Hotel San Gian

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and truly appreciate the outstanding service provided. The professionalism of the staff was exceptional. A special thank you to Paul at reception, who made every interaction pleasant and smooth. I was also amazed by the housekeeping team Manuela and Sandra who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and met all my requests. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to future guests for its excellent service, friendly staff, and attention to detail.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel San Gian in St. Moritz, Switzerland, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect mix of comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very well maintained, with cozy beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the ski lifts and local attractions, which made exploring the area so easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, and their service truly made the stay memorable. The wellness facilities and spa were a highlight, offering the perfect relaxation after a day outdoors. The restaurant served delicious meals with both local and international options, and the breakfast spread was outstanding. Overall, Hotel San Gian delivers everything you’d expect from a stay in St. Moritz—luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Switzerland!

Very good and comfortable hotel. Paul at reception is really nice and has excellent recommendations on things to do and where to go in the area. The hotel gives you a transport card that covers all cable cars and public transport in the area and that saved us a lot of money. The hotel is located close to the lake but further than st Moritz village itself. Perfect location away from the noise but close enough by public transport.

Very nice hotel! The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk from the bus station. The room is clean, comfortable, and has a warm atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Nice quite hotel just out of town, but within walking distance of centre of St Moritz. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Free passes for chair lifts, funicular trains and public transport was really appreciated and saved us money. Food was good. A good breakfast selection with freshly cooked items available if required.

The room I had was excellent, with vastly more storage space than I needed for a single night. I didn't take advantage of the made to order breakfast food, but the self-serve selection was excellent and delicious. The location is slightly awkward from the bus stop, but it's a short walk to the denser part of town. The free transfer to the train station was a big help.

We had a lovely stay at hotel San Gian. We received a warm welcome and the receptionist Paul was extremely pleasant and incredibly helpful. The hotel is very comfortable and clean and a short walk away from lake St Moritz. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant where we had dinner.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful views. Staff is very helpful with smiling faces and ready to serve. Chiara at the reception took care of our luggage when we were out for local sightseeing after checking out. Also the other staff members were very hospitable. A nice cozy gem this resort is, with excellent spa, sauna and steam bath etc like facilities. Recommended. Thanks
