Very lovely stay with a very friendly staff who assisted with directions. The staff even offered to get a taxi for us when we had to leave very early in the morning. They even offered to pack us breakfast! The service is to notch and helped make the Granada experience even more memorable. Everything was clean and well maintained. Note It is a bit of a hike up so be prepared and take breaks. Or you can get a taxi/Uber. But location wise, it's perfect for what we wanted to do on the trip. An added bonus, the site used to be rooms for the convent centuries ago which is really cool

We had a wonderful stay here in August. The hotel itself has been beautifully restored by the family who run it. The breakfast was first class with home made honey, yoghurt and delicious bread. Lola and her mother are wonderful hosts. If you can, book direct with them as it makes a big difference.

I'm a Korean. This hotel is run by a very lovely and friendly family. You may feel the warmth and coziness of visiting your aunt's house rather than a hotel. Breakfast is home-cooked, and the fried eggs and omelet made by the grandmother are very delicious. If I come to Granada again I will stay again.

Magical historic house in the heart of the lovely alleys of the Albeicin district. So quiet and comfortable after the busy streets outside. Host is very welcoming and you get a full orientation of Granada. The bus to the Alhambra stops right outside the door. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, we are so glad that we stayed here and would certainly recommend it.

You are paying for the location and a quaint living experience in a old building. It's like a homestay instead of a hotel. Breakfast is home-cooked, very delicious but I'd appreciate more options. My main gripe about the place is that the room aircon makes constant weird whirring noise at night. They should be able to replace it easily given the per night $ rate they charge. You can get newer hotels in city enter (i.e. not old-town area) for lower price.

In short: my worst hotel experience so far. I picked this hotel as I wanted a good morning view to the Alhambra. I booked 2 nights Aug 30th to Sep 1st through Chase Travel network. I payed fully and got a booking confirmation number. So all was good. On the afternoon of Wednesday Aug 30th, I landed in Granada, took a taxi from airport straight to the hotel. When I reached the hotel I saw the door was closed. I knocked on the main door several times no answer. On the door they put several phone numbers so I started calling each number one by one. All the numbers did not ring at all except the one highlighted in Yellow. It rang and I was able to hear it ringing from inside the hotel building but no one was picking up. Mind you this was about 11:45 PM afternoon and it was very hot outside. I was standing there in that stranded street with my luggage and with only have a bottle of water. The street is a narrow isolated street on the top of the hill and there is no shops or open hotels nearby that I can see. After about 45 minutes of knocking on door and ringing their phones I called my bank Chase to help me find another hotel immediately. I was standing in the heat with very bad signal, barely was able to reach my bank. I stayed with the bank on the phone for about an hour. After multiple tryouts, they were able to help and found me another hotel of 12 minutes walking distance (thankfully down the road not climbing up since I have luggage). After I checked in to the new hotel I called my bank to file a complaint and asked for full refund of my booking with hotel Santa Isabel la Real. I was livid. I basically lost 2 hours of my prime daytime tourist trip, and was stranded under the Sun for no reason. My bank did not know why the hotel was close during midday and midweek but still accepts accepts bookings!!! but thankfully eventually I did get a full refund. People, this was my story so if you still wanna book with them the MAKE SURE you call them first otherwise you might lose your money and time.

The building itself is so beautiful, old but very well maintained gem! The lobby is a must see, could sit there for hours just watching. Ingo is a great host, so welcoming and helpful. Stayed there with my gf during a road trip, they also offer a parking place just next to the hotel. Right in the centre of the old town of Granada, great stay!

If you’re in Granada, you must book this charming boutique hotel. With just 11 rooms, you receive personalized attentive service and care. My friend and I stayed in Rooms 4 & 5 (5 is the superior room with a patio, while 4 is smaller with just a window), but we were welcomed to feel at home on the entire property, and we certainly did! Ingo checked us in, made us feel so welcome, and gave us recommendations for restaurants and bars. Lola welcomed us at breakfast buffet, offered to make eggs, and we were able to check out her beautifully curated art store nearby (I purchased some of her original art). We made use of the tea and coffee station throughout the day. The famous San Nicholas look out is just a short walk away and there is a bus stop right by the entrance to the hotel. Wi-Fi isn’t the strongest in the rooms, but I was able to log in on my work laptop and check emails daily. The beds are incredibly comfortable and everything is immaculately clean. The night before we checked out, Ingo booked us a taxi for an early morning ride to the train station and made sure to set up a to-go breakfast bag for us. The location of the hotel can’t be beat, the hosts are incredibly hospitable and accommodating, and it’s simply beautiful. Hotel Santa Isabel La Real already has me planning my next trip back to Granada!

Yelp
Charming small family-run hotel on a narrow cobbled street in the Albaicín. (Just like everything else in the Albaicín.) Centrally located to most of the main tourist attractions in town, including the San Nicolás church with its lovely view of the Alhambra, and the restaurants in Sacromonte. Be ready to climb a few stairways to get up here though! Staff was very helpful on the phone in helping set up our reservations. Our rooms were attractive, nicely furnished and comfortable. Breakfast (included) was unremarkable, but otherwise fine, and a pleasant way to start the day. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Yelp
I found this hotel to be wonderful in every respect. I had a great experience and the staff was first class. They did our laundry for free and did a nice job. They helped us arrange transportation when there was a train strike to get to our destination. The breakfast was good. The staff went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. They were knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this hotel and it's staff to anyone.

Yelp
We found this hotel to be very clean and adequate. The day staff were informative. The night staff guy was snobby and not helpful. Breakfast was average and the rooms were in good shape. It is in a good location.
