for a kids’ football tournament, and while the central location was convenient, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms were extremely dated—it’s as if the hotel has been stuck in the 80s with no visible upgrades or modern touches. Maintenance was subpar at best, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.||||The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. We could hear conversations, showers, and other noises from the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep.||||It’s a shame because the location has potential. Hopefully, the management considers a full renovation before it’s too late.

Beautiful hotel on the sea front. Extremely friendly staff and there was entertainment every evening and also in the afternoons. One girl in particular stood out by making us feel welcome as we were the only English in a clearly Spanish hotel. Her name is Judith and a credit to the hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional and I have no complaints. I came with my daughter for a well earned break and we will most definitely return later this year. Thank you to everyone concerned. It was the hotel Surf-Mar

Yelp
How do you give zero stars? The hotel is falling apart. The food is inedible. The town is shut down in winter and looks like a depressing southern us ghost town. The elevators bounce and are scary and not nearly enough for how many people that are there when they book multiple youth sport events combined with masses of old people tours. The rooms are worse than a run down college dorm and the pillows were cast in concrete. Showering ability is questionable and we wouldn't walk the floors without something on our feet. Unless your really want to play a youth sports tournament in this town and it's a required stay and play....its a must avoid at all cost.

Yelp
This hotel is absolutely dog crap . Worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. I would rather starve then eat the food that they served. The showers barely worked and I would never stay there ever again under and circumstance. I could hear every movement through the paper thin walls. NEVER STAY HERE!

Yelp
Staff is extremely too rude for it to coin itself as an international hotel. The elevators only hold 2 adults with one piece of luggage each; its very small. The entire rooms power is managed by the door card; so u must leave it in the slot to watch tv. Ice costs 50 euro for three cubes of ice. The hotel advertised a refrigerator in the room, however there was none. The hotel is at the top of a hill so be prepared to walk uphill after being down in the shopping and beach area. Very tiring... Cons: -Rude staff -WiFi is only free in the lobby -Small elevators -Not much seating in the lobby -Linen was dirty with multiple people hair -Television has only 7 channels -No hotel information book in room so I couldn't call the front desk from the room since no directory was available -No local maps available at front desk -You must wear a long wrist band to show you're a paid guest at the hotel when on the property -The breakfast is definitely continental -José the bartender is Super rude!!! Pros: -Shower water was hot -Nice view of the sea ...I began this comment to offer my two cents in hopes that you'd appreciate the opportunity to build your brand's future WOW factor and improve guest perception, but not it just seems hopeless.

Yelp
For a hotel with a nice view this should be one of your first choices for a hotel in Lloret De Mar currently on my first day and the surrounding area is full of cultural shops and various types of businesses.

Yelp
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I truly believe Prison has better accommodations. The food was mediocre...the rooms awful. They are loud, small, make you pay for wifi (who does that anymore?) and the customer service doesn't care about your complaints. I tried to complain about the large groups and screaming teenagers but the front desk said they can't do anything about it. Cheap it might be but you get what you pay for...

Yelp
I stayed a week all-inclusive at the Samba for the very cheap price of £170. The site is picturesque, with s nice pool complete with palm trees and a pool bar. The hotel is clean and very easy to get around with the receptionists being multi-lingual. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the town centre in Lloret, however the walk back up the hill to the hotel can be punishing after a long day. As well as the pool bar, there is a bar which hosts entertainment in the evenings, an 'authentic' British pub which was dull and dreary, the restaurant, a shop, an arcade area and an internet cafe. The food isn't great, they try to cater from Catalans, French and British people which makes the meals a bizarre concoction of the three with the odd Chinese dish thrown in. It did seem that if either lunch or breakfast were exceptionally nice then dinner would be woeful and vice versa, there were some rather nice options throughout the week. The drinks included are all house spirits (which they consider a single measure as half a glass - not bad really) with their versions Malibu, Bacardi, Blue Curaçao among the usual vodka, whisky and brandy. They also have white, red and rose wines and one draft lager available which was far from popular. They also have a range of soft drinks including 7up, Pepsi, Kas in addition to various teas and coffees. The rooms were of a good standard with comfortable beds, a TV which shows an English news channel, all the Spanish, French and English football and other major sporting events. The bathroom was clean and not like the dingy ones that some hotels pass off. The balconies all overlook either the pool or the town itself, and the hills in the background. The Samba seems to be a cheap and cheerful option for staying in the area but a good one overall.
