Located at the last exit of South highway 85. Not far from food, 10 minutes to downtown San Jose. I paid $85 a night. Hotel has a pool and hot tub and it does have water in the pool and hot tub! Clean room, with HBO, lots of parking.

This hotel was a nightmare. The only thing nice about it was the lobby. We checked into our room and you can just see how old and dated it is. Within a few minutes of my toddler taking off her shoes, she ended up bleeding on the bottom of her big toe. We couldn't figure out what she had stepped on. We asked if we could switch our rooms and they were able to accommodate. However, the second room wasn't any better... Our second room smelled like mold and you can clearly see mold in the room. Even though we had the ac set to 60° it was stilly muggy and humid and had a smell. They literally had both beds on plastic and wood (see pictures). There was so must first and grime. The staff when addressing my concern was not customer friendly. There was nothing Alandra could do for me apparently. She was literally ust a body at the front desk and kept saying you are going to have to wait for the monday supervisor Anna on Monday. I ended up checking out that same day and making the hour and a half drive back home. If someone could contact me I would greatly appreciate it. I will however be contacting Anna the supervisor and hers as well. Please see all the following pictures.

We have visit this hotel for many years at Thanksgiving to spend time with my in-laws. This place has gone down hill especially after Covid with no upgrades . All the reviews are true about this place. If you want a cheap dive with a bed and shower this is the place, but this last time this place charge us 75.00 dollars for getting the wash clothes dirty. I used to use the jacuzzi during my time but that was broken and they say it is only seasonable. All the equipment in the training room was unplugged and not working. Lots of lies and drama as well. This place used to be nice with the restaurant open as well. Oh well .

Disgusting. Room was riddled with roaches and other bugs. (No bed bugs fortunately). Our toilet didn't flush upon check in at all. Notified the front desk and nothing happened. Checked it out myself and luckily it was a simple fix so I took care of it. The hotel is extremely worn out, carpet torn, stains on the drapes, etc. Just gross. To top it off, our room door didn't lock from the outside.... Seriously???

AVoid at all costs. I booked three rooms, and all three rooms had roaches. the floor in my room where the sink was located was dirty and looked like it had not been swept. The coffe maker was dirty, so I did not use. Overall it was just crappy, dirty, and dinghy.

I arrived on Saturday morning at 6 am and I was initially told the room would be 150.00 and right the front desk charged my card, he said he needed an additional 50$ for early check in and a 200$ deposit. I said that was fine. Although the hotel is old and ran down. I also asked for a late checkout and I was told that was fine. I was gone by 11:45 the following morning and today instead of getting the 200$ deposit back, like I was told, I have an additional 200$ charge. So now there is a 400.00 charge from the room, 200 for the room, 200, for the deposit. And an additional 200$ charge for I have no idea what, for a total of 600.00$$$$ for one nights stay at this old ran down hotel. I've tried contacting them and I keep getting told they are busy and will get back to me. I called customer care through corporate and they said this hotel is independently owned and they can reach out to management and that's it. I took a video of the room before I left to prove I left it in great condition, and did nothing wrong. When I left I handed in the key cards and was never told I would have an additional charge. This is crazy. I'm going through the Better Business Bureau now.

Me and my husband checked in a couple days ago for a 2 night stay. we recently moved out of our apartment and needed a place to stay until our new apartment was ready for us. Unfortunately we arrived at the front desk completely unprepared due to our bank declining the use of our card. the front desk lady was extremely patient with us even though it took me and my hubby almost an hour to call and figure out why our bank was doing this. She was kind and very professional, I did not get her name but she was a sweet Asian lady maybe in her late 30s! All these negative reviews proved to be completely irrelevant to us, our room was beautiful, Clean, comfy, and reminded me of home. thank you Wyndham, y'all are awesome.

Booked a stay here based on the Wyndham name and past experiences at Wyndham hotels. This Wyndham is definitely nothing like any other I have stayed at and is not anywhere close to being worthy of the Wyndham brand. The property is in need of urgent need of updating and repair. The common areas smell musty and stale. The hallways and parking lots smell of marijuana. The bathrooms had broken fixtures, soiled and damaged wallpaper and the caulking at the base of the tub was moldy and looked like it was done by a 3 year old. After complaining and give another room - the second room wasn't much better. On the positive side the bed was comfortable and the staff was (mostly) friendly and willing to please.

