What a beautiful place! We just spent a lovely two days here. Scenery and grounds are absolutely beautiful. Our room was very comfortable, and we loved having our own little courtyard. Food was delicious, lots of choice, and the staff were all very helpful, polite, and patient with our limited Spanish.

This place is lovely. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool and private beach are pretty and full of birds. It’s very tranquil and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good also. They send you a lot of helpful information on WhatsApp when you check in, including numbers to summon tuk tuk drivers etc. The bar was not very lively or open late when we came, but the front desk attendant would still fetch us some beers if we wanted after hours.

Rooms clean, great breakfasts. Rey quiet and relaxing. Easy to get a Tuk-Tuk just by walking up to the top of the long driveway. There seems to be one available as they drop people off at other hotels or the nearby natural reserve/park and drive back up the road. ||All staff helpful and polite. I’d recommend the suites for the spaciousness and views. Somewhat rustic compared to a modern hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were all very clean with daily service.

Absolutely beautiful property just a short tuktuk ride away from the hustle of downtown Panajachel. Rooms and amenities are nice and simple, Jacuzzi and sauna cost extra. Would be nice if there were food and drinks options past midmorning but otherwise great stay. Definitely visit the nature reserve next door and watch for Scarlett macaws in the neighboring trees. Pool and sunset are gorgeous too. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The location of the hotel is very good, you are not in the very center of Pana, but no more than 5 min by tuk tuk. The service is very good and the two floor rooms are very comfortable to enjoy a whole day without going out (they have kitchen, refrigerator, microwave). It has beautiful gardens, very well kept. The pool is warm. And it has a very nice beach and lake view. You can also walk to the nature reserve from the hotel. We used the kayak service at 8:00 in the morning (you have to make a reservation) and the views were incredible.

Quite easily and without hesitation; the best place to stay in all of Atitlan. And it’s simple: far enough away from Panajachel to feel like you are anywhere else along the lake yet you are just a 5minute ride on a Tuktuk from a harbor, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with luscious grounds thought out architecture (very unique) a nice beach overlooking two of the Atitlan volcanoes, a heated pool (it isn’t warm but is definitely not cold), we were very pleasantly pleased with the choice. Things to note: the single rooms (the ones with just two beds) are small and plain though they all hace a shared terrace. The next step up are rooms with two floors; If you can, you should. These rooms have a balcony terrace, fireplace, BBQ grill, living room high rounded ceilings, the whole bit. And in rooms 3 and 5 you can overlook the lake through the reception building. If you can avoid even numbered rooms as they face towards the gardens. The larger family apartments look amazing. Things to note: This place serves breakfast but unless you book lunch in advance that’s it. The bar closes at 3 and there is no dinner services. They advice you to go to next door hotels, order uber eats or cook 😅 And about Panajachel and Atitlan in general: from our experience this lake is about finding a nice place to stay and staying there for most of your visit. There is very little to see and do even in Panajachel the biggest town. Finally a thing to say about Don Armando, at the front desk. Absolutely great individual who will help you with everything you need and offer hospitality at a level like we haven’t seen anywhere else in Guatemala.

I stayed alone at this hotel for 2 nights and had a great experience. The hotel is a bit outside of Pana but an easy walk during the day or $2 tuktuk any other time, the desk can help set you up w a driver (they set me up w a great driver who I contacted my whole trip on Whatsapp). The rooms are fairly basic but with a nice hot shower with updated tile. Each room has a nice garden patio which was lovely--I got a massage out there (arranged through the hotel) and it was fabulous. The pool, beach, and garden are stunning and make for a really relaxing stay. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but it was good and served in the lovely garden. I loved the little beach and I also checked out the beautiful nature reserve just right up the road. I did not enjoy the hot tub or sauna due to the additional price but would be fun w a group or a friend. Armando at the front desk was a standout employee--give that man a raise. Overall, if you have visited the lake before like myself and you are looking for a more relaxing, natural experience that is close enough to town to go get a meal, then I highly recommend this place!
