Hotel Santos

Very clean and tidy. Low amenities but comfortable. Light sleepers should bring ear plugs. The mattress was firm but comfortable. The pillows were quite lumpy.

It’s a super nice hotel with everything which is needed. Clean, well equipped and located in the heart of city of Guarda. Beautiful combination of granite walls makes you feel like living in the heritage side place.

Small hotel inside (really) the fortified walls of the old city. Cleanness at its best, roomy and cozy. What a surprise for a great price, including breakfast. Just foots away from the cathedral, restaurants and shopping.

stay away !! 3 star hotel, actually 1 star. We we were greeted by an old woman who didn't know a word in English, we needed the help of an outside person to explain to her that we had checked in, after a long drive and many explanations, we were given a key to a very old room without air conditioning (it is written that there is) the old woman moved us to three different rooms in an attempt to get us a room With air conditioning, there was no air conditioning in any room. When we checked out, the owner, her son yell at us instead of apologize that we badred his mother. 0/5

Beautiful cozy hotel with very comfy beds in a great location in Centro Guarda. Our room needed a little paint but was spotless and warm on a freezing night. Front desk helpful w restaurant suggestions and directions. Lovely, ancient lady manages breakfast in a retro cool common room. She checked regularly to see that our Cafe was hot. Nice find.

In the heart of the center, a time travel to the top room with a view! A very spacious room with a spacious shower and a very good large bed. The service is very good and friendly, it is very quiet at night and the view is fantastic. The breakfast is complete and lots of it! For the price, this time travel is highly recommended. Great location. All attractions are within walking distance (Cathedral, museum, etc.). Charming city. It is easy to find parking near the hotel. Friendly staff. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and tidy. I stayed there for a week in November, and the room was warm and cozy. Pleasant stay.

Been in many places, but this one is by far the most emotional. Located in the city center, in an old castle has a unique architecture and atmosphere. Staff...pleasant beyond description. One of the places that give you a sence of home and being welcome. The landlady even farewell us, no matter we departed very early in the morning (pitch dark). Still have her face in front of me...lovely old lady...like a grandma as she's always looking after her children and grandchildren.
