"Our stay at the hotel in the mountains was nothing short of magical. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by majestic peaks and lush forests. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with cozy rooms and breathtaking views from every angle. We enjoyed delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, as well as breakfast buffet. The highlight of this hotel is public sport complex across the street with different kinds of saunas, pools etc.

Enjoyed are short stay! Room was dusty abit more with the duster would go along way to get those rooms up to 5 star. The service was good but the male staff aren't very pleasant in the restaurant.

I highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I did not ski during our time here, only had 2 days, but our stay was great. The front desk staff- especially the male who spends some time in Florida (I wish I would have asked for his name) was SO friendly, kind, and helpful. He had great tips on places to eat, showed us to our room, and pointed out key things on the map. The room was clean, good beds, and our view was beautiful. The extra bonus of free access to Ovaverra was awesome. We enjoyed our time in the hot tub after a cold day outside. We had breakfast included in our stay and WOW, I highly recommend. There were so many options in the buffet but also even more that they can make you. Also, get the cappuccino :) We would stay here again for sure!

Very helpful staff. They upgraded our room after hearing about our special occasion. The room was deluxe standard and superb with a wonderful view over the mountains. A bonus is that this hotel provides a free local transport card including funicular and chairlifts. I don't think all hotels do so. This saves a lot of money as well as being very convenient in skipping queues. It also allows you free entry to the wonderful spa and pool complex, only 2 mins walk away, as well as their own in house spa. Bus stop is a very short walk. Main train station a pleasant 20 min walk along the beautiful lake. To be honest the centre of st Moritz is uninspiring and for me is only good for high end shopping. So it was nice being on the more pleasant part of st Moritz. Hotel is a 2 min walk to a cable car and a 15 min bus ride to muottas muragl funicular (stop at Punt Muragle).

The waitstaff has a very rude and uncomfortable bad attitude. She took money actively from the customer’s hand !!! never seen such exaggerated rude foreign migrant worker. -/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/ If the hotel Owner cannot hire more normal employees, please don’t receive too many customers to avoid poor service! and it must have a moral conscience to make money.

The location is convenient because St. Moritz is so small and you can easily traverse the city on a series of frequent buses (e.g.1 or 6). There is a full gym next door, with dumbells up to 44kg so and enough equipment to work any bodypart thoroughly. The pools in this fitness center are popular, particularly on certain nights (wink, wink). Taxis arrive in less than 3 minutes. The manager is extremely well-versed on even the remotest detail about the area and is willing to give you a thorough introduction upon checking in. I didn't try the restaurant so no opinion. If a traveler is seeking a place whereby they can hit the slopes and maintain a workout schedule this might be an ideal place. They give you a ski pass at 47CHF per day, which includes all transportation in the area, eg. buses and ski lifts. The gym access is included. More cool things to discover upon visiting. |

Stayed for one night, highly recommend this hotel. We have not used pools, spas etc., can't comment, but the main facilities are great value for money - rooms are big enough, cozy and quiet, bathrooms are modern and comfortable. Special thanks for the beds. Decent breakfast with plenty of options in a nice dining area. And a very friendly personel, our accommodation was arranged on a very short notice. All the best!

Hotel||Wow what can I say other than this hotel was amazing! I normally try to budget hotels when we travel, but in Switzerland everything is exspensive. We decided to stay at Hotel San Gian which we didn’t know much about other than it was a 4 star hotel, had access to a pool and fitness room and allowed our 80 lb dog to stay. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that with our stay, we received gondola passes for all days there and pool/spa/fitness passes for all days as well. The pools (4 of them) and spa are absolutely magnificent and cost millions to build. A pure treat! I learned from the staff at the pool that only about 3 hotels in that area include this. Our stay was made warm by Paul who works the front desk. He was so friendly and helpful. We also loved the restaurant staff such as Nanja and Mirko. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we ever go back to that area. For the food quality of our breakfast, pool/spa passes, gondola passes, and hospitality, the price was well worth our stay.
