Really bad all information they give you is no truth. The hotel have ugly entrance is in the 3er floor the elevator is super small 1 person with small luggage, WiFi very poor, tv small like a laptop and cable connection terrible in my room the AC is just decorative because the room never got cold , so if you want to have a really bad experience you can go to that hotel

I was pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Santa Brigida, it has a great location and the facilities in the room were great. That said, I could hear too much from outside the hotel and inside which meant that I was disappointed at how little sleep I got. Breakfast was good enough but it's a real pity that the breakfast area doesn't have a single window which would make all the difference.

One floor hotel in a private building - no signs outside building so a little hard to locate. To access need to be buzzed in which is hit and miss. |Rooms are extremely basic and bare but decent size. Not welcoming, feels austere.|Bathroom door didn't fit properly and so didn't close. Tiny bathroom, no shelf for items, mini sink.|Overall maintenance is DIY - badly tiled, badly painted etc.|Aircon, fridge, safe and kettle in room. Tiny TV.|Staff are friendly. |Breakfast is poor, mainly sweets items.|I would not stay here again due to room facilities, breakfast and access to building.

The hotel is located in a apartment building on the 3rd floor. It can be difficult to identify this building as a hotel, as there is no big signs on the walls. You have to ring the doorbell to get inside the gate. There is a tiny elevator (not for people with claustrophobia) Our room had a small balcony with overview of Via Toledo. There was only one bedside table, and few outlets to charge your phone. One of the bedside lamps had no lampshade. Breakfast consisted mainly of pastries, cakes and lukewarm coffee Pros: Location is great, one of the main pedestrian streets is just outside(Via Toledo), also a short walk to the metro and the ferry terminal. The hotel was quiet at night, the Wi-Fi speed was good. Cleaning was good, the staff was overall nice and friendly. Cons: The Aircon wasn't working, the room was like a sauna. There was small ants on the floor and on the table, not the whole time, but frequently. The bed was hard and the pillows where thin. The fridge wasn't working, the shower was leaking water out on the floor. The water pressure in shower was low. The toilet was not for the shy, the glass door had a big gap at the floor and the top, so no privacy when you had to go.

Honest hotel review - 5 nights in the double superior room. A birthday treat for my partner, so I upgraded and by the looks of it we had the biggest suit out of the 9 rooms at this boutique hotel. Things I loved - the size of the room, so spacious and airy, high ceilings and very modern. Loved the wardrobe rail that you pulled down and the bed was very elaborate. The tub in the middle of the room with rain fall shower. Very fancy. The location was superb, right in the centre of Naples in the Spanish quarter with the Umberto Gallery and numerous eateries and bars on your door step. A 5 minute walk from the port which was great for getting the ferry for day trips to the smaller islands close by. 5 minute walk from castle Nuovo. Sound proofing was brilliant once you closed the balcony doors all the sound of the busy street of Naples below disappeared. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so friendly, polite, accomodating and welcoming. We changed our flight and came a day earlier and it was an easy transaction to add an extra room for the night via email with the team. The room was cleaned and made everyday to high standards, everything replenished and my clothes even got folded and tidied away. Breakfast included every morning in the lounge area and some interesting gothic art work on the wall to view. One unusual request was that when you leave the room you hand your key in at reception and collect when you arrive back. Cons - Some of the basic essentials in a hotel room were missing - no bed side tables or a proper dresser area for getting ready, making getting ready really awkward with the only mirror being the bathroom. The shower which was amazing with extra functions lacked being amazing because of the wall it was fitted on the space provided by the glass wall surrounding the shower. Fyi, there is no door to the bathroom and the shower is see through in the bedroom this room is best for couples or singles as there is no privacy. The air conditioning wasn't very cool, and the open shower utilities made the room quite humid and feel damp. It was easier to keep the room cool by having the window open if you didn't mind the hustle and bustle of the busy street below. Although the entry to the hotel isn't very obvious it's a back door route in with a sketchy elevator up to the 3rd floor, once you arrived you were always greeted with a smile and a hello, we felt very safe and welcome at Hotel Santa Brigida.

We could not stay. It's on the third floor so that means 4 floors of stairs to climb. That's because the elevator is a rickety coffin that none of us would dare. I had asked for a room on a low floor because my wife cannot take an elevator - the first floor of the hotel is the fourth floor of the building!

It's not a Boutique Hotel but a small, only one floor of the building, old hotel to be refurbished. On internet you can find pittures old, room and building condition are worse. I've found bed sheets of 2 colour: they should be white but internally they are yellow.....Good positio for the city center but you can find something better at the same price.

Firstly the positives - The hotel is in a fabulous position and majority of the staff are fabulous and friendly and the European continental breakfast is good. Other than that i would not stay here again. The hotel is old, tired in appearance and not of a 4 star standard. Other reviews stated this was a recently refurbished hotel. I do not agree. ||||The price is not comparable to other places of higher quality. The room i had was small and poorly designed. While suitable for one person, two people would not be able to move in there with their luggage. Simple things like removing the pull down cupboard on the amenity space would allow you to store luggage in front of half of the cupboard. Some of the cupboard space would be sacrificed to allow more room. the bathroom was however good in size. The bed was hard, the linens and towels old, the pillow like pancakes. The water pressure in the shower was average. The air con does not get overly cold and makes a noise if used on high.