Honestly, I would avoid this place at all costs. I just got home from a miserable night at this place not only was the room absolutely filthy but that's not the worst of it. There were people in the pool at 11:30 at night with children screaming the windows don't open enough to provide any breeze and the air conditioner was actually cracked so that when you used it, it rattled like the dickens so there would be no way to sleep with that on, the bed was reasonably comfortable giving out a positive and the coffee was surprisingly good. I have never tried Wolfgang puck coffee before and I was pleasantly surprised and it's a good thing that the coffee was good because we had asked for a late check out (since we were up late.) we had called at 8 AM and were granted a noon checkout time at 9 AM housekeeping banged on the door. We yelled at them at 10 o'clock housekeeping banged on the door. We all of them at 11:30 housekeeping banged on the door I can't even believe this happened at that point I got up and I called the front desk and I said would you please tell housekeeping to leave us alone until after noon? So we got no sleep. Apparently there's zero communication between the front desk and housekeeping, and between housekeeping in housekeeping and looking at the terrible job they do cleaning I think they probably need a shake up in the staff there a new manager at the very least. One star I think is pretty generous.

If possible I would leave a 0 star review. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The room aren't as advertised the pool is run down and missing drain caps. Jacuzzi is cold no water pressure in shower it basically just drips water. Very dirty unhelpful staff. Hotel manager actually requested I complain to wyndham since they have nothing they can do and no money for repairs a disgrace to wyndham properties. Can't trust the brand anymore. This place is a dirty pigsty. I checked in for a 3 day stay. The halls are dirty and look run down. Trim is missing from the edges of the walls. The doors of the rooms are all scratched and need paint. When I got to my room it seemed to be fairly clean, until I went into the bathroom and there was all types of hair on the floor... And they were not mine. I find that very gross. The rooms are spacious. My window's shade was broken. I told the male front desk clerk about the bathroom and window shade and the clerk did not offer to do anything... I was thinking he would offer to send housekeeping up to clean out the hair. I thought wrong. Surprisingly the linens were clean. I chose this hotel for the location and the gym. I went to the gym when I woke up. The gym has a strange layout. The treadmills are facing mirrors and the individual equipment is facing the wall with the TV it should be the other way around. The thing that I found the most disturbing is just touching the machines you could feel how dirty they were. Granted the pandemic is over, things still need to be clean as precautionary measures and basic hygiene. There were no wipes or rags to wipe down the machines after using them. One of the treadmills made a really bad noise I thought it was going to break down while I was using it. The other treadmill looks like it should be unplugged and put in storage because it looks like an electrical hazard. This hotel is a disappointment. I went to the hotel front desk agent to see if I would be penalized for checking out early. I was looking for another room somewhere else with better amenities. I was told my reservation was only for one day. I called hotels.com to verify this and they attempted to call the front desk but nobody would answer. I made contact with a female front desk agent and she informed me my reservation was for only one day and I was supposed to have checked out by 11. This is at 2:30 in the afternoon. I showed her my reservation confirmation and she told me there is nothing she could do for me. There was no way she could modify the reservation. I found it hard to believe. I told her I was going to go get something to eat and then come back and check out. The management.. The manager is never on the property. Everybody has to call the manager. I don't know how you can run a facility like that. That place needs to be blown up and started from scratch. The restaurant is not open. It's been closed for a long knows??? When I used to live here we would go there for dinner and dancing. That was the only positive to this facility. I will never come back

