Hotel Santa Faz

The location was great as it located just on the edge of the old town. You can walk for about 15 minutes to get to the center of new town or old town. The beach is just down the road and it is 2 alleyways away from Tapas Alley. The rooms are just basic hotel rooms. The beds were comfortable enough, the shower is great. Cleaners make your bed and change yours towels everyday. Personal prefer new town so would stay closer to there next time. But a nice place if you want to explore both.

Stayed at santa Faz for 10 days. Really good stay again. Rooms clean spacious and comfortable cleaned every day and fresh towels. Staff very pleasant and friendly. In a good location. Breakfast basic but you can always find something in continental selection. Would thoroughly reccomend staying here.

Great hotel in great location for everything couldn’t be better. Staff wonderful very friendly and very very helpful. |Air conditioned room was fabulous. |Breakfast was very good with lots of variety.|Very clean rooms and fresh towels daily. |Would definitely return.

Location on the flat ,smoking area outside entrance,with table and chairs ..in the old town near shops , restaurants:& bars ..ideal |Small steps up ..to entrance ...there is a lift ..& paramount channel does English films at night ..rooms keycard entry ...rooms basic but clean & airy ,no kettle ..brilliant powerful shower linen sheets ,towels changed daily along with housekeeping..small balcony ...air conditioning very good ....extra pillows/ coat hangers too we asked for ....they happily supplied us safe & secure 33 bedrooms ...24hr staffed vendors small cafe bar ,,,fairly priced ...staff courteous,& good level of English spoken clean & efficient..|We was on B& B rate ...|Breakfast is served in main restaurant also dinner can be available too ...|But breakfast served daily 8am/10am .. continental & hot food please remember obviously in spain ..|Fresh juice self serviced ,coffee / infusion cereal,jams,spreads, pastries,fresh meats,cheese fruits .fruit yoghurts .Spanish bacon, scrambled eggs ,fried eggs mini Savoy baked beans toasting machine.fresh selection of bread / overall it was ample there can get a little chaotic..in morning ... especially opening times .. especially older people /Spanish ...there's only about ten tables set consider the space ...but manageable,,, but service of staff were very amicable & easy to approach all in all it was a pleasant stay ....thankyou

First time at the santa Faz as where we usually go was fully booked... Very pleased with everything... Complimentary breakfast was good... Comfy beds and a clean room.. The Air-con was brilliant plus we had a balcony.... Hotel wasn't too noisy at all... Would stay here again

Older hotel but great place. Room was good the staff were great and a good breakfast. Located in the heart of the old town perfect for a relaxing break. Would definitely recommend .

Lovely hotel in the middle of old benidirm. Staff are lovely. Full english breakfast, coffee, tea, toast, cereal. Rooms are comfy, but balcony could be a little bit bigger, you can get 2 chairs to fit snug. Will go back.

I had a fantastic time staying at the Santa Faz..5 nights of fun at a wee hidden gem nested up in the old town near the Church and the Castle of Benidorm with all the shops, restaurants and bars very close by..All the guys on the reception desk were so friendly and very helpful and so welcoming with myself and other guests who booked in for a stay.All the staff were so nice around the hotel very good service with fresh laundry and room maintained,everyday a nice wee intimate restaurant with a good food service choice..some maintenance work outside the hotel but it didn’t get in my way of getting around both Old and New towns in Benidorm and Alicante …The work was done so quickly it didn’t spoil my experience and stay at the hotel..Thanks again guys for my lovely visit it was a great stay.|Donna McIlmunn 👏☀️😎❤️
