"Native American Bliss As Santa Fe's only Native American-owned hotel, the Hacienda & Spa draws on a range of modalities from Swedish, sports, cranial-sacral, and energy work, and it hosts a menu of treatments aptly titled "This Wind and Mountain" and the "Land of Enchantment." Outside, find three acres of Native American sculptures and gardens to relax in after your day of rest."

Ambiance of hotel refreshing compared to national brands. Reception at front desk upon our arrival by K2 was informative. We did have to change from a traditional room because we needed a safe. We were surprised this was not standard in the room, however we were accommodated to an upgraded room no charge which we appreciated. Hotel has laid back feel and staff throughout were warm and friendly. We ate breakfast (1) morning and dinner (1) evening both experiences in restaurant was pleasant and food was good. The FREE shuttle service was 5🌟 and every driver we encountered TJ, Kevin and I believe Pete were very nice and there was never a long wait time going or coming an ride APP was easy to use. This was a great service we really enjoyed. We didn’t have any issues with parking our car and found spots in back for our SUV had ample space. Our room had a couch, frig, microwave, (2) TV’s. For the most part the bed was comfortable however it was adjacent to vanity so when light went on it shined directly on bed, time to wake up.. There is a door between sink/toilet area for privacy. We walked around the property which was well manicured in southwestern style. Loved the sculptures and Native American ambience. Our reservations were for (2) rooms.

The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk.

Hotel Santa Fe Hacienda & Spa exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. We unfortunately had to raise a noise complaint regarding a barking dog left in a room for hours unattended, the staff handled it professionally and made efforts to contact the owner. The property itself is stunning authentic Southwestern decor, beautiful Native American art, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels miles away from the bustle, even though it’s just a short walk to the historic plaza. A free shuttle bus is provided by the hotel if needed. Also, the Amaya restaurant is a gem! Delicious food with locally inspired flavours, and a charming patio for outdoor dining.

We were looking for a dog friendly hotel and found this gem. The employees are all so friendly and accommdating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lounge had a great happy hour and really excellent food. Mahi Mahi tacos, tortilla soup and chicken enchilads were our favorites! Great margaritas and a nice wine list. Location is great and they have a free shuttle although everything is walkable. We stayed 3 nights in April 2025. Enjoyed it very much!

We had a one night get away from our busy life in Albuquerque. Took the train up and enjoyed a wonderful couples massage with the awesome gals at the spa! The spa was beautiful, very accommodating. We did have butler service during our stay at the Hacienda. Kevin was very nice but he seemed a bit distracted. Misty at the bar service area was very accommodating and felt like we had known Her for years. The rooms were very nice, and clean, however, the pillows were very flat. Rick, our evening transport guy was very accommodating and a pleasure to talk to. Our overall stay was amazing. We would come back for sure but would bring our own pillows.

We stayed in the Hacienda and this room was absolutely amazing! Spacious, clean and great high end linens. The fireplace was amazing for a nice snowy night. Shower had plenty of water pressure and was a great way to relax after a long day. The view from our room offered a spectacular sunset! Butler's were all so amazing and helpful! The turn down service was such a a special touch after we returned from dinner! Hotel grounds are beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance to the Santa Fe Railyard. Hotel has free shuttle service within a mile which is a nice offering, makes getting downtown to shop easy and convenient to not have to pay for parking. Beautiful art throughout the hotel. Happy hour in the Hacienda consisted of wines, beers and appetizers which was great before heading downstairs to the Amaya for dinner. Saturday nights have live music and we truly enjoyed that! Food was awesome as were the drinks.
