Revier Hotel Säntispark

We went there to enjoy the aquapark, and it seems they had just reopened after renovations. Everything smelled new, and you could tell the staff were still a bit lost but trying hard to provide good service. The room had a queen bed and a sofa that converts into a bunk bed. It was a little cramped and offered low privacy for four people, but fine for one night. The restaurant served good food, and the staff tried to speak English. Breakfast was abundant. The downside was that I forgot a bag with knitting materials, and when we called to have it mailed, they said they didn’t find anything.

My stay at Revier Hotel in St. Gallen was absolutely fantastic. The hospitality of the staff, the food, the cleanliness, and everything else exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Pascal, Gona, Gazmend, Dina and the rest of the team, they were all incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The renovation is a huge success - this is a lively, welcoming hotel with some great ideas for today's needs. The 24/7 self-service cocktail maker, or the excellent co-working space inc. phone booths for remote work are some examples. There is no in-house gym but guests have free access to the Activ Fitness across the road. The Badespass package is also very good value compared to the admission cost for the Bäderwelt for two people. Be careful not to pay for breakfast as an add-on as it is already included in the package. The receptionist refunded that double charge on checkout. Breakfast is a textbook example of quality over quantity, with a compact selection of the best regional products. The team at breakfast was just wonderful - personable, houseproud, thoughtful and dedicated to making sure you start your day in a good mood. For a hotel which otherwise demonstrates a clear understanding of quality, the room has some surprisingly basic failings. Sleep quality was mediocre due to the stuffiness and brightness: the aircon was far too loud to use at night; the curtains barely blocked any light. The mattress was nevertheless very comfortable and the rest of the room in perfect working order. I was in the cheapest room category, so maybe the more expensive ones are better equipped.

The receptionist was very nice and freindly, the rooms were big with bed, bad smell and unpleasant view. I complained to the front desk and asked to inform the manager about our concern but so far no response. Outside weather is nice But the room temperature is cool and unable to change it. The Q code on the cart is not working.

We had a great time. Two rooms at the end with our own big door, so like a suite. We had two little kids and 5 adults. Spacious. Good food. Friendly staff. And a very good deal with the water park included. Would love to go again. Clean and Covid-19 conscious.

We booked the Happy Family package and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Santis. Its a beautiful hotel and yet also completely kid friendly at the same time! The lobby is pristine and yet there is a little kids play room - so great for kids. The food at the restaurant hotel far exceeded our expectations. Our table for dinner was already set up for us and had the necessary high chairs for our girls. We adults enjoyed a beautiful and well presented dinner that was delicious and our girls were able to eat immediately and choose their food from the kid buffet. Breakfast was just as amazing with again tons of choices for both adults and children. The wait staff at the restaurant in the hotel were friendly and very accommodating. The Happy Family package included tickets to the water park which the kids enjoyed immensely. We had a wonderful time here and our daughter asked if we could go again right after we got home. We are planning to make this a trip we will take every year!

We booked about six months in advance to get the M-Budget room for my wife's birthday. What a treat! Not only is it a playful visual experience that will make unforgettable photos, it's also a perfectly nice hotel room. The restaurant was also a gem, in that it both had elegant touches and was child-friendly...an almost impossible combination to find. A great place to show our well-behaved six-year-old the joys of fine dining. They do dinner nicely at a reasonable price for this country. Don't expect culinary pyrotechnics, just good, solid Swiss classics like Fischknusperli and Cordon bleu. And a pleasant dessert to go with. Mini-golf and water slides right next door made the whole weekend totally perfect.

We reserved one of the junior suites for a family gathering. We needed a room that had space for two people to work remotely in between family festivities. This was the perfect option.||Pros:|*Immaculate, spacious room |* Table in the living room, pulls out to make an L desk perfect for working during the day.|* Fantastic Wi-Fi|* More storage than any hotel room I have ever stayed in. There are closets everywhere.|* Stunning views of Santis.|* Spacious deck to enjoy the weather.|* Wonderful restaurant for dinner, lunch and breakfast.|* Excellent communication from the hotel staff, friendly and courteous.||CONS:|* Hair dryer is not powerful|* No ironing, board or iron in the room.|* You will need a car or use some sort of ride share transportation to visit the city center||This was a wonderful hotel experience, and I would stay here again. Hopefully next time we will stay longer to take advantage of the spa and water features this property offers.

About 20 minutes from Bodensee, this modern hotel is a little piece of paradise. We visited in the summer and our room was air conditioned. We ate in the restaurant in the evening which was very expensive but also very good. Our breakfast was included in the price of the hotel and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this hotel for families as the waterpark (comparable to Great Wolf Lodge) adjoins just a short walk away. Also connected to the hotel, a grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, DD Dunkin Donuts and much more. Shopping at an American style mall is minutes away as well. Our teenager had a great time at the waterpark- so did we. We also loved exploring St Gallen and Bodensee in Rorschach, about 15-20 min away.

Nice hotel near the Säntispark wellness area. Rooms are really spacious with sofa and table. There is a minîbar, but it is not very well equiped. The hotel bar was the first one, with a really good piano man. Grand. Negative: We hadn't booked a table for dinner and the restaurant was full. So the lady told us to go to Migros Restaurant, which is like a canteen. Not a very good solution of our Problem. At least for hotel guests, there should always be a table available to get dinner.