Two clogged toilets in three different rooms in one day. We got moved to a different one, and it seems their plumbing is just horrible. No coffee in the lobby, not even takeaway muffins/fruit. Unprofessional staff who are dumbfounded when you ask questions, and look around like they don't know what to do when you need help. They are also not responsible, or make decisions for themselves--I called the front desk to ask for a late checkout the next morning and the women handed me to another employee who, instead of offering to leave a note, or update the system, told me that I needed to call the morning crew because it was up to them. She also said if we didn't check out by 11 am, they were charging me $25. Asked the morning crew, and he said that he would have to call someone else. I just want someone to say, "Yes, we'll extend your checkout to noon." or, "No, we don't do that. Sorry, ma'am." This hotel is serious lack of responsible managers/hotel professionals. Very dirty environment, and hotel rooms aren't clean. There are no exits with extremely long hallways, and we got stuck at the very end of one. Zero USB ports for charging--one on the TV that's broken. This is a business hotel with no USB ports anywhere. Everything is old and needs updating or repair. Too old for the room rates in my opinion. For the price we pay I'd expect to not have to deal with rusted drains, no modern conveniences like charging ports, etc. I've had better stays at Motel 6.

If I could give this hotel no stars I would..... stains all over our sheets and comforters that had POOP STAINS on them . Absolutely disgusting when we reported to staff they said they're too busy to come clean so they'll give us some more and we can do it ourselves and then the comforters when we held them up to the lights were black all over and we complained again and they gave us more that were exactly the same . After the third time complaining a I finally got clean stuff but had to put them all on myself . They also advertise a restaurant and bar menus and don't advertise that they're closed so when you walk over there to eat and go to bar the doors are just locked no explanation at all .

This is an awful, unsanitary, run down, despicable front desk service place. Please do not stay here, no matter how cheap it is. We stayed as a family because my daughter had a soccer tournament. Many other families were there for sports tournaments as well. The hotel looks nice from the outside. It is a different story on the inside. There was a constant line of families complaining about poor cleanliness in their rooms. We had to change rooms twice. Once because it smelled so bad of sweat, mold and smoke. The second time because there were brown stains on the chairs, carpet and bed spread. Because of desperation due to needing a place to crash, we slept with our clothes on. The families who were there were all in the same position. Complaining about basic needs and services lacking such as no towels, windows not closing, smells and stains, garbage not dumped from prior guest. This hotels is beyond gross. The lights in the hallways are dim. there are stains on the doors and walls. The front desk staff is awful and doesn't care to address your needs.

This is the review I left with bookings.com I believe itll tell you exactly what you need in order to weigh your options. Personally, hotels are extremely difficult for me to dislike or even go out of my way to review negatively because I dont ask the front desk for anything besides an easy check in and a painless check out. It truly pains me to say the cause of my headaches and grievances come from the judge, jury and executioner Ana. Simply because even after everything, it is not in my spirit to speak negatively about anyone. She made it easy to write out this review though so If you absolutely need to stay here, please reconsider. If you reconsidered or it just isnt possible to, just know one thing. Ana will keep your security deposit, she will not refund your stay and if you get denied at the front even after you had already booked, she will keep your money. Make sure you stay out of her way, better yet just stay out of her sight and keep it on a need to see basis. This hotel fouled me is so many ways I could almost go as far as saying it traumatized me enough to make sure I check the reviews before booking any hotel in the future.

There is a very strong chemical smell right when you enter the lobby. It's as if they're disguising something like mold or some sort of a healthcode violation. The smell just follows you all the way into the room. I had to crack open the old dirty window but that didn't help one bit. The chemical fumes were like paint fumes started to make me feel dizzy. Luckily my husband told me to complain and ask for our $100 deposit back and they did refund that after a short 20 mins stay. I just couldn't take the chemical smell. I can confirm once we arrived and saw for ourselves that all of these negative one star responses are facts! Also..their TV kept glitching, and there was no remote. I drove seven long hours looking forward to a nice, clean, proper hotel as presented on the Expedia website but once we arrived it was absolutely a huge letdown. Immediately after cancelling I ran the f out of that hotel with pleasure, relief and fresh breathable air! We ended up booking directly with a nearby Best Western Plus Airport Plaza San Jose (Thank God!) And that Best Western stay saved my sanity and saved our trip experience. Best Western Plus Airport Plaza on The Alameda is a proper hotel! Worth every penny! ***CONSUMER WARNING*** I tired to get our refund from Expedia.com- the website that recommended this hotel. Expedia never showed us the Yelp reviews or shared the many, MANY customer complaints otherwise we would have never booked and or cancelled right away. Expedia is a SCAM! DON'T TRUST EXPEDIA! Avoid these middle men at all costs! No amount of "discount or deal" is worth risking not only your booking money but also your health being forced to settle for a rundown hotel such as this. Expedia is so misleading because they only show the hotel's promo ad so, you're dependent on what Expedia presents. *Better to book direct with the hotel and check out Yelp for honest reviews.* I'm so disappointed that Expedia doesn't vet their hotels they recommended. What's worse is they made it seem like you're getting a good deal at a nice hotel and if you cancel or ask for a refund (only a 24 hr window) you feel like you're losing a "a good Expedia deal" but reality is, they want to steal your hard earned money and leave you stuck in a hotel that's a health hazard which is why it's so cheap! There is NO "good deal"! You pay cheap prices coz it's a rundown hotel in disguise! Otherwise Expedia would have a more transparent refund policy and offer links to real Yelp reviews of these hotels they promote and recommend. What is up with the trickery Expedia?

Out of date, little effort put into cleaning and repair, unenthusiastic and unapologetic staff. Bug droppings Holes in walls Spider webs in room Rooms in disrepair Quick wipe down of the room and I could fill the cloths with dirt and dust. Big droppings found clumped up on blinds. Holes in walls and everything falling apart. Would not recommend unless you are looking for better rates for the night. I was at the front check out waiting behind a group of guests with complaints. I myself was asking where the breakfast would be since it is advertised and posted. I was told they do not have breakfast and recommended another inn down the road. I did notice that another guests asked for a late check out and he was told by the young lady up front his check out time would now be 1pm. I called back up to the front and asked for a late check out the same young lady told me the hotel does not offer late check outs. I brought up the fact that I heard her give it to another guests and she then told me the best she could do would be an extra 30 minutes.

I only suggest this location if you REALLY need to stay in this area, like I did. I had to work from 5pm thru 4 am and didn't want to risk driving to my usual hotel in Campbell. The rooms are somewhat clean, but decor, common areas, and amenities are very lacking. The front desk staff was OK, but when I tried to call to extend my check out from 11am to Noon at 8am, no one picked up my call using my room phone or via cell phone to their public number. This hotel is essentially grossly neglected and over due for a major remodel. The hard working staff to keep rooms adequately clean are the only reason I give it two stars.

ALWAYS READ REVIEWS!!! That was my mistake before booking this hell hole! I had to cancel my say due to my father being in critical medical conditions the same day I did my booking. Kathy, front desk, told me to speak with Ana the next morning between 7am-10am. And in her own words, Kathy told me to call at 8am because Ana is ALWAYS LATE. Next day, the compassionless ANA P. (Supervisor) yelled at me when I did not understand what she was explaining to me why I could not get a refund. I explained my family situation as the illness is spreading through out my family and that my father is hospitalized. Ana explained she could not give me a refund as the hotel did not have my billing information. And she told me to contact hotels.com, in which they needed the okay from her, and she said no to them! Ana then gave me her General Manager's number to contact her for help as there was nothing she was willing to do. Danielle the GM said she would see what she can do as I waited over two hours in hold with a rep from Hotels.com. Danielle still did not return my messages. No alternatives were offered, not hotel credit for another nights stay, NOTHING. Just being yelled at while my time of being under stress. Compassionless, mean, selfish, staff!

This hotel has seen better days. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping took care of the missing lightbulb and explaining the heat/cool system very quickly and efficiently. HOWEVER, the whole property feels somewhat rundown and was not terribly clean. I would probably not stay here again.

I really appreciated Ram, the front desk check-in person! He was amazing! Priceline was terrible to deal with.. failed to tell me my Discover Card was not accepted there as deposit for the night...it could have been crazy if my daughter had not been with me to use her Visa! Ram was very patient for this 80yr old lady late that evening & I do appreciate that! Hotel was comfy enough! Ana was very nice in the am, too!

We arrived in to the hotel the same time a large group coming off a bus. Went to check in and was told the room we paid extra for was given away. We were told by the female desk person if we wanted the room we needed to have been there earlier in the evening if we wanted the room we reserved. Because a bigger group came In earlier they had to give our room to them because they had more priority. They could not accommodate us with our prepaid suite room we reserved weeks ago. They gave us an ULTIMATUM THAT WE take what they give us or cancel our reservations. (Giovanni's exact words) I TOLD THEM ITS UNACCEPTABLE SINCE WE ALREADY MADE PRIOR RESERVATIONS. They didn't care and couldn't help us get the type of room we paid extra for. They literally gave away a room we paid for. The room you gave us really sucks too. We had to take whatever because it was "later in the evening". And since the girl mentioned that because it was "already late" we couldn't be accommodated. This is our second trip here and we drove over 6 hrs to get here and you're saying we needed to be here sooner to get the room we reserved? This whole conversation with the two of you is so bullshit. We deserve to have our stay here comped for our inconvenience and for your argumentative responses. People.... Don't stay at this hotel. Parking is bad if the hotel is full. You end up parking in the backside of the hotel. This is an old hotel and they don't even offer water in the lobby. There are way nicer (Marriott) hotels closer in San Jose that we will stay at next time for our planned trips.

Up in San Jose for my sons graduation... I stayed here (Room 251) for 2 nights... June 5th & 6th 2021... The first night we arrived late and went straight to sleep... The 2nd night My 10 year old daughter and I moved the sitting chair to plug in our phone chargers and found this wonderful gift!!! Now had it been stuffed behind the bed or under the bed, maybe I wouldn't be so irritated about this but the fact that it was very much not hidden and just behind the sitting chair... I'm a little upset. 1. That's just nasty. And 2... Not something I really want my 10 year old daughter to see!!! Housekeeping really needs to step it up! I went down to the front desk immediately and notified the desk after being told the manager and housekeeping manager were not here.... "Omg! That's disgusting"!! She said. I told her we were headed out to coffee and would be back in an hour if someone would please get it out of the room. Came back and yep! It's still there ....

!!!!!!!!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!! Zero stars! From the minute we checked in it was a nightmare. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana. There was poop on our toilet seat, blood on our sheets, a tile in the bathroom was loose, toilet seat was loose, no lights in the bathroom worked, tv didn't work. We found tampons, a panty liner and a blunt in the bathroom drawer along with hair shavings from god knows where. We felt very unsafe the whole entire time. We asked for additional sheets for the pull our couch multiple times and nobody brought it I had to go down and get them. The front desk would hang up on you when you call them. Also, in the pool area there was a water container filled with what looked like urine filled with needles and syringes. Do not stay here!!!! Also there is a mental health facility next door which I believe patients wonder to the hotel after discharge.

I will not return to this hotel. Before I write this review I searched and found issues that other guests posted 2 - 3 weeks ago. I have the same issues, especially the wire fire is too weak. Spoke to the front desk and they said they are changing the wire fire systems and will improve and complete in 5 days. I think she's not telling the truth. I've stayed in other lower grade hotels but they have better wire fire network.

Living in San Jose my whole life moved out 2019. We had to come back for a funeral. We arrived 8pm on a Friday night and they had a room available for 2 nights. Our room was clean unlike some of the other recent reviews. Our fridge worked kept the food we bought at Safeway nice and cold. House cleaning came and replaced our towels and sheets during our stay without us asking for more towels. Saturday night the parking lot was full so I assume they were at capacity but the hallways were quiet. Because it's near Coyote Creek trail a quick walk for early mornings runs. The gym was small and missing weights and giant find the pool so I can't comment. I would definitely stay again.

Avoid this place at all costs. I booked over the phone and requested a late checkout of 5pm. When I checked in with the front desk the night of my stay, I confirmed that I would be able to check out late at 5pm. It is now 2pm here and housekeeping has come into our room twice telling us that we cannot checkout late and we need to speak with the front desk. After 3 phone calls to the front desk that were not answered, I went down and waited for 20 minutes to talk to the front desk person. When they finally helped me, they said that my late checkout request wasn't approved, and that since I stayed later than 11AM there would now be a fee. I would have gladly paid the fee up front (had it been mentioned even once) in order to stay later. Instead, I now have to rush to get out of here and pay additional fees for a request that wasn't even approved. In terms of the facility, it's convenient being right off the highway, but that's all that's good about this place. The pool looks decent, but the hot tub is a no-go. Rooms haven't seen an update since the late 90's probably, it's unreal that they're charging market rate for this. Really disappointed in how this place turned out for our trip.

NO STARS!!! 130 a.m. and there's loud music playing and our neighbors next door are having the loudest sex ever.... I have my daughter in the room w/ me. .. ‍ there are stains all over the carpet and sheets. The guy at the front desk said earlier I'm sorry we have no security, he was fired .... Oh!!! And they have no television service. We all get a 10% discount. o....M....g.!!!!!! OH... & my two girls and I .... Squeezed into a full size bed which we were told was a king size bed. Wt!!???!!?

Horrible everything was dirty there was dead cockroaches in the hallways the bathroom was leaking there was a pod of water couldn't even go to the restroom because it was leaking from there. I went to the receptionist to let them know and the employee just ignored me, my husband told her he had a video to show them but she just told him she would let management know about it without any concern never again I'll be staying in the place.

We decided it wasn't safe to stay at this hotel after we checked in. The hotel smelled like bleach. The front desk charged our credit card over $700 when we thought they were just putting a card on file at check in. The room was dirty when we went to check it out. The room across the hall had very loud music blasting. We didn't feel safe so we left and found other arrangements while we were in town.

It took 40 minutes to check in, huge line one person at the desk. The room had an musty odor I picked up on as soon I walked in, all they had was two used rolls of toilet paper on the dispensers no replacements, they only stocked one towel and one wash cloth, Both phones in the room didn't work, mold in the bathroom and the cushion cover zipper was broken, and broken support brace on the main table, burnt light bulb in the bathroom, Definitely not coming back here, even if they paid me

I booked here because of the low price, and the Wyndham name conveys a little nicer accommodation than some cheap motel, but this is not at all a nice place. There's a reason it's so cheap. This place is a dump. Do not stay here--I mean, unless you're looking for one of those cheap unsavory places to party. It is like a low end Motel 6. Dirty everywhere, both room and common spaces. Stale musty smell everywhere, including the room. The "fitness center" is a joke, with like three dumbbells, all different weights, and only one old treadmill machine that seems to work, the rest do not, and like everywhere else, the space is dirty and unsanitary. The whole place feels very sketch and not safe. It's like someone stuck a dirty cheap old sketchy motel inside an outer shell that looks relatively nice from outside, but once you get inside...nope.

This place is not clean! 4am in the morning I went to go use the bathroom.. I guess we have another visitor! It was a big roach ! I told the front desk about it and he said " why would there be a roach at 4am in the morning!? If we have roaches.. it would have been there before 4am" he then tried to blame food being kept out.. this man is crazy. I stayed there for 1 night and food was not put out! This hotel will not take accountability for what is in there own hotel. The customers service is bad on the manager side as well. They refused to give any compensation for my experience that night! But worse was the fact that they were so rude about it! Save your money and find a hotel with better service.

I checked in at around 8:40pm after waiting for the girl to get off the phone for 10 minutes not acknowledging that there was someone there. When she did check me in she was very nice. Got my room but then realized it was a king bed but smaller due to me registering for a wheel chair accessible room on accident. I came down changed it and in the process I did forget I put my personal pillow down in the first room. So I called the front desk and they did bring it back to me. If you need ice or shampoo or soap you have to get it at the front desk. I asked for both before hand. Must wear a mask to be in the lobby and over all always when near people but that's just me. The parking lot had many spots but wasn't very clean, had a lot of trash and a few cars that looked as if they were people living in them or just been there a long time. The room has stains all over the carpet. There's many weird stains on the walls and a towel had some dirt on it. There is paint chips all over the ground and I found a few hairs near the shower. I took off the top comforter because I am not sure how often they clean them and I also bring my own pillow to hotels. There is a microwave and a mini fridge. The tv is okay nothing special. For $100 plus tax wasn't bad for a night but I always tell myself you get what you pay for.

This place is absolutely disgusting, filthy and foul!!! It needs to be torn down & health department called!! I wouldn't subject my dog to this filth! I had a reservation for 5 nights & left not even 24 hours later! It was one thing to have old interior, drapes, sofas etc...but it's a whole different level when it comes to filth! From stains all over the carpets, to blood on sheets, stains on curtains & sofas, broken outlets, no telephone or working alarm clocks & the list goes on! DO NOT stay here! Your better off in your vehicle or a tent on the side of the road

I did not stay here so this post is specifically for the customer service. The front desk manager Anna is the best! Please be patient with her she is up there by herself and but she gets people in and out. She helped me book my room, gave me a heads up on their policy and was very efficient and knowledgeable. I canceled my reservation only because I found a closer and cheaper place. Please give Anna a raise she is a gem!

You know your stay will be bad when you dont get a good vibe when you first step into a place. Kinda like buying a house. You want to stay at a hotel where you feel homely. Spacious hotel lobby just about 5 decades old, got this old stench too, like someone with bad breath just sneezed. The staffs were slow and not so hospitable. I purposely booked the room with the description of breakfast included for $10 more per night. Front desk just says not listed ib my reservation. This was booked through work and they have negotiated rates and stuff... Umm.. Whatever. Fine, I can feed myself elsewhere. Ok, got to my floor, everything still looking dated but try to be hip. Its like you're at a nightclub and you see a granny. Except that granny would be cool and this place isn't. Found my room, I'm bolting every deadbolt there is to this door because i don't trust whatever old door and will be wishing that no one barges in. Walked in and BAM, there's my bathroom sink just out in the open. This thing is a hotel? Really? Why does it feel like this place has no privacy? Why does it feel like Motel 6 might feel fancier? Why are you charging like same price range as DoubleTree and Marriott? How? Alright, I look at my room. Hey let's randomly place this mini fridge and microwave over by that empty wall right there. Lets just set up the room looking like a college dorm with something other than ikea furniture. I feel like I'm gonna get an STI from sleeping on this bed. This room just feels like what people would book for one night stands. Ever seen Girls Trip? Where the ladies had to stay at a motel before their friend offered them his room instead? Thats the same vibe. I can definitely use the room, no doubt. But that overall feeling is just way off. This ain't worth the money even though I'm expensing the stay. Thank goodness its a short stay. Likeliness for me to return? 1% EDIT: I was able to sleep with the loud, not really working a.c. set at 68F. Added back a star. I'm alive.

Zero stars....RUN!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Absolutely disgusting! Run!!!!! I refer to this place as of House of Horrors when sharing our experience with people. Requested early check-in days earlier because we were coming in from out of town. Upon arrival, 15 minutes before their normal check in, we were told to wait in the lobby. We had to get dressed for the wedding in their lobby bathroom and we left abruptly to get to our place of origin. When we returned that evening, there was an irate woman talking to the front desk about how gross her room was and was requesting a new one. Not a good sign. Once we got to our room... Oh my word... What happened in there? Was it a crime scene? Stains everywhere. Smelled of smoke, holes punched in doors, wallpaper peeling from walls, blood and bodily tissue (???!!!) on the walls. We were concerned about contracting various forms of disease/viruses from this room. Clothing was left behind from the previous guests on the couch. The cherry on top was the frightening neighbor that was playing their music loudly at midnight+ and the cries of one of the occupants crying, "Stop it! You're hurting me," which warranted a call to the front desk/security- after many panicked attempts because the landline cords were all severed and I had to wade through recordings to reach them from my mobile. Stuff nightmares are made of. Five showers, a tetanus shot and some EMDR may finally get the awfulness out of our memories.

OMG Total nightmare!!! First of all they don't deserve 1 star! Upon arrival you stand in line for 1/2 hour then they make you sign a contract for no smoking in the room. As soon as you enter the hallways you can smell the marijuana going through the hallway. Why sign a contract for $250!!!!! We went into the room I knew it was going to be a bad experience. The room was muggy the up keep walls, doors, toilet dispenser, cabinets and lights dirty & broken! My husband goes to turn the light on and it basically fell apart in his hands to I called service it took them 3hrs to look at it! The noisy absolutely uncalled for!!!! No sleep at all! Don't waste your money! It's a dump!
